Treatment of tetracopper(I)-phosphonitocavitand [1·Cu4(μ-Cl)44-Cl)] (2) (1 = tetraphosphonitocavitand [rccc-2,8,14,20-tetrakis-(iso-butyl)-phosphonitocavitand (C44H48O8P4Ph4)]) with PhSeSiMe3 in THF at low temperature afforded a novel polyanionic cluster [pyH]6[(CuCl)93-SePh)54-SePh)] (4) as a major product along with a new tetracopper(I)-phosphonitocavitand (3) with a centered μ3-Cl. Molecular structure of anionic cluster in 4 consists of six PhSe bridging ligands containing five μ3-SePh and one exceptional μ4-SePh bridging nine copper atoms, of which eight copper atoms have trigonal coordination geometry and the other has distorted tetrahedral geometry. Summary A thermodynamic treatment of homo-polymer systems out of linear chains with folded chain crystals is developed outgoing from appropriate models for single component systems. An expansion of thermodynamics to multi-micro-phase systems the structure of which is partially or totaly frozen is indispensable. General properties of melt crystallized homopolymers with folded chain crystals can be recognized indeed when the thermodynamic formalisms developed are applied.
Zusammenfassung Das Schmelzen in polymeren Einteilchensystemen mit Faltungskristallen einheitlicher Dicke kann thermodynamisch als Umwandlung 1. Ordnung in einer Richtung behandelt werden, wenn die Faltungslänge bis zur Umwandlungstemperatur konstant bleibt (Faltungslänge als innerer Zusatzparameter). Eine wesentliche begriffliche Erweiterung ist für eine phänomenologische Beschreibung mit den Mitteln der Thermodynamik unumgänglich, wenn eine Faltungskristallit-Dickenverteilung existiert, weil dann prinzipiell nur noch partielle Koexistenz bestimmter Fraktionen metastabiler autonomer Mikrophasen mit der Schmelze möglich ist. Partielles Aufschmelzen und Rektistallisation können so dann auch in Betracht genommen werden. Die entwickelten Konzeptionen bewähren sich in der Anwendung auf bekannte Experimente.

The title compounds7 are formed in a general reaction by heating β-isothiocyanoketones3 with primary amines in inert solvents, or by thermal elimination of water from tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones5, also in inert solvents. The 1-alkyl compounds can also be prepared under similar conditions from α,β-unsaturated ketones by reaction with alkylammonium rhodanides. The NMR-spectra show that the 1-substituted dihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones are in tautomeric equilibrium with the tetrahydro-6-methylene-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones13. The reactivity of 1-alkyl and 1-aryldihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones is similar to that of dihydro-4,4,6-trimethyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethione7 j, although their ring stability is certainly less.  相似文献

According to spectroscopic (IR, broadline proton NMR) and chemical (alkylation) investigations of disilver sulphamide the following molecular structure is assumed: $$\begin{gathered} O \hfill \\ || \hfill \\ H_2 N\_\_S\_\_NAg| \hfill \\ OAg \hfill \\ \end{gathered}$$ From the IR and NMR data deduction concerning the nature of the chemical bonds in this compound is possible. It is well known that in the ergot alkaloids of the peptide type the proline appears in thel-configuration. Different methods of acid hydrolysis may lead to various cleavage products; hydrolysis by HCl yieldsd-proline, on the other hand hydrolytic cleavage by means of strongly acid cation exchange resin preserved the orginall-configuration.

Zusammenfassung Acenaphthylen wurde durch Anpolymerisation und zweifache Hochvakuumsublimation gereinigt. Die Reinigungsmethode wird ausführlich beschrieben.Bei verschiedenen Temperaturen wurde mit einer dilatometrischen Methode die thermische Bruttogeschwindigkeit gemessen. Zwischen 95 und 105 °C giltk br=7,08·1010 exp (– 30,9 kcal/RT).Die beträchtliche Aktivierungsenergie der Bruttoreaktion ist sowohl auf eine große Aktivierungsenergie der thermischen Startreaktion als auch auf eine relativ hohe Wachstumsaktivierungsenergie zurückzuführen.Das Polymerisationsverhalten von Acenaphthylen kann vermutlich aufgrund seiner sterischen Eigenschaften erklärt werden.
Summary Acenaphthylene was purified by partial polymerisation, followed by double stage high vacuum sublimation. The method of purification is described in detail.The thermal overall rate was measured at different temperatures by a dilatometric method. Between 95 and 105 °C the following relation holds:k th=7,08 · 1010 exp (– 30,9 kcal/RT).The considerable energy of activation of the overall reaction depends on a relatively high energy of activation of both the thermal initiation and the propagation reaction.It is supposed, that the polymerisation behaviour of acenaphthylene depends mainly on its steric properties.

[reaction: see text] A study toward a possible biomimetic hetero Diels-Alder reaction is reported between humulene and a novel tropolone ortho-quinone methide. A suitable tropolone ortho-quinone methide precursor has been prepared from 3-methyl-2-furoate. Heating the ortho-quinone methide precursor gave a tropolone ortho-quinone methide, which in the presence of humulene underwent a hetero Diels-Alder reaction to give a deoxy analogue of epolone B.  相似文献

The kinetics and thermodynamics of atropisomerism within the protected kedarcidin chromophore aglycon 8, as well as a series of ansa-bridged synthetic intermediates leading to 8, were determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The data show that the ratio of atropisomeric forms of chloropyridine-bridged ansa intermediates is subject to wide variation with seemingly subtle structural variation. The vinyl bromide 4, for example, in the first X-ray structure determination of a kedarcidin ansa-bridged system, was found to exist as a single atropisomer in the solid state, but a nearly equal mixture (K = 0.70) of isomers in solution (t1/2 for isomer interconversion approximately 0.2 s at 20 degrees C). The aglycon 8, a 2.2:1 mixture of atropisomers, was found to undergo direct unimolecular biradical-forming cycloaromatization at ambient temperature in a mixture of 1,4-cyclohexadiene-benzene, without nucleophilic activation. The product 9 was formed as a single atropisomer (k = 2 x 10-4 s-1, t1/2 = 58 min, 81% yield), suggesting that the rate of atropisomerism within 8 is rapid with respect to cycloaromatization. The rate of cycloaromatization of 8 was found to be highly solvent-dependent, being more rapid in the presence of a good hydrogen-atom donor, consistent with the earlier model studies of Hirama et al. that showed that certain nine-membered cyclic (Z)-enediynes may equilibrate with their biradical cycloaromatization products. Incubation of 8 with beta-mercaptoethanol, under conditions mimicking experiments leading to DNA cleavage with kedarcidin, showed no evidence for nucleophilic activation. The product of direct cycloaromatization (9) was isolated instead. The evidence suggests that kedarcidin, like the enediyne agent C-1027, is capable of spontaneous thermal biradical formation without prior chemical activation.  相似文献

Summary An electrical assembly for the oxygen-flask combustion of lubricants and similar petroleum products is described. The pyrolysis is performed in two consecutive steps. After the ignition and burning of the sample (sorbed on sodium carbonate) the combustion is completed by further heating. The sample weight should not exceed 140 mg. In this way the sensitivity of phosphorus determination of the tentative IP standard procedure is enhanced from 0.01 to 0.001% phosphorus if the volume of solution for the final spectrophotometric measurement is reduced.
Zusammenfassung Ein elektrisches Gerät für die Verbrennung von Schmierölen und ähnlichen Erdölprodukten im Schöniger-Kolben wurde beschrieben. Die Pyrolyse erfolgt in zwei aufeinander folgenden Schritten. Nach der Entflammung der an Natriumcarbonat adsorbierten Probe und nach Erlöschen der Flamme erfolgt die vollständige Verbrennung von Einwaagen, die 140 mg nicht überschreiten. So konnte die Empfindlichkeit der Phosphorbestimmung nach der tentativen IP-Standardmethode von 0,01% auf 0,001% Phosphor gesteigert werden, wenn man die spektrophotometrische Messung mit vermindertem Lösungsvolumen durchführt.

The infrared and laser-Raman spectra of crystalline Mg3(VO4)2 are reported and a factor group analysis for the full lattice is presented to support the discussion. The 1,000 to 600 cm?1 region of the spectrum is essentially related to internal (stretching) modes of the greatly distorted VO4 tetrahedra, whereas the bands in the low frequency region must be assigned to complex vibrations originating in the interaction of the bending vibrations of the tetrahedral groups with the external modes.  相似文献
