We present a comparative study of NiWO4, NiO, and WO3 catalysts for simultaneous conversion of NO and CO. Samples were synthesized by reacting ammonium metatungstate and/or nickel nitrate at high temperature (773 K to 903 K) under an oxygen stream. Catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, surface area measurements, energy dispersive spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The catalytic reduction of NO by CO took place in the temperature range (523 to 973) K under highly reductive conditions (NO:CO= 1:5) over NiWO4NiO, and WO3, respectively. The 100 % NO conversion at GHSV of 11460 h-1 was achieved at 773 K over NiWO4 and at 848 K over NiO. The WO3 was deactivated at 898 K. However, in the range (523 to 723) K NiO was more active than NiWO4 and WO3 catalysts.  相似文献

A carbon fiber microelectrode was used for the electroanalytical determination of Linuron (LIN) in soil extracts. The microelectrode was subjected to an electrochemical pretreatment in order to improve the herbicide adsorption on the electrode surface. With this preconcentration step, detection limits of 80 ng ml−1 and determination limits of 260 ng ml−1 were reached. Optimal conditions with respect to accumulation time and potential, scan rate and pH were established. The LIN was determined in a soil sample with the method proposed and the results found were comparable to those obtained by HPLC.  相似文献

Direct gas chromatographic methods to analyse phenylurea pesticides are discouraged by the thermal instability of these compounds, that in conventional hot splitless inlet systems leads to extensive and irreproducible formation of isocyanates and amines. However a careful control of the operating conditions, like the inlet temperature, the pressure and the presence of suitable chemical additives (as acetic acid, low-molecular-mass amines, organic anhydrides) can either: (i) minimise the thermal decomposition enabling the direct GC-MS analysis of phenylureas, or (ii) lead to reproducible conversion to isocyanates. Experimental design was employed to study the effect of the experimental variables on the thermal transformation of phenylurea pesticides in splitless inlet system. Two strategies were alternatively optimised: (i) the minimisation of degradation reactions to increase the signal of phenylureas; (ii) the maximisation of the degradation to isocyanates that are in turn determined. The maximal yields in isocyanate were obtained with high inlet temperatures, low carrier flows in the injection phase and the presence of acetic anhydride. By contrast, the use of relatively low inlet temperatures, high carrier flows during the injection and the presence of an amine maximise the response of the parent compounds.  相似文献

A method for the extraction and determination of uranyl ion in natural waters using octadecyl bonded silica membrane disks modified with piroxicam and spectrophotometry with arsenazo(III) is proposed. The perconcentration step was studied with regard to experimental parameters such as amount of extractant, type and amount of eluent, pH, flow rates and tolerance limit of diverse ions on the recovery of uranyl ion. The limit of detection of the proposed method is 0.4 micro g L(-1) of uranyl. The method was applied to the recovery of uranyl from different water samples.  相似文献

The line shapes detected in coherent femtosecond vibrational spectroscopies contain direct signatures of peptide conformational fluctuations through their effect on vibrational frequencies and intermode couplings. These effects are simulated in trialanine using a Green's function solution of a stochastic Liouville equation constructed for four collective bath coordinates (two Ramachandran angles affecting the mode couplings and two diagonal energies). We find that fluctuations of the Ramachandran angles which hardly affect the linear absorption can be effectively probed by two-dimensional spectra. The signal generated at k(1)+k(2)-k(3) is particularly sensitive to such fluctuations.  相似文献

Acyclic nitrones react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) to give stable isoxazolines, from which the ones that contain electron-donating aromatic rings at the C3 position (R1) were shown to undergo unprecedented fragmentation at room temperature, giving the R1-aldehyde and inseparable product mixtures, probably due to the formation of highly reactive species such as iminocarbenes. Attempts to convert the isoxazolines to the corresponding stable azomethine ylides, by refluxing in toluene, again led to the same product mixtures as above (e.g., the room temperature decomposition). Isoxazolines when reacted with methoxide at room temperature afforded highly functionalised diastereomeric mixtures. Also, isoxazolines, when reacted with propylamine, gave the corresponding amides regioselectively, all of which were more stable than the parent isoxazolines.  相似文献

A new high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for measuring low molecular weight (LMW) thiol-containing compounds, including cysteine (CysH), glutathione (GSH), N-acetylcysteine (Nac), penicillamine (PA), and 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME), has been developed by using 5-methyl-(2-(m-iodoacetylaminophenyl)benzoxazole (MIPBO) as fluorescence-labeling reagent. The derivatization and separation conditions have been investigated in detail. Detection limits ranging from 3.5 to 15.0 fmol were achieved for the thiols investigated in a 16 min separation with detection wavelengths 310 and 375 nm for the excitation and emission, respectively. The utility of the proposed method has been validated by measuring CysH in human urine samples.  相似文献

An efficient protocol for the preparation of phenylselenoethers from unsaturated alcohols using phenylselenenyl halides at room temperature was developed. The procedure employs phenylselenenyl chloride and bromide, some Δ 4- and Δ 5-alkenols and Ag2O, as an additive, to generate the tetrahydropyrans or tetrahydrofurans. This method permits the preparation of cyclic phenylselenoethers in high yields and under extremely mild conditions.  相似文献

The hydrophilic oxygen atoms of polyethylenoxide chains inserted as pillars in gamma-zirconium phosphate form hydrogen bonds with the acid groups of the host. As a result the pillars are almost perpendicular to the gamma layers. Upon changing the pH level of the supernatant solution the hydrogen bonds are broken and the pillars become almost perpendicular to the layers (shown schematically).
