A highly selective fluorescent chemosensor for Cu2+ based on a diarylethene with a 2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole unit 下载免费PDF全文
A novel photochromic diarylethene containing a 2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole structure has been synthesized and its multicontrollable fluorescence properties have been systematically studied by the stimulation of light and metal ions. The compound exhibited favorable photochromism and fluorescent switching properties. Furthermore, it can serve as a fluorescent chemosensor for highly selective recognition of Cu2+ in aqueous acetonitrile. When triggered by Cu2+, it displayed a remarkable blue shift from 594 to 524 nm (70 nm) with a significant fluorescence color change from yellow to bright green. As a result, a logic circuit has also been constructed on the basis of light and chemical stimulation. 相似文献

Speckle pattern is formed when coherent light passes through scattering media. It has been demonstrated that after appropriately optimizing the phase of the incident light, a bright focal spot in the target point can be obtained for the case that the light passes through the scattering medium. However, until now the focused intensity distribution near the focus seems unclear. In this paper we experimentally investigate some factors influencing the longitudinal intensity distribution near the focus in details. It is shown that the desired longitudinal focused intensity distribution can be obtained by optimizing the incident light. The multitude of excitations of the fractional quantum Hall state are very accurately understood, microscopically, as excitations of composite fermions across their Landau-like Λ levels. In particular, the dispersion of the composite fermion exciton, which is the lowest energy spin conserving neutral excitation, displays filling-factor-specific minima called “magnetoroton” minima. Simon and Halperin employed the Chern-Simons field theory of composite fermions [Phys. Rev. B 48, 17368 (1993)] to predict the magnetoroton minima positions. Recently, Golkar et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 117, 216403 (2016)] have modeled the neutral excitations as deformations of the composite fermion Fermi sea, which results in a prediction for the positions of the magnetoroton minima. Using methods of the microscopic composite fermion theory we calculate the positions of the roton minima for filling factors up to 5/11 along the sequence s/ (2s + 1) and find them to be in reasonably good agreement with both the Chern-Simons field theory of composite fermions and Golkar et al.’s theory. We also find that the positions of the roton minima are insensitive to the microscopic interaction in agreement with Golkar et al.’s theory. As a byproduct of our calculations, we obtain the charge and neutral gaps for the fully spin polarized states along the sequence s/ (2s ± 1) in the lowest Landau level and the n = 1 Landau level of graphene. 相似文献

The replacement of traditional SiO2 with high-k oxides allows the physical thickness of the gate dielectric to be thinner without the tunneling problem in Si-based metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors. LaAlO3 appears to be a promising high-k material for use in future ultra large scale integrated devices. In the present paper, the electronic properties of Si/LaAlO3 (001) heterojunctions are investigated by first-principles calculations. We studied the initial adsorption of Si atoms on the LaAlO3 (001) surface, and found that Si atoms preferentially adsorb on top of oxygen atoms at higher coverage. The surface phase diagrams indicate that Si atoms may substitute oxygen atoms at the LaO-terminated surface. The band offsets, electronic density of states, and atomic charges are analyzed for the various Si/LaAlO3 heterojunctions. Our results suggest that the Si/AlO2 interface is suitable for the design of metal oxide semiconductor devices because the valence and conduction band offsets are both larger than 1 eV. 相似文献

高功率窄线宽光纤放大器的输出功率主要受限于受激布里渊散射(SBS)效应,通过相位调制进行线宽展宽可以有效抑制SBS效应.基于窄线宽光纤放大器中的SBS动力学模型,研究了正弦信号、白噪声信号和伪随机编码信号(PRBS)对窄线宽光纤放大器光谱特性与SBS阈值的影响.研究发现,采用不同信号进行相位调制时,调制频率和调制深度等参数对调制后激光光谱的谱线间隔、谱线数目与光谱平整度的影响存在较大差异,进而影响放大器的线宽特性和SBS阈值.通过对比分析,给出了调制信号的类型选择和参数优化原则,能够为窄线宽光纤放大器的相位调制系统设计提供参考. 相似文献

Aerated flow is a complex hydraulic phenomenon that exists widely in the field of environmental hydraulics. It is generally characterised by large deformation and violent fragmentation of the free surface. Compared to Euler methods (volume of fluid (VOF) method or rigid-lid hypothesis method), the existing single-phase Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method has performed well for solving particle motion. A lack of research on interphase interaction and air concentration, however, has affected the application of SPH model. In our study, an improved multiphase SPH model is presented to simulate aeration flows. A drag force was included in the momentum equation to ensure accuracy of the air particle slip velocity. Furthermore, a calculation method for air concentration is developed to analyse the air entrainment characteristics. Two studies were used to simulate the hydraulic and air entrainment characteristics. And, compared with the experimental results, the simulation results agree with the experimental results well. 相似文献

为研究短圆柱体岩石试件端面不平行对岩石动力学特性测试结果的影响,采用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对9种端面不平行度和5种杨氏模量的岩石试件开展SHPB(split Hopkinson pressure bar)试验数值模拟,对岩石选用HJC(Holmquist-Johnson-Cook)本构模型。数值模拟结果表明,当端面不平行度在0.40%以内时,端面不平行对动态应力测试结果的影响可忽略不计;但对动态应变测试结果的影响较大。当杨氏模量一定时,平均应变率测试误差和峰值应变测试误差随端面不平行度增大呈线性增大;当端面不平行度一定时,平均应变率测试误差和峰值应变测试误差随杨氏模量增大也呈线性增大。对数值模拟得到的平均应变率测试误差和峰值应变测试误差实施二元线性回归分析,提出了SHPB试验中端面不平行岩石试件平均应变率和峰值应变的修正公式。 相似文献
