碳基和氮化物基涂层的摩擦-腐蚀交互行为的原位研究 总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1
海洋装备大量关键金属运动部件同时承受摩擦与腐蚀作用,其表面防护涂层在海水环境下的抗磨擦-腐蚀性能成为考察涂层性能优劣的关键.本文中采用摩擦-腐蚀试验机原位实时监测了DLC、Cr-DLC、Cr N与Ti N四种涂层与氧化铝陶瓷摩擦副在人工海水环境下的开路电位和摩擦系数等腐蚀-磨损特性,并采用动电位扫描法测试了四种涂层在腐蚀和摩擦-腐蚀过程中的电化学行为,综合分析了涂层在海水介质中的磨损-腐蚀交互机制.研究结果表明:非晶结构的碳基涂层在海水介质中具有优异的抗腐蚀和抗摩擦-腐蚀性能,其中金属铬的掺入能够进一步提高DLC涂层的抗摩擦-腐蚀性能;而氮化物基涂层的粗大柱状晶结构显著削弱了其在海水环境中的抗摩擦-腐蚀性能. 相似文献

采用常压金属有机物化学气相沉积技术(AP-MOCVD),以二乙基锌(DEZn)为Zn源,去离子水(H2O)为氧源,N2作载气,在外延ZnO薄膜的反应气氛中通入少量氢气,在c-Al2O3衬底上生长出了ZnO∶H薄膜。用X射线双晶衍射和光致发光谱对ZnO∶H薄膜的结晶性能和光学性质进行表征。结果表明,ZnO∶H薄膜(002)和(102)面的Ω扫描半峰全宽分别为46.1 mrad和81.4 mrad,表明该薄膜具有良好的结晶性能;室温下,ZnO∶H薄膜具有较强的紫外光发射(380 nm),在低温10 K光致发光谱中观测到位于3.3630 eV处与氢相关的中性施主束缚激子峰(I4)及其位于3.331 eV处的双电子卫星峰(TES)。采用退火的方法,通过观测I4峰的强度变化,研究了氢在ZnO∶H薄膜中的热稳定性。发现随着退火温度的升高,I4峰的强度逐渐减弱,表明在高温下退火,氢会从ZnO薄膜中逸出。 相似文献

We experimentally study the generation of a partially coherent non-diffractive beam by focusing a partially coherent vortex beam with an axicon. The investigation results show that when the partially coherent vortex beam is focused by the axicon, the beam is transferred into a partially coherent higher-order non-diffractive beam. In the non-diffractive zone, the transverse intensity distribution of the partially coherent higher-order non-diffractive beam is invariant during propagation. In addition, the range of the non-diffractive zone is related to the coherence of the partially coherent vortex beam. A cathode material of an electrically conducting carbon–LiFePO4 nanocomposite is synthesized by wet ball milling and spray drying of precursor powders prior to a solid-state reaction. The
structural characterization shows that the composite is composed of LiFePO4 crystals and 4.8 wt.% amorphous carbon. Galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements indicate that the composite exhibits
a superior high energy and high cycling stability. This composite delivers a discharge capacity of 159.1 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C, 150.8 mAh g−1 at 1 C, and 140.1 mAh g−1 at 2 C rate. The capacity retention of 99% is achieved after 200 cycles at 2 C. The 18,650 cylindrical batteries are assembled
using the composite as cathode materials and demonstrate the capacity of 1,400 mAh and the capacity retention of 97% after
100 cycles at 1 C. These results reveal that the as-prepared LiFePO4–carbon composite is one of the promising cathode materials for high-performance, advanced lithium-ion batteries directed

A novel optically controlled SiCGe/SiC heterojunction transistor with charge-compensation technique has been simulated by using commercial simulator.This paper discusses the electric field distribution,spectral response and transient response of the device.Due to utilizing p-SiCGe charge-compensation layer,the responsivity increases nearly two times and breakdown voltage increases 33%.The switching characteristic illustrates that the device is latch-free and its fall time is much longer than the rise time.With an increase of the light power density and wavelength,the rise time and fall time will become shorter and longer,respectively.In terms of carrier lifetime,a compromise should be made between the responsivity and switching speed,the ratio of them reaches maximum value when the minority carrier lifetime equals 90 ns. 相似文献

The adiabatic approximation is an important concept in quantum mechanics. In linear systems, the adiabatic condition is derived with the help of the instantaneous eigenvalues and eigenstates of the Hamiltonian, a procedure that breaks down in the presence of nonlinearity. Using an explicit example relevant to photoassociation of atoms into diatomic molecules, we demonstrate that the proper way to derive the adiabatic condition for nonlinear mean-field (or classical) systems is through a linearization procedure, using which an analytic adiabatic condition is obtained for the nonlinear model under study. 相似文献

Three unsymmetrical diarylethenes with a 6‐membered quinoline moiety were synthesized to investigate the effects of the substituents on their photochromism, and fluorescence, and the structure of one diarylethene was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Quinoline was connected directly to the central perfluorocyclopentene ring as an aryl moiety and available to participate in photoisomerization reaction in solution, amorphous films, and crystalline phase. These diarylethenes exhibited good photochromism with excellent thermal stability and obvious fatigue resistance. The electron‐donating methoxy group could enhance the absorption maxima of closed‐ring isomers and the quantum yields of cyclization and cycloreversion, but the electron‐withdrawing trifluoromethyl had an opposite effect. In addition, they functioned as notable fluorescence switches in both solution and polymethylmethacrylate films, and the trifluoromethyl group and the methoxy group both increased the emission intensity. The results revealed that the quinoline moiety and substituents played a vital role in the process of photoisomerization reactions for these diarylethenes. 相似文献

We present a new approach for simultaneous spectral and coherent combining in a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration with active phasing. Spectrally combined single-frequency seed lasers are employed as a master oscillator for the all-fiber power amplifier chain, which provides robust performance suppressing of the stimulated Brillouin scattering effect, while coherent combining of spectrally combined amplifiers with active phase control provides stable in-phase combining, despite the strong phase fluctuation. In experiments, two spectrally combined seed MOPA chains are coherently combined with a total output power of 390 W. The power of the main lobe in the closed loop is two times of that value in the open loop, and visibility of more than 75% of the long-exposure interference pattern at the receiving plane is obtained. 相似文献

Different non-exponential decays such as the concave and the convex double sloped decays in the coupled rooms provide distinct sound qualities. These are commonly considered to occur in the less reverberant sub-room and the more reverberant sub-room, respectively. However, numerical simulations and experiments in this paper show that the demarcation line is not located along the physical boundaries (e.g., the partition and the coupling aperture), but in the more reverberant sub-room. The sound field with the concave double sloped decay penetrates into the auxiliary sub-room to an extent which is influenced by the difference between the two natural reverberations of the sub-rooms. Furthermore the sound energy flows in different regions are investigated, demonstrating how energy feedback leads to the concave double sloped decay. 相似文献
