基于曲线拟合的亚像素边缘定位方法的研究

图像的边缘定位是图像测量的关键之一,随着测量精度要求的提高,已由早期的像素级边缘定位发展到了现在的亚像素级边缘定位。根据地球在地球敏感器CCD阵面中的成像特性,提出了一种基于曲线拟合的亚像素边缘定位方法以获取地球“灼热圆盘”的边缘。该方法利用曲线拟合获得的拟合斜率以及灰度值来提取图像的边缘。仿真结果表明,采用曲线拟合亚像素边缘定位法可使图像的边缘定位精度达到百分之几个像素,具有较高的精度。     

紫细菌捕光天线LH2中的超快光物理研究

采用飞秒泵浦探测技术研究了紫细菌外周捕光天线LH2中的超快光动力学过程.从B800蓝侧的激发态动力学中观察到B800到B850的能量传递时间,实验结果与理论计算结果的差别说明激发B800时可能引起B850上激子带的直接激发,或存在由B800到B850上激子态的能量传递通道.在B800红侧激发的动力学过程中,漂白信号前端存在的一个快速光吸收信号主要来源于B850上激子带的直接激发.在天然RS601和突变体GM309的LH2中,800 nm激发时的动力学过程都表现为一个类似的光漂白过程,动力学曲线的衰减时间常量在天然LH2中明显快于突变体中,说明在GM309中B800到B850的激发能传递速率有所降低.而在845 nm激发下两个样品中的快过程类似,但慢过程在GM309中有所增快,激发态中的能量重新分布包括逆向的能量传递也受到类胡萝卜素微结构的影响.     

湍动雾化射流液雾粒径分布的数值模拟

对水在空气中湍动雾化射流的气液两相流场进行了数值模拟.其中,气体流场采用k-ε湍流模型进行模拟,给出了载气轴向速度的分布情况.对喷雾粒子的运动采用颗粒轨道法,建立粒子破碎和碰撞的数值模型,研究了液雾粒径在不同工况下沿轴向的变化趋势.数值模拟结果与实验结果在多种气液比下进行了比较,两者吻合较好.同时,分析了初始粒径和粒子总数及喷嘴尺寸对液雾粒径变化趋势的影响,讨论了有助于粒径均匀分布的条件.     

多枝[1,3,4]-噁二唑衍生物的双光子吸收和光功率限幅特性

采用非线性透过率法测定了多枝[1,3,4]-噁二唑衍生物的双光子吸收性质. 测定了化合物的单光子荧光光谱和双光子荧光光谱, 在800 nm波长的激光激发下, 9-乙基-3,6-双{5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-[1,3,4] 噁二唑-2-苯乙烯基}-咔唑(3)和三-{5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-[1,3,4] 噁二唑-2-苯乙烯基-4-苯基}-胺(4)能够发出很强的蓝色和黄绿色双光子上转换荧光, 荧光峰分别位于485和547 nm. 这些多枝结构化合物的双光子吸收截面较大(数值超过104 GM), 并具有很强的光限幅效应. 多枝分子中重复单元的推拉电子结构和协同效应有效地增强了分子的双光子吸收性质.     

基于NiosⅡ的OLED显示驱动技术研究

为了利用有机发光二极管(OLED)显示屏显示字符及图形,对基于Nios技术的OLED显示驱动进行了研究。利用FPGA开发环境编写SVGA时序的Verilog HDL程序,设计了适合EMA-100080型SVGA+主动矩阵OLED微型OLED显示屏的SVGA接口;利用Nios集成开发环境编写C语言程序/控制字符、图形的生成及传输,协调NiosⅡ和FPGA之间数据传输。经调试及验证,表明OLED屏能够显示特定的字符及图形。     

测定不同形状物体空气阻力系数的实验

设计空气流速连续可调的小型风洞,对圆形平板、圆柱体、流线体的空气阻力系数进行测量.利用U型管中水柱的高度差表达孔板法中空气的流速,通过悬臂梁力传感器测量测试物受到的空气阻力,根据空气阻力和U型管中水柱的高度差的关系测定空气阻力系数.     

肖特基结的制备与势垒测量

采用磁控溅射方法在Nb07％-SrTiO3基片上制作Au薄膜接触,并在氧气气氛下750℃退火30 min,在室温环境下测量电流电压和电容电压等特性曲线,观测整流特性,根据相应实验数据采用饱和电流法、电容C-2与反偏电压V成线性关系计算肖特基势垒的大小.     

Synthesis,bioactivity and functional evaluation of linker-modified allatostatin analogs as potential insect growth regulators

Insect growth regulators play an important role in integrated pest management strategies.The FGLa–allatostatins(ASTs)are a family of neuropeptides that can inhibit juvenile hormone(JH)biosynthesis by the corpora allata(CA)of Diploptera punctata in vitro,are regarded as insect growth regulator candidates.In the search for new potential mimics and to explore the effect of linker length on inhibiting JH biosynthesis,a series of AST analogs were synthesized by modifying the linker of K24,which was found to have a significant effect on JH biosynthesis in vitro in our previous study.Functional evaluation demonstrated that all the target compounds can activate the Dippu-Ast R,albeit with different potencies.Analog L6 with the longest linker(n=5),exhibited not only a promising effect on inhibition of JH biosynthesis both in vitro and in vivo,but also good activity in inhibiting basal oocyte growth.Structure–activity relationships(SAR)studies showed that longer linkers provided greater contribution to activity.     

A Phase-Controlled Optical Parametric Amplifier Pumped by Two Phase-Distorted Laser Beams

We theoretically study the phase characteristic of optical parametric amplification （OPA） or chirped pulse OPA （OPCPA） pumped by two phase-distorted laser beams. In the two-beam-pumped optical parametric amplification （TBOPA）, due to spatial walk-off, both of the pump phase distortions will be partly transferred to signal in a single crystal so as to degrade the signal beam-quality, which will be more serious in high-energy OPCPA. An OPA configuration with a walkoff-compensated crystal pair is demonstrated for reducing the signal phase distortion experienced in the first stage and ensuring the signal phase independent of two pump phase distortions through the second crystal, hence maintaining the signal beam-quality. Such a TBOPA is similar to the conventional quantum laser amplifier by means of eliminating its sensitivity to the phase and number of the pump beams.     

Syntheses, crystal structures, and properties of three new metal selenites Na2Co2(SeO3)3, Na2Co1.67Ni0.33(SeO3)3, and Na2Ni2(SeO3)3

Three new sodium cobalt (nickel) selenite compounds, namely, Na₂Co₂(SeO₃)₃, Na₂Co_1.67Ni_0.33(SeO₃)₃, and Na₂Ni₂(SeO₃)₃ have been hydro-/solvothermally synthesized in the mixed solvents of acetonitrile and water. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that these isostructural compounds belong to the orthorhombic Cmcm space group and their structures feature three-dimensional open frameworks constructed by the two-dimensional layers of [MSeO₃] pillared by the [SeO₃]²⁻ groups. The two different types of Na⁺ ions reside in the intersecting two-dimensional channels parallel to the a- and c-axes, respectively. Their thermal properties have been investigated via TGA-DSC. The magnetic measurements indicate the existence of the antiferromagnetic interactions in these compounds.
