Blends of high density polyethylene/poly(lactic acid) with/without compatibilizer and pro-oxidant (cobalt stearate) were prepared by melt blending technique. In ratio 80/20, the blend revealed a good combination of tensile properties and optimum poly(lactic acid) content. The improvement in mechanical properties of this blend was achieved by addition of 4 phr compatibilizer. Cobalt stearate (CoSt) was added to 80/20 blends in 0.1% and 0.2% (w/w) ratios. The obtained blends were characterized by DSC, SEM, FTIR spectroscopy, rheological study, etc. All the prepared blends were able to biodegrade in composting environment and the blend containing pro-oxidant was maximum degraded.  相似文献

An ecofriendly route has been investigated for the synthesis of 4-(4-nitro-phenyl)-2-phenyl-1,4-dihydro-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester derivatives by one-pot, three-component condensation of ethyl benzoylacetate, aromatic aldehydes, and 2-amino benzimidazole using 260?mol% of citric acid as reaction mediator. Citric acid is an inexpensive, nontoxic, and green medium with smoothly activates the rate of reaction. The synthesized compounds were assessed for in vitro antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37RV strain using the microplate alamar blue assay (MABA). The results indicate that among all the synthesized compound series, P-4 and P-9 compounds illustrate effective activity with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 25?µg/ml.  相似文献

An efficient, cost-effective and environmentally benign synthesis of novel tetracyclic bis-isoxazolopyrroloquinoline derivatives has been developed via one-pot four-component reaction of 4-amino-3-methyl-5-styrylisoxazoles, dimedone, aryl glyoxal monohydrates and 5-amino-3-methylisoxazole by employing water as a reaction medium and acetic acid (AcOH) as a green promoter. The advantages of this protocol are environmentally friendly, metal-free, less reaction time, operational simplicity, high yields, broad substrate scope and easy purification. In the present investigation, a series of 4‐((3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐5,6‐dihydro‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrazin‐7(8H)‐yl)methyl)benzenamine analogs 6a–o were synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR (1H and 13C), and mass spectra. All newly synthesized compounds 6a–o were prepared under conventional and microwave irradiation methods. These compounds obtained in higher yields and in shorter reaction times in the microwave irradiation method when compared with the conventional method. Synthesized compounds 6a–o were inspected for their in vitro antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra using an established XTT reduction menadione assay. Among the screened compounds, 6i (IC50: 1.82 μg/mL), 6j (IC50: 1.02 μg/mL), and 6k (IC50: 1.59 μg/mL) showed excellent activity. Furthermore, compound 6i showed MIC90 value of 16.02 μg/mL. In summary, the results indicate the identification of some novel, selective, and specific inhibitors against M. tuberculosis that can be explored further for the potential antitubercular drug.  相似文献

The isomeric title complexes were obtained in almost equimolar ratio from the reaction of Ru(trpy)Cl3 and L. Crystal structure analyses of the perchlorate hemihydrates, electrochemical and spectroscopic (NMR, UV/VIS, EPR) studies, supported by DFT calculations, reveal distinct differences between the isomeric redox series [1]n+(tetrazine-Nt trans to Cl) and [2]n+(pyrazolyl-Np trans to Cl; n= 0, 1, 2). The latter system with the pi acceptors trpy and tetrazine in the equatorial plane and the pyrazolyl and chloride donors in the axial positions exhibits facilitated oxidation, lower energy MLCT transitions, more balanced chelate coordination, and a higher g anisotropy in the oxidised (RuIII) state. According to partially resolved EPR spectra of one-electron reduced neutral compounds and they have the unpaired electron predominantly in the tetrazine ring of L.  相似文献

The studies of radiation decomposition of ammonium nitrate in the presence of MnO2, PbO and V2O5 with the absorbed dose reveal that MnO2 retards while PbO and V2O5 accelerate the rate of radiolysis. G/NO 2 / values were found to increase with the mole% of V2O5 in an admixture. The results are explained on the basis of electron donor-acceptor properties of oxides affecting the equilibrium concentration of electrons present in pure ammonium nitrate in the presence of the added oxides.  相似文献

Fluoride complexing of Np(V) has been studied using fluoride ion selective electrode (F-ISE). Free fluoride ion concentrations in the presence of Np(V) were measured at 0.1 and 1.0M ionic strength. A precise and accurate liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometric (LC–MS/MS) bioanalytical method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of WCK 4234 and meropenem (MEM) in dog plasma. Protein precipitation using acetonitrile was employed as a sample preparation approach. Cefepime was used as an internal standard. The developed method was selective, sensitive (limit of quantification, 0.075 μg/ml for both drugs), accurate (recovery > 90%), precise (CV < 10%) and linear (r2 ≥ 0.99, concentration range 0.075–120 μg/ml for both analytes). The developed method was successfully applied for the determination of both drugs in plasma to assess the pharmacokinetics in beagle dogs. WCK 4234 + MEM in a 1:1 ratio at 15 + 15 and 30 + 30 mg/kg doses were administered by the intravenous route. The mean plasma concentration and area under the concentration–time curve of WCK 4234 ranged from 38.3 to 77.4 μg/ml and from 47.8 to 77.1 μg h/ml, respectively, and the values for MEM ranged from 52.2 to 115.3 μg/ml and 70.5 to 133.6 μg h/ml respectively. The elimination half-life of WCK 4234 and MEM was around 0.8 h.  相似文献

Tuning the interior chemical composition of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) via lattice engineering route is a unique approach to enable multifunctional applications of LDHs. In this regard, the exfoliated 2D LDH nanosheets coupled with various guest species lead to the lattice-engineered LDH-based multifunctional self-assembly with precisely tuned chemical composition. This article reports the synthesis and characterization of mesoporous zinc–chromium-LDH (ZC-LDH) hybridized with isopolyoxovanadate nanohybrids (ZCiV) via lattice-engineered self-assembly between delaminated ZC-LDH nanosheets and isopolyoxovanadate (iPOV) anions. Electrostatic self-assembly between 2D ZC-LDH monolayers and 0D iPOV significantly altered structural, morphological, and surface properties of ZC-LDH. The structural and morphological study demonstrated the formation of mesoporous interconnected sheet-like architectures composed of restacked ZCiV nanosheets with expanded surface area and interlayer spacing. In addition, the ZCiV nanohybrid resistive elements were used as a room-temperature gas sensor. The selectivity of ZCiV nanohybrid was tested for various oxidizing (SO2, Cl2, and NO2) gases and reducing (LPG, CO, H2, H2S, and NH3) gases. The optimized ZCiV nanohybrid demonstrated highly selective SO2 detection with the maximum SO2 response (72%), the fast response time (20 s), low detection limit (0.1 ppm), and long-term stability at room temperature (27 ± 2 °C). Of prime importance, ZCiV nanohybrids exhibited moderately affected SO2 sensing responses with high relative humidity conditions (80%–95%). The outstanding SO2 sensing performance of ZCiV is attributed to the active surface gas adsorptive sites via plenty of mesopores induced by a unique lattice-engineered interconnected sheet-like microstructure and expanded interlayer spacing.  相似文献
