Natural cytokinines are a promising group of cytoprotective and anti-tumor agents. In this research, we synthesized a set of aryl carbamate, pyridyl urea, and aryl urea cytokinine analogs with alkyl and chlorine substitutions and tested their antiproliferative activity in MDA-MB-231, A-375, and U-87 MG cell lines, and cytoprotective properties in H2O2 and CoCl2 models. Aryl carbamates with the oxamate moiety were selectively anti-proliferative for the cancer cell lines tested, while the aryl ureas were inactive. In the cytoprotection studies, the same aryl carbamates were able to counteract the CoCl2 cytotoxicity by 3–8%. The possible molecular targets of the aryl carbamates during the anti-proliferative action were the adenosine A2 receptor and CDK2. The obtained results are promising for the development of novel anti-cancer therapeutics.  相似文献

Binding parameters of metal complexes with albumins and DNA since the middle of 1990s are considered and summarized. The most widespread spectroscopic methods of estimation of binding parameters are discussed – direct fluorescent methods, indirect fluorescent methods (by fluorescence quenching parameters), and ways of estimation of binding constants by other optical spectroscopic methods. The methods and approaches to calculations used for the determination of binding constants are discussed. The data on the already found binding constants and kinetic parameters is systematized.  相似文献

In this article, we study a Galerkin method for a nonstationary operator equation with a leading self-adjoint operator A(t) and a subordinate nonlinear operator F. The existence of the strong solutions of the Cauchy problem for differential and approximate equations are proved. New error estimates for the approximate solutions and their derivatives are obtained. The developed method is applied to an initial boundary value problem for a partial differential equation of parabolic type.  相似文献

We report nanotags encapsulated in Au-Ag nanostructure that are active in surface-enhanced Raman scattering. The Au-Ag nanoshells are filled with Ag via citrate reduction, entrapping label molecules in the process. A new approach to the multiasperities contact interaction between two surfaces is presented. Each asperity is individually considered with its own different height and radius of curvature. Different materials, such as polyvinylchlorine (PVC) and stainless steel, are used as model systems. For each of the model materials, a set of asperities was generated using Monte Carlo method. Both asperity heights and radii were based on their statistical distributions experimentally obtained. Contact forces were determined for each asperity at a given distance between the two surfaces, while the deformation of each asperity was calculated according to the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) or the Derjaguin-Muller-Toporov (DMT) model (depending on the material). The contribution of each asperity to the overall surface was summed, and the overall contact force was determined. The developed method was validated against contact force measurements obtained with atomic force microscopy (AFM).  相似文献

To the best of our knowledge, this is the very first time that a thorough study of the synthetic procedures, molecular and thermal characterization, followed by structure/properties relationship for symmetric and non-symmetric second generation (2-G) dendritic terpolymers is reported. Actually, the synthesis of the non-symmetric materials is reported for the first time in the literature. Anionic polymerization enables the synthesis of well-defined polymers that, despite the architecture complexity, absolute control over the average molecular weight, as well as block composition, is achieved. The dendritic type macromolecular architecture affects the microphase separation, because different morphologies are obtained, which do not exhibit long range order, and various defects or dislocations are evident attributed to the increased number of junction points of the final material despite the satisfactory thermal annealing at temperatures above the highest glass transition temperature of all blocks. For comparison reasons, the initial dendrons (miktoarm star terpolymer precursors) which are connected to each other in order to synthesize the final dendritic terpolymers are characterized in solution and in bulk and their self-assembly is also studied. A major conclusion is that specific structures are adopted which depend on the type of the core connection between the ligand and the active sites of the dendrons.  相似文献

The Gorini-Kossakowski-Sudarshan-Lindblad equation allows us to model the process of decision making in US elections. The crucial point we attempt to make is that the voter’s mental state can be represented as a superposition of two possible choices for either republicans or democrats. However, reality dictates a more complicated situation: typically a voter participates in two elections, i.e. the congress and the presidential elections. In both elections the voter has to decide between two choices. This very feature of the US election system requires that the mental state is represented by a 2-qubit state corresponding to the superposition of 4 different choices. The main issue is to describe the dynamics of the voters’ mental states taking into account the mental and political environment. What is novel in this paper is that we apply the theory of open quantum systems to social science. The quantum master equation describes the resolution of uncertainty (represented in the form of superposition) to a definite choice.  相似文献
