In the present paper, application of Talbot interferometry for real-time vibration measurement is investigated. Experiments were conducted to measure/monitor out-of-plane motion of a vibrating loudspeaker membrane. Experimental results demonstrate that by using Talbot interferometry out-of-plane vibrations as well as phase lag between driving force and membrane oscillation can be measured.  相似文献

An ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of carvedilol and its pharmacologically active metabolite 4′‐hydroxyphenyl carvedilol in human plasma using their deuterated internal standards (IS). Samples were prepared by solid‐phase extraction using 100 μL human plasma. Chromatographic separation of analytes was achieved on UPLC C18 (50 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 µm) column using acetonitrile‐4.0 mm ammonium formate, pH 3.0 adjusted with 0.1% formic acid (78:22, v/v) as the mobile phase. The multiple reaction monitoring transitions for both the analytes and IS were monitored in the positive electrospray ionization mode. The method was validated over a concentration range of 0.05–50 ng/mL for carvedilol and 0.01‐10 ng/mL for 4′‐hydroxyphenyl carvedilol. Intra‐ and inter‐batch precision (% CV) and accuracy for the analytes varied from 0.74 to 3.88 and 96.4 to 103.3% respectively. Matrix effect was assessed by post‐column analyte infusion and by calculation of precision values (coefficient of variation) in the measurement of the slope of calibration curves from eight plasma batches. The assay recovery was within 94–99% for both the analytes and IS. The method was successfully applied to support a bioequivalence study of 12.5 mg carvedilol tablets in 34 healthy subjects. Summary The viscoelastic behavior of polymeric systems based upon the Leonov model has been examined for (i) stress growth and relaxation with intermittent shear flow, (ii) stress relaxation after a step in the shear strain and (iii) elastic recovery after shear flow. A large number of modes have been conveniently incorporated through the determination of the model parameters from conventional rheological data by using an effective least-square procedure. With a sufficient number of modes, the predictions are in very good agreement with corresponding experiments in literature, including the recent data for cases (i) and (ii) obtained by optical methods.The present theory agrees also with the Lodge-Meissner relation ( 11 22)/ 12 = 0 in a step-shear experiment. In general, the Leonov model leads to results which, in these test cases, are comparable to those from Wagner's theory. It is, however, considerably less difficult to apply, thus offering the possibility of analysing flow problems of practical interest.With 16 figures and 1 table  相似文献

In this paper the novel features of Yokoyama gaugeon formalism are stressed out for the theory of perturbative quantum gravity in the Einstein curved spacetime. The quantum gauge transformations for the theory of perturbative gravity are demonstrated in the framework of gaugeon formalism. These quantum gauge transformations lead to renormalised gauge parameter. Further, we analyse the BRST symmetric gaugeon formalism which embeds more acceptable Kugo–Ojima subsidiary condition. Further, the BRST symmetry is made finite and field-dependent. Remarkably, the Jacobian of path integral under finite and field-dependent BRST symmetry amounts to the exact gaugeon action in the effective theory of perturbative quantum gravity.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive hollow-fiber with drop-to-drop solvent microextraction (HF-DDSME) combined with gas chromatography?Cmass spectrometry (GC?CMS) has been successfully developed for extraction and determination of antidepressants drugs (AD) in blood sample. The parameters that affect the separation and preconcentration of AD from sample solution were investigated. Calibration curve obtained for three AD were in the range of 100?C1,000; 150?C1,200; and 80?C1,200 ng mL?1 for amitriptyline, imipramine, and promethazine, respectively, with correlation coefficient (R 2 ) between 0.990 and 0.997. The limit of detection (LOD) obtained for amitriptyline, imipramine and promethazine was 25, 30 and 18 ng mL?1, respectively. The developed method has been successfully applied for the determination of AD concentration in blood sample, and the recoveries for the spiked samples were in the range of 92.3?C97.6%. The sample preparation procedure is very simple, effective and virtually solvent-free, and indicated to be a good alternative for the traditional liquid?Cliquid extraction. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of drug concentration of AD in human blood sample.  相似文献

An attempt has been made in the present work to investigate the role of anion for the uptake of Am(III)/Eu(III)/U(VI) by extraction chromatography (EXC) resin incorporating tetra-n-octyl-3-oxapentanediamide, commonly referred to as tetra-octyl diglycolamide (TODGA). In contrast to the nitric acid, perchloric acid medium favors extraction of trivalent metal ions even at low acidity (pH 2) and is almost insensitive to the acidity up to 5 M. Exceptionally large distribution coefficients (105–106) in the wide range of perchlorate concentration (10?2–5 M) is quite unusual and is by far the largest reported in the literature for Am(III)/Eu(III). Thermodynamic data suggests the possibility of inner sphere/cation exchange mechanism involving TODGA aggregates at higher acidity but outer sphere/cation exchange mechanism at low acidity for Eu(III). There is a possibility of employing TODGA based EXC resin for the remediation of liquid waste (contaminated with long lived transuranics like 241/243Am and 245Cm) in the wide range of acidity.  相似文献

Homopolymer of decyl acrylate (D) was synthesised, characterised (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)) and evaluated for its additive performance as antiwear (AW), pour point depressant (PPD) and viscosity modifier (VM). Physical blends of the polymer were also made with three different types of liquid crystals (each containing three samples), evaluated and the results were compared. The study indicated that additive performances (AW, VM and PPD) of the blended composites were much better in comparison to the homopolymer of polydecyl acrylates.  相似文献

An efficient, rapid, and highly reproducible regeneration protocol was successfully developed for Phyllanthus fraternus from the field-derived mature nodal segments. The explants induced multiple shoots on cytokinin containing medium. The highest frequency (99 %) and maximum number of shoots (19.75) were induced on Murashige and Skoog’s (MS) medium supplemented with 2.22 μM 6-benzylaminopurine after 3–4 weeks of culture initiation. The elongated shoots were rooted on MS medium supplemented with indol-3-butyric acid (IBA) or α-naphthalene acetic acid. Pulse treatment of microshoots promoted significant increase in the percentage of rooting and number of root regeneration per shoot. The highest rooting (100 %) and maximum number of roots (8.75) per shoot was obtained when shoots were dipped in IBA solution (0.98 mM) for 5 min and further subcultured on MS basal medium. Plantlets were successfully acclimatized and established in soil. Regenerated plants were grown normally in the field without showing any morphological variations. This cost-effective protocol will help the mass multiplication of P. fraternus for commercial propagation and high biomass production of this valuable medicinal plant.  相似文献
