为提高由NLDFT计算值确定活性炭孔径分布(PSD)的精度,根据测得的77K氮在非石墨化碳黑BP460和椰壳活性炭K05上的吸附数据,比较了吸附空间及壁面结构采取不同假设对计算结果的影响。结果表明,常规将活性炭吸附空间近似为无限尺寸的石墨化碳黑表面构成的狭缝孔,并由Lorenz-Berthelot混合法则确定相互作用参数,计算值在较低压力区域和试验值之间的偏差明显;而将吸附壁面结构近似为非石墨化碳黑,并由表面粗糙度和石墨晶格分布的误差函数修正相互作用参数后,计算结果和试验值吻合良好。分析结果时发现,归一化方法和考虑周边吸附质分子作用的加权函数是影响NLDFT计算结果准确性的关键因素。 相似文献

In the first part of this review, the authors give a survey on the literature of vibrational spectroscopy of phenol, phenol derivatives, and other phenolic componds from the last decade of the last century through today. The classical and modern methods of vibrational spectroscopy are also introduced and a glossary is included to aid comprehension. The second part deals with the literature regarding the importance of vibrational spectroscopy in the investigation and identification of phenolic compounds in natural substances, the application of vibrational spectroscopy in composite and synthetic polymer chemistry, and following of chemical processes and investigating their resulting products. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) is used to investigate the effect of alkyl side chain length on the relaxation behavior of poly(n-alkyl acrylates) (PnAA) and poly(n-alkyl methacrylates) (PnAMA) above the glass transition temperature (Tg). Master curves and shift factors (log aT) were obtained using the time–temperature superposition (TTS) principle. The log aT curves of PnAA and PnAMA exhibit a dynamic crossover from one Vogel–Fulcher–Tammann–Hesse (VFTH) equation to another above Tg. The corresponding temperature was designated as the dynamic crossover temperature (Tc). It is found that Tc/Tg and the apparent activation energy (Eg) increases, e whereas the fragility index (m) decreases with increasing alkyl side chain length. Highly oriented self-reinforced 80/20 blends of polylactide (PLA)/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) were successfully fabricated through solid hot stretching technology. Different from the isotropic sample, stress rose rapidly in a low strain region, and exhibited strain hardening for the drawn samples of the PLA/TPU blend. Superior mechanical properties of the blend, with the notched Charpy impact strength 150 KJ/m2, and tensile strength 197 MPa, were achieved. With increasing hot stretch ratio, the storage modulus increased, the glass transition temperatures of the PLA-rich phase and TPU-rich phase in the blends moved to higher temperatures, and the melting temperature and crystallinity of the blend increased, indicating the stress-induced crystallization of the blend during drawing. The longitudinal fracture surfaces of the blends at different stretch ratios exhibited orderly arranged fibrillar bundle structure, which contributed to the significantly higher strength and toughness of the blend. 相似文献

Organobentonite (OBT)/sodium polyacrylate (PAAS) composite material was prepared. The OBT/PAAS humidity-control cement-based mortars were prepared by mixing OBT/PAAS in mortar. Its morphology and structure were characterized by environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method. The results showed that the morphology and humidity-control capacity of OBT/PAAS mortar are superior to those of the original mortar. The OBT/PAAS mortar had larger pore specific surface area and larger pore volume, corresponding to the most probable pore diameter, than that of mortar. There was no chemical reaction between mortar and OBT/PAAS and there was no new crystal structure generated. The prepared, solidified OBT-PAAS mortar can maintain humidity in a desiccator at 38~62 RH%. 相似文献
