HPLC determination of four active saponins from Panax notoginseng in rat serum and its application to pharmacokinetic studies

Four main active saponins (ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1, Rd and notoginsenoside R1) in Panax notoginseng in rat serum after oral and intravenous administration of total saponins of P. notoginseng (PNS) to rats were determined using a simple and sensitive high-performance chromatographic method. The serum samples were pretreated with solid-phase extraction before analysis. The calibration curves for the four saponins were linear in the given concentration ranges. The intra-day and inter-day assay coefficients in serum were less than 10.0% and the recoveries of the method were higher than 80.0% in the high, middle and low concentrations. This method was applied to study the pharmacokinetics following oral and intravenous administration of PNS.

Physico-chemical Characterization of Mo-Hβ Zeolite Catalysts

A series of Mo-impregnated Hβ samples, with MoO3 loading in Hβ zeolite in the mass fraction range of 0. 5%-6.0%, were studied by means of XRD and IR in order to characterize their structures. Mo/Hβ sampies‘ crystallinity almost linearly decreases with increasing the amount of MoO3 loaded, The IR spectra and XRD patterns suggest that the progressive destabilization of the Hβ zeolite structure is caused by increasing Mo loading in (MoO3 Hβ zeolite). During the calcination, Al2(MoO4)3 formed from the dealumination of Hβ zeolite, causes the substantially partial breakdown of the zeolite framework when the Mo loading in MoO3 Hβ is relatively high.     

马家塔矿煤层中有害痕量元素的质量分数特性

应用仪器中子活化（INAA）、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱（ICP AES）和原子吸收光谱（AAS）对神华集团马家塔露天矿2-2#煤层中Hg、As、Se、Pb、Be、Cr、Cd、Ni、Th、U、Mn、Mo、Co、Sb和Br共15种有害痕量元素的质量分数进行测定。结果表明，绝大部分痕量元素的质量分数都明显低于中国煤中元素质量分数的平均值，只有Hg和Mn的质量分数偏高，其中Hg的质量分数异常高；通过分析痕量元素在煤层垂向剖面上的质量分数变化特性，揭示出痕量元素在煤层中分布的非均一性,分析了影响痕量元素分布与富集的因素；通过痕量元素之间以及与黄铁矿硫、Fe、Al、Ca、P的聚类分析，研究了痕量元素之间以及与煤中不同矿物组分之间的亲和特性。     

笃斯茎中六种无机元素含量分析

应用原子吸收光谱法测定了内蒙古地产的笃斯茎、叶中的Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg等六种人体必需微量元素及宏量元素的含量。从而为评价笃斯的品质及其药理、药效提供了具有一定价值的数据。     

单氧代-二硒烷基-1, w-二氧取代杯[4]衍生物的合成,结构及萃取性能研究

Novel macrocyclic monooxa-diselkylene-1,ω-dioxy substituted calix[4]arene derivatives 1a-5a were synthesized by the reaction of calix[4]arene dibromides 1-5 with the disodium salt of bis（2-selenylethyl）ether in the yields between 28% and 64%. Their structures were characterized by proton and carbon NMR spectra. X-Ray structure analysis of la further confirmed the cone conformation of compounds 1a-5a. An interesting host-guest complex of la with dichloromethane via CH/π and C1/π interactions was elucidated. Extraction experiments showed that these novel monooxa-diselkylene-1,ω-dioxy substituted calix[4]arene derivatives 1a-5a had strong extraction ability towards mercury ion. The interaction of Hg^2＋with the calix ligand has also been investigated by 1^H NMR titration.     

New tetraphenylpyridinium-baseci luminogens with aggregation-induced emission characteristics

The research on aggregation-induced emission （AIE） has drawn increasing interests in the past decade. With the efforts scientists paid, a variety of AIE systems have been developed, among which the tetraphenylethelene and silole derivatives are the most studied. Development of new AIE systems could further enrich the AIE molecules and promote the development of AIE area. In this communication, we prepared a new AIE system based on 1,2,4,6-tetraphenylpyridinium ions according to the restriction of intramolecular rotation mechanism. These molecules could be facilely synthesized via one-step and one-pot reaction. The ionic AIE-active molecules could find wide application in sensing and optoelectronic areas.     

半定矩阵秩极小的非凸精确松弛

本文主要研究半定矩阵秩极小问题(P)的非凸精确松弛及其性质.首先,为求解问题(P),我们引入其Schatten p-范数(0＜p＜1)松弛,记为(Sp).其次,通过定义半定限制等距常数和半定限制正交常数,我们给出了问题(P)有唯—解的充分条件.最后,利用半定限制等距性质,我们给出了问题(P)和(Sp)有相同唯一解的充分条件.特别地,对任意0＜p＜1,我们还得到—个一致的精确恢复条件.     

化学模拟在反应堆水化学课程中的应用

高温高压化学反应对反应堆设备的可靠性、反应堆性能的控制、核电站运行的安全持久性等具有重要影响，但相关实验难以在高校教学中开展。借助PHREEQC程序及最新热力学数据，建立了反应堆一回路硼酸-氢氧化锂添加配比、腐蚀沉淀物产生及二回路pH控制方案的化学反应模型。运用化学模拟来教学，促进了学生对所学知识的理解与掌握，丰富了现代教学方法。相关模型对核电企业的培训也具有一定参考价值。
