The impurity-induced charge density in jellium is calculated by solving the Schr?dinger equation self-consistently. The resulting phase shifts have been used to estimate the value of residual resistivity for dilute Zr-H system, which comes out to be 0.50 μΘ cm/at.%. An alternative form of one-parameter-screened Coulomb potential, which is more suitable than the customary Thomas-Fermi potential, is suggested. The calculated self-energy by using new potential is found close to its value obtained by Darbyet al.  相似文献

The effect of the fifth interaction, which is supposed to explain the mass of the muon, has been examined through weak interaction. It has been found that the value of the universal weak coupling is modified by 15%. CeO2/PMMA NCTF was successfully fabricated by a facile, room-temperature, inexpensive, and simple solution casting method. Ultra-violet, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques have been used to scrutinize the structure and properties of CeO2/PMMA NCTF. It has been found that the CeO2 nanocubes are constantly dispersed into the PMMA matrix thus forming a thin film. Due to its unique structure, the CeO2/PMMA NCTF has enhanced activity and selectivity towards the visible light-driven degradation of various organic pollutants. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the catalyst was tested against Congo red and methyl orange, selected as model organic contaminants. The synergistic effect of the catalyst reduces the electron–hole recombination rate and thus enhances the photocatalytic activity. Hydroxyl radical and super oxide radical ion species induce the photocatalysis which can be determined by trapping experiments. The synthesized CeO2/PMMA NCTF can be reused several times without loss of activity, and a plausible mechanism was also proposed. It is hoped that our present effort may inspire further studies in new, efficient, recyclable photocatalysts and the degradation of organic contaminants driven by visible light.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the methanol solvate (empirical formula: 2C20H30N2O5·3CH3OH) of a new dipeptide sweetener, neotame (N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L--aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester), has been determined. Crystal data: a = 9.8989(1), b = 18.1331(1), c = 27.5725(1) Å, orthorhombic, space group P212121, with Z = 4. Each unit cell includes 8 neotame and 12 methanol molecules. Disorder exists in one neotame molecule and one methanol molecule. The crystals were characterized by the following techniques: hot-stage microscopy (HSM), Karl-Fischer titrimetry (KFT), powder X-ray diffractometry (PXRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TGA), 13C solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR) spectroscopy. Under HSM at a heating rate of 10°C/min in silicone oil, the sample melts at 64–84°C and liberates bubbles at 71–86°C. DSC in open pans shows two overlapping endotherms at 56 and 71°C, probably due to melting and desolvation, respectively. TGA in open pans shows 5.9% weight loss due to desolvation below 70°C. Under house vacuum (23 mm Hg) over phosphorus pentoxide at 23°C, the methanol solvate produces pure amorphous anhydrate, which converts to crystalline neotame monohydrate in the presence of moisture.  相似文献

AtUGT89C1, a glycosyltransferase from Arabidopsis thaliana, has shown interesting characteristics such as accepting diverse NDP-D/L-sugars as glycosyl donors. Genistein was used as a substrate to probe in vitro reactions in which different NDP-sugars were used as sugar donors. Among nine different NDP-D/L-sugars tested, AtUGT89C1 accepted five of them, including UDP-α-D-glu-cose, UDP-α-D-galactose, dTDP-β-L-rhamnose, GDP-β-L-fucose, and dTDP-α-2-deoxy-D-glucose and conjugated sugar moieties from the respective donors with the 7-hydroxyl position of genistein. Results showed the promiscuous nature of AtUGT89C1 toward donor and acceptor substrates, thus expanding the biotechnological application of this enzyme in the production of natural and unnatural flavonoid glycosides.  相似文献
