多注相对论速调管相对于常规相对论速调管, 每注电子束具有更低的导流系数和更低的空间电荷力, 却具有更高的束波转换效率. 本文基于这方面的需求, 通过三维软件模拟与实验研究了扇形多注强流相对论电子束的产生与传输. 通过建立电子枪的三维模型, 分析了阴极端面静电场的分布及其对电子束产生的影响; 通过粒子模拟获得了发射束流, 然后通过粒子跟踪仿真, 得到了电子束在空心漂移管和多扇形孔漂移管中传输的束斑图, 并对其进行了理论分析与解释. 模拟和实验结果表明, 电子束在空心漂移管传输过程中不仅绕束自身中心旋转, 还绕系统的中心旋转, 通过旋转多扇形孔漂移管实现对中的方法可提高传输效率. 相似文献

The transport properties and magnetoresistance of electron-doped manganate / insulator composites (La0.8Te0.2MnO3)1 - x/(ZrO2)x (x=0, 0.3, and 0.5) are investigated. It is found that the metal-insulator transition temperature of this system shifts to a lower value as the ZrO2 content increases. The introduction of ZrO2 enhances both the domain scattering and electron relative scattering in the metal transport region. In the adiabatic small polaron hopping transport region, the thermal activation energy seems invariable regardless of the ZrO2 content. The application of a magnetic field promotes the charge transportation capabilities of the composites, and the magnetoresistance is enhanced with an increase of the ZrO2 content. This could be attributed to the more remarkable modification effect of magnetic field on ordering degree in the composites than in pure La0.8Te0.2MnO3. 相似文献

In this Letter, an electro-optical probe configuration with polar molecule liquids as the sensing film is proposed to improve the voltage sensitivity. This method exhibited increases in intrinsic sensitivities better than 0.1 mV/√Hz, 2 orders of magnitude larger than the normal method using a GaAs probe in the same measurement system. Based on the mechanism of orientation polarization, the electro-optic coefficient was measured to be 250 pm/V by the Teng-Man method at a modulation field of 100 Hz. We describe the output performances of the 1048 nm transition in Yb:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 968 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Yb:YAG crystal yielded 787 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 9.1 W of absorbed pump power. Furthermore, 104 mW 524 nm green light was acquired by frequency doubling. Comparative results obtained for the pump with diode laser at 940 nm are given in order to prove the advantages of the in-band pumping. 相似文献

Using density functional theory (DFT) with valence basis set LANL2TZ to study the relative stabilities and electronic properties of the most stable structures of Nb n V(0,?±1) (n = 1?6) clusters. The ground state structures of Nb n V (0,?±1) keep the similar geometric structure as the host Nb n clusters. The doping of vanadium atom enhances the chemical activities of Nb n clusters. The Nb3V and Nb6V are more stable than other clusters. The average binding energy of charged systems (Nb n V+ and Nb n V? clusters) are generally larger than neutral Nb n V clusters natural population analysis shows that there are charge transfers from niobium to vanadium atoms in the small Nb1?4V, however, for larger clusters (Nb5V and Nb6V), the charge transfers are from vanadium to niobium atoms. The vertical and adiabatic ionization potentials (VIP and AIP) are estimated and the vertical one is more close to experimental results. 相似文献

The aim of this study is to characterize urban spaces, which combine landscape, acoustics, and lighting, and to investigate people's perceptions of urban soundscapes through quantitative and qualitative analyses. A general questionnaire survey and soundwalk were performed to investigate soundscape perception in urban spaces. Non-auditory factors (visual image, day lighting, and olfactory perceptions), as well as acoustic comfort, were selected as the main contexts that affect soundscape perception, and context preferences and overall impressions were evaluated using an 11-point numerical scale. For qualitative analysis, a semantic differential test was performed in the form of a social survey, and subjects were also asked to describe their impressions during a soundwalk. The results showed that urban soundscapes can be characterized by soundmarks, and soundscape perceptions are dominated by acoustic comfort, visual images, and day lighting, whereas reverberance in urban spaces does not yield consistent preference judgments. It is posited that the subjective evaluation of reverberance can be replaced by physical measurements. The categories extracted from the qualitative analysis revealed that spatial impressions such as openness and density emerged as some of the contexts of soundscape perception. 相似文献
