The structural, X-ray diffraction, and electrophysical studies of hybrid superconducting hetero-structures with an interlayer of cuprate antiferromagnetic Ca1 ? x Sr x CuO2 (CSCO) with the upper electrode Nb/Au and the lower electrode YBa2Cu3O7 ? δ (YBCO) have been carried out. It has been experimentally shown that the epitaxial growth of two cuprates, YBCO and CSCO, results in the formation of an interface on which the enrichment of the CSCO interlayer with charge carriers proceeds to a depth of about 20 nm. In this case, the conduction of the enriched CSCO region proves to be closer to metallic, whereas the CSCO film deposited onto the NdGaO3 substrate is a Mott insulator with hopping conduction. 相似文献

The director configuration in a bipolar drop of a nematic with rigidly fixed poles is calculated as a function of the electric
field directed perpendicular to the symmetry axis of the drop. It is shown that the reorientation of the drop is a dual process:
a threshold process in the region where the initial director orientation is orthogonal to the electric field, and a nonthreshold
process elsewhere in the drop. A relation for determining the critical field is obtained. Experimental investigations of the
characteristics of scattered light for a film of polymer-encapsulated liquid crystals confirm the computational results.

The mechanism of charge compensation for heterovalent impurity Sn4+ ions in the structure of the ferrite Ca2Fe2O5 has been established. The presence of nonequivalent crystallographic positions of manganese cations, caused by their charge
ordering in the structure of the manganite CaMn7O12, is shown. Magnetic ordering of Mn3+ and Mn4+ cations in the octahedral sublattice of CaMn7O12 at T < T
M2 ≈ 90 K is established.

The properties of polymer-coated magnetite nanoparticles, which have the potential to be used as effective magnetic resonance contrast agents, have been studied. The magnetite particles were synthesized by using continuous synthesis in an aqueous solution. The polymer-coated magnetite nanoparticles were synthesized by seed precipitation polymerization of methacrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate in the presence of the magnetite nanoparticles. The particle size was measured by laser light scattering. It was shown that the particle size, variance, magnetic properties, and stability of aqueous magnetite colloidal dispersion strictly depend on the nature of the stabilizing agent. The average hydrodynamic radius of the magnetite particles was found to be 5.7 nm in the stable aqueous colloidal dispersion. An inclusion of the magnetite particle into a hydrophilic polymeric shell increases the stability of the dispersion and decreases the influence of the stabilizing agent on the magnetic and structural properties of the magnetite particles as was shown by X-ray diffraction and M?ssbauer and IR spectroscopy, as well as by vibrating sample magnetometry. The variation in the polymeric shell size and the polymer net density can be useful tools for evaluation of the polymer-coated magnetite particles as effective contrast agents. Radiative transitions in the proton-hydrogen atom system are theoretically analyzed over a wide range of wavelengths and temperatures of equilibrium hydrogen plasma. The light absorption at T~1500–3500 K due to photodissociation and transitions in the H 2 + ion continuum is shown to make a contribution that is comparable with the photoabsorption in the electron-hydrogen atom system near the maximum of the Planck distribution. 相似文献

Single-crystal Al2O3 substrates are implanted with 64Zn+ ions using doses of 5 × 1016 cm–2 and an energy of 100 keV. The samples are annealed in oxygen with a stepwise increase in temperature from 400 to 1000°C. The changes on the surface and in the bulk of the sample are analyzed via scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive analysis, transmission electron microscopy, and Auger electron spectroscopy. 相似文献
