10,11-Dimethyl-9-(coumarin-3 -yl)-12-ethoxycarbonyl-8-oxa-10-azatricyclo[7,3,1.02.7]trideca-2,4,6-11-tetraene was isolated from the mixture of products from the condensation of salicyl aldehyde with acetoacetic ester and methylamine. EDTA, the target compound of this study from the effluent of secondary biotreatment units, can be biodegraded by special microorganisms. So far, there are three species of microorganisms—Agrobacterium, Gram-negative BNCI, and DSM9103—that can degrade EDTA and are published in the literature. We have successfully isolated a bacterial strain that can degrade EDTA. It was identified as Burkhol cepacia, an aerobic species, elliptically shaped with a length of 5–15 μm. The growth medium contains 1000 mg/L of ferric-EDTA as carbon source, 750 mg/L of (NH4)2SO4+(NH2)2CO as nitrogen source, and 1000 mg/L of KH2PO4 as phosphorus source, and mineral factors such as Fe and Mg. Incubated at pH, 7.0, 30°C, and 150 rpm on a shaker for 15 d, the average specific growth rate of this microbe is 0.135 d−1, which shows that the respective degradation efficiency of Fe-EDTA and Cu-EDTA is 90 and 75% individually.  相似文献

The phase equilibria and the thermodynamics of coexisting phases in the PrFeO system have been studied using static and dynamic methods for attaining equilibrium with subsequent annealing and identification of the condensed phases by X-ray analysis. Equilibrium phase diagrams have been constructed to define the changes that take place in the PrFeO system on variation of the partial oxygen pressure, the temperature, and the composition of the initial mixture of oxides. An isothermal cross section at 1300°K and equilibrium diagrams of the type PO2 = f(composition) with T = constant, PO2 = f(1T) with one composition parameter fixed and T = f(composition) with PO2 = constant have been constructed. It has been shown in the PrFeO system that only one ternary compound with perovskite structure, PrFeO3, is formed, and furthermore, it is stable no matter how high the partial oxygen pressure.  相似文献

Analysis of the transient and steady-state kinetics of reversible energy transfer shows that while the interpretation of lifetime measurements is difficult unless the donor and acceptor lifetimes are appreciably different, quantum yield measurements are relatively easy to interpret.
Zusammenfassung Die Analyse der Kinetik der Übergangszustände und der stationären Zustände der reversiblen Energieübertragung zeigt, daß im Gegensatz zu einer schwierigen Interpretation der Messungen der Lebensdauer — es sei denn die Lebensdauer von Donor und Acceptor sind wesentlich voneinander verschieden — die Messungen der Quantumausbeute verhältnismäßig einfach zu interpretieren sind.

Résumé L'analyse de la cinétique de l'état transitoire et de l'état stationnaire du transfert réversible d'énergie montre que, si l'interprétation des mesures de durée de vie est difficile, à moins queles durées de vie du donneur et de l'accepteur soient très différentes, il est par contre relativement facile d'interpréter les mesures de rendement quantique.

Korsevine and the new alkaloids severine N-oxide and korsemine have been isolated from the combined alkaloids ofKorolkowia sewerzowii Regel. The conditions for electrochemical hydrogenation and anodic oxidation of -phenylvinylphosphonic acid and its 4-chloro- and 4-methyl-substituted derivatives on palladized platinum electrodes in aqueous sulfuric-acid solutions are found. It is shown that, in the system under study, the products of strong chemisorption are not the intermediates of the electrocatalytic hydrogenation. The reactant molecules are modeled by quantum-chemical methods in terms of the restricted Hartree–Fock approximation. The calculated charge distributions in reactant molecules are used for estimating the electrostatic components of works of approach and the orientation distributions in the reaction layer.  相似文献
