A convenient method for the synthesis of 3-acylpyrazoles and pyrazole-3-carboxylates using diazosulfone as a reactive 1,3-dipole and a diazomethane equivalent is reported here. Chalcones, arylidenemalonates and other arylidene-1,3-dicarbonyls performed well as the dipolarophiles in the reaction with the diazosulfone which took place under simple base mediated conditions (Cs2CO3 or NaOEt in EtOH). In few cases, the initial cycloadducts, the intermediate pyrazoline derivatives, could also be isolated and characterized. The pyrazoline derivatives undergo an alkoxide mediated 1,4-elimination, viz. decarboxylation-detosylation to afford the pyrazole derivatives.  相似文献

Tris-hydroxymethylaminomethane has been demonstrated to be an efficient organocatalyst in diversity-oriented synthesis of medicinally prevalent spirochromenes by one-pot, three-component reactions between isatins, malononitrile, and enolizable CH acids like dimedone, 4-hydroxycoumarin, 4-hydroxy-N-methylquinolin-2-one, or in situ generated 2-methylpyrazolon-2-one. Cyclone separators are widely used in a variety of industrial applications. A low-mass loading gas cyclone is characterized by two performance parameters, namely the Euler and Stokes numbers. These parameters are highly sensitive to the geometrical design parameters defining the cyclone. Optimizing the cyclone geometry therefore is a complex problem. Testing a large number of cyclone geometries is impractical due to time constraints. Experimental data and even computational fluid dynamics simulations are time-consuming to perform, with a single simulation or experiment taking several weeks. Simpler analytical models are therefore often used to expedite the design process. However, this comes at the cost of model accuracy. Existing techniques used for cyclone shape optimization in literature do not take multiple fidelities into account. This work combines cheap-to-evaluate well-known mathematical models of cyclones, available data from computational fluid dynamics simulations and experimental data to build a triple-fidelity recursive co-Kriging model. This model can be used as a surrogate with a multi-objective optimization algorithm to identify a Pareto set of a finite number of solutions. The proposed scheme is applied to optimize the cyclone geometry, parametrized by seven design variables.  相似文献

We study the semiclassical limit of the Sp(N) generalization of the pyrochlore lattice Heisenberg antiferromagnet by expanding about the N --> infinity saddlepoint in powers of a generalized inverse spin. To leading order, we write down an effective Hamiltonian as a series in loops on the lattice. Using this as a formula for calculating the energy of any classical ground state, we perform Monte Carlo simulations and find a unique collinear ground state. This state is not a ground state of linear spin-wave theory, and can therefore not be a physical (N = 1) semiclassical ground state.  相似文献

The ZnO:Fe nanoparticles of mean size 3-10 nm were synthesized at room temperature by simple co-precipitation method. The crystallite structure, morphology and size estimation were performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The wurtzite structure of ZnO gradually degrades with the increasing Fe doping concentration. The magnetic behavior of the nanoparticles of ZnO with varying Fe doping concentration was investigated using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Initially these nanoparticles showed strong ferromagnetic behavior, however at higher doping percentage of Fe, the ferromagnetic behavior was suppressed and paramagnetic nature was observed. The enhanced antiferromagnetic interaction between neighboring Fe-Fe ions suppressed the ferromagnetism at higher doping concentrations of Fe. Room-temperature Mössbauer spectroscopy investigation showed Fe3+ nature of the iron atom in ZnO matrix.  相似文献

Polluted and contaminated soils can often contain more than one heavy metal species. It is possible that the behavior of a particular metal species in a soil system will be affected by the presence of other metals. In this study we have investigated the adsorption of Cd(II), Cu(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) onto kaolinite in single- and multi-element systems as a function of pH and concentration, in a background solution of 0.01 M NaNO3. In adsorption edge experiments, the pH was varied from 3.5 to 10.0 with total metal concentration 133.3 microM in the single-element system and 33.3 microM each of Cd(II), Cu(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) in the multi-element system.
