采用红外标准加入法,测定复合植物生长剂中三十烷醇的含量。样品经处理后,在提取的三十烷醇中加入系列标准品,制成溴化钾片,测定含量。该法平均回收率97.3%,测量变异系数2.5%。  相似文献

Three new asymmetrical diarylethenes containing an azaindole moiety and a variable heteroaryl ring have been synthesized. Their properties, such as photochromism, fatigue resistance, thermal stability, acidichromism, and fluorescence, were systematically investigated to elucidate the effects of aromatic stabilization energies (ASE) of the heteroaryl moieties. The results indicated that thermal stability decreased with the increment of the aromatic stabilization energies of the variable heteroaryl rings in the order of thiazyl<thienyl<pyrrolyl. Moreover, the dual switching behaviors of these azaindole‐containing diarylethenes were also studied by the stimulation of acid/base and light. Addition of trifluoroacetic acid to the solutions of these diarylethenes resulted in obvious hypochromic shifts, and their N‐protonated forms also exhibited favorable photochromism.  相似文献

用固相微萃取装置(SPME)顶空提取牡丹花的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术定性分析不同品种牡丹花的挥发性成分,归一法计算其相对百分含量,同时对SPME与水气蒸馏提取效果进行了比较。10个品种牡丹花共检出34种成分,其中多数是烷烃。不同品种牡丹花的成分与相对百分含量不同,少量的醇、酯、烯等成为其特有成分。  相似文献

Three new topology-varied rod-coil block copolymers, comprising the same oligo(p-phenyleneethynylene) (OPE) rod components and the same coil components, were synthesized by atom-transfer radical polymerization. Their photophysical properties were systematically studied and compared in consideration of their solid-state structures and self-assembly abilities. These copolymers have similar intrinsic photophysical properties to the OPE rods, as reflected in dilute solution. However, their photophysical properties in the solid state are manipulated to be dissimilar by supramolecular organization. Wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) data demonstrate that these copolymers possess different self-assembly abilities due to the molecular-architecture-dependent pi-pi interactions of the rods. Hence, the aggregates in the solid state are formed with a different mechanism for these copolymers, bringing about the discrepancy in the solid-state luminescent properties.  相似文献

The syntheses of naphtho[2,3-b:7,6-b′]- and naphtho[2,1-b:5,6-b′]bisbenzo[b]thiophenes (NBBTs) are achieved via inter- and intramolecular stepwise Friedel–Crafts-type reactions. The structural curvature of these NBBTs are found to improve their solubility in organic solvents, and to form well-defined herringbone structures in single crystals, especially when the C2v symmetrical naphtho[2,3-b:7,6-b′]bisbenzo[b]thiophene takes the form of asymmetric space groups in a parallel direction with each other, and having exhibited OFET characteristics with a hole mobility of 7 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of an enantiomerically pure 3,3′-bismorpholinylmethyl H8-BINOL ligand has been developed. This compound in combination with Et2Zn and Ti(OiPr)4 is found to catalyze the highly enantioselective reaction of phenylacetylene with aromatic aldehydes. The enantioselectivity of this catalytic process for the reactions of ortho-substituted benzaldehydes is significantly higher than that based on H8-BINOL.  相似文献

A novel Cu-catalyzed intermolecular chemoselectivity dithiocyanation of styrenes with ammonium thiocyanate has been developed under mild conditions. This reaction exhibits a wide range of functional-group tolerance in styrenes to afford various dithiocyanates. Atherosclerosis (AS) is a major contributor to cardiovascular diseases worldwide, and alleviating inflammation is a promising strategy for AS treatment. Here, we report molecularly engineered M2 macrophage-derived exosomes (M2 Exo) with inflammation-tropism and anti-inflammatory capabilities for AS imaging and therapy. M2 Exo are derived from M2 macrophages and further electroporated with FDA-approved hexyl 5-aminolevulinate hydrochloride (HAL). After systematic administration, the engineered M2 Exo exhibit excellent inflammation-tropism and anti-inflammation effects via the surface-bonded chemokine receptors and the anti-inflammatory cytokines released from the anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages. Moreover, the encapsulated HAL can undergo intrinsic biosynthesis and metabolism of heme to generate anti-inflammatory carbon monoxide and bilirubin, which further enhance the anti-inflammation effects and finally alleviate AS. Meanwhile, the intermediate protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) of the heme biosynthesis pathway permits the fluorescence imaging and tracking of AS.  相似文献

Fourteen new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans, ananonins A-N (1-14), together with five known compounds, were isolated from the seeds of Kadsura ananosma. The structures and absolute configurations of 1-14 were established using a combination of MS, NMR, and CD techniques. The biological activity of these compounds was evaluated, and ananonin M (13) showed moderate neuroprotective effects in an in vitro assay.  相似文献

A new suspension array technology is proposed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of five antibiotics—tylosin, tetracycline, gentamicin, streptomycin, and chloramphenicol in milk. A novel treatment of milk samples for suspension array with diethyl ether was performed which greatly reduced the interference of the disturbing components in milk on the reaction results with no significant effect on detection sensitivity. Compared with using biotin labeled monoclonal antibody, using of secondary antibody-biotin make the detection sensitivity further improved. The minimum detectable concentration in samples of tylosin, tetracycline, gentamicin, streptomycin, and chloramphenicol were 0.3, 1.5, 4, 20, and 25 ng/ml, respectively, and the working ranges of samples were 6-400, 7-300, 8-200, 90-3000 and 70-8000 ng/ml, respectively. The mean recovery was 89.38-113.73% with a standard deviation within 16.62%. The suspension assay technology is powerful for the fast quantitative analysis of multi-antibiotics residue in milk.  相似文献
