对曲克芦丁在胶束体系中的荧光性质进行了研究。实验发现在NaAc-HAc缓冲体系中,曲克芦丁自身具有较弱的内源性荧光,加入适量的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠-6(SDBS-6),可使曲克芦丁与SDBS-6形成胶束配合物,体系微环境发生改变,使荧光发射强度显著增强,荧光增强程度与曲克芦丁的含量在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系。据此提出了基于SDBS-6增敏胶束荧光光谱法测定微量曲克芦丁的新方法。对测定条件进行了详细研究,结果表明: 在pH 5.53的NaAc-HAc缓冲体系中,当最大激发波长λex=350.0 nm,最大发射波长λem=456.3 nm时,方法线性范围为1.6×10-6 mol·L-1~8.0×10-10 mol·L-1,检出限1.1×10-10 mol·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=11,c=6.0×10-7 mol·L-1)。方法用于片剂和注射液中曲克芦丁的测定,回收率为98.5%~100.4%,结果令人满意。 相似文献

从原子核的电四极跃迁强度B(E2)中可以提取出原子核集体性和单粒子性质竞争的重要信息,其中一个重要的观测量是B(E2;41+ →21+)/B(E2;21+ →g.s.)的比值(B4/2)。B4/2一般要大于1,而且对于原子核转动和振动,我们应有B4/2=1.4和2.0,但球形半满壳核一般会有不一样的性质。这些核的性质主要受对关联效应影响。介绍了几种超出我们一般认识的奇特衰变性质。Te同位素的基态带有鲜明的振动特性,但114Te的E2跃迁性质却更符合转动性。这些性质可以通过大规模壳模型计算来描述。对于填充j=9/2轨道的半满壳核,它们的4+和6+显示出很强的辛若数部分守恒性质。这种奇特的部分守恒可以被解析证明。而且我们的计算表明辛若数部分守恒对相关的E2跃迁影响很大。对于N=90附近具有量子相变行为的核素,其B4/2也会也表现出相似的奇异特性。The E2 transition strength, B(E2), gives particularly precise information on the competition between the collective and single-particle degree of freedom. An important observable to study the development of collectivity is the B(E2; 41+ →21+)/B(E2; 21+ →g.s.) (B4/2). The B4/2 ratio is usually greater than unity. These values are 1.4 and 2.0 for an ideal rotor and a vibrator, respectively. Whereas the seniority scheme usually leads to different behaviours. In this contribution I will show examples that contrast with our standard understanding. The yrast spectra of Te isotopes show a vibrational-like equally-spaced pattern but the few known E2 transitions show anomalous rotational-like behaviour, which cannot be reproduced by collective models. Large-scale shell model calculations reproduce well the equally-spaced spectra of those isotopes as well as the constant behaviour of the B(E2) values in 114Te. For nuclei involving protons or neutrons in j=9/2 orbitals, the partial conservation of seniority can lead to dramatic changes to the E2 decay pattern that have never been seen before. The B4/2 ratios in quantum phase transitional nuclei around N=90 also show a similar exotic feature. 相似文献

Biquadratic tensors play a central role in many areas of science.Examples include elastic tensor and Eshelby tensor in solid mechanics,and Riemannian curvature tensor in relativity theory.The singular values and spectral norm of a general third order tensor are the square roots of the M-eigenvalues and spectral norm of a biquadratic tensor,respectively.The tensor product operation is closed for biquadratic tensors.All of these motivate us to study biquadratic tensors,biquadratic decomposition,and norms of biquadratic tensors.We show that the spectral norm and nuclear norm for a biquadratic tensor may be computed by using its biquadratic structure.Then,either the number of variables is reduced,or the feasible region can be reduced.We show constructively that for a biquadratic tensor,a biquadratic rank-one decomposition always exists,and show that the biquadratic rank of a biquadratic tensor is preserved under an independent biquadratic Tucker decomposition.We present a lower bound and an upper bound of the nuclear norm of a biquadratic tensor.Finally,we define invertible biquadratic tensors,and present a lower bound for the product of the nuclear norms of an invertible biquadratic tensor and its inverse,and a lower bound for the product of the nuclear norm of an invertible biquadratic tensor,and the spectral norm of its inverse. 相似文献

Measurement and Analysis of Spall Characteristics of High-Pure Aluminium at One-Dimensional Strain Loading 下载免费PDF全文
With an impact velocity varying from 196.9m/s to 317.9m/s and ratios of flyer/sample thickness of 2:4 and 3:6, the free-surface velocity profiles of the shock compressed high purity aluminium (HPA 99.999%) samples are measured with a velocity interferometer system for any reflector. Based on the vibrating features of the velocity profiles, the damage behaviour of HPA is analysed. The results indicate that the vibrating amplitude increases with increasing shock stress, and the subsequent reverberations describing the spall become more obvious. When the shock stress in the material is below a critical or smaller than the threshold level, the free-surface velocity profile replicates virtually the form of the compression pulse inside the sample. When the impact stress exceeds a critical value (1.4 GPa), the micro damage would appear, and the free-surface velocity profile changes significantly, showing a series of short-duration reverberations in the profile. When the impact stress exceeds the threshold of damage, a compressive disturbance called the "spall pulse" appears in the free-surface velocity profile, and the subsequent reverberation becomes regular again. The measured spall strength of HPA is much higher than those of commercially pure aluminium reported in many references. We present the continuous state vector of the total coordinate of multi-partlcle and the state vector of their total momentum, respectively, which possess completeness relation in multi-mode Fock space by virtue of the integration within an order product (IWOP) technique. We also calculate the transition from classical transformation of variables in the states to quantum unitary operator, deduce a new multi-mode squeezing operator, and discuss its squeezing effect. 本文用UPS,XPS研究了贮氢材料MlNi5(Ml=La,Ce,Pr,Nd)的CO,O2和H2O的中毒,在UPS谱中,我们观察到在EF以下峰α(0.3eV)和峰b(1.2eV)强度随中毒气体暴露量增加有显著变化,并向低动能端位移,逐渐形成肩峰,与此同时,峰c(6eV)和峰d(9.5eV)的强度随暴露量增加而增加,并有能量位移,配合XPS分析,分别确定相应的化学态。氧中毒后的MlNi5,经300℃加氢还原,从UPS谱可以看到峰α,b强度增加;H2O和CO中毒后,在超高真空条件下,分别经300℃加热处理,和Ar+剥离方法,均获得类似的效果,XPS分析进一步证实了这些结果。实验给出了贮氢材料MlNi5中过渡金属镍的d电子与气体自由分子轨道间电荷转移的信息,为在实际应用中认识此类贮氢合金的表面催化中毒和再生提供了依据。
