MW ArF laser irradiation of gaseous cis-dichloroethene results in fast decomposition of this compound and in deposition of solid ultrafine Cl- and H-containing carbonaceous powder which is of interest due to its sub-microscopic structure and possible reactive modification of the C-Cl bonds. The product was characterized by electron microscopy, and FTIR and Raman spectra and it was revealed that HCl, H2, and C/H fragments are lost and graphitic features are adopted upon heating to 700°C.  相似文献

The experimental data on energy and multiplicity distributions of protons and momentum spectra of deuterons emitted in the reactions of pions and protons of energy ranging from 2.5 to 200 GeV with several nuclei are compared to the calculations based upon two different model approaches: DCM Monte Carlo [3] code and the tube-fireball (TF) model [4]. The results of this confrontation are discussed within the framework of the intranuclear interaction mechanism assumed. A detailed study of the intranuclear scenario presented by the DCM Monte Carlo program gives grounds to build simplified analytic models like the TF which may turn out to be very useful in many practical problems as being of a predictive nature. Abstract

A novel method for modeling 3D QSAR has been developed. The method involves a multiple training of a series of self-organizing networks (SOM). The obtained networks have been used for processing the data of one reference molecule. A scheme for the analysis of such data with the PLS analysis has been proposed and tested using the steroids data with corticosteroid binding globulin (CBG) affinity. The predictivity of the CBG models measured with the SDEP parameter is among the best one reported. Although 3-D QSAR models for colchicinoid series is far less predictive, it allows for a discussion on the relative influence of the structural motifs of these compounds.  相似文献

Solid Si/C/H/F materials laser-deposited from gaseous fluoro-methylsilanes are examined by XPS, SEM, IR and Raman spectroscopy and revealed to be a blend of silicon-carbon-based frameworks, possessing some Si-H and C-H bonds, and carbon whose modification is dependent on the structure of the parent fluoromethylsilane. Their properties are affected by contact with the atmosphere: although incorporation of oxygen into silicon-carbon frameworks is a very fast process, the dramatically improved adhesion to aluminium requires long exposure periods.  相似文献

The application of an optical method for characterizing surface roughness is presented. This method was used for an examination of porous glass surfaces. The expressions relating the root mean square rms (σ) of a surface to its specular reflectance at normal incidence are used for σ ? λ, (λ - wavelength). For light of sufficiently long wavelength the decrease in the measured specular reflectance due to the surface roughness depends only on the root mean square (rms) height of the surface irregularities. On the basis of reflectance spectra, one can determine σ for the porous glass surfaces after technological processes. The measured reflectance spectra were compared with calculated ones for which the scattered component of light was taken into account. The parameters rms determined from the optical method are comparable to those obtained from atomic force microscopy examinations.  相似文献

CO2 laser induced degradation of polytetrafluoroethene yields gaseous tetrafluoroethene, hexafluoropropene and octafluorocyclobutane along with solid polytetrafluoroethene deposited on reactor surface. All the products except octafluorocyclobutane are suggested to arise from primary cleavage of the polymer and the relative amounts depend on incident energy density of laser radiation and added gases. The characterization of solid deposit by scanning electron microscopy and adsorption measurements is presented.  相似文献

Epilobium angustifolium L. is applied as an antiseptic agent in the treatment of skin diseases. However, there is a lack of information on human skin penetration of active ingredients with antioxidative potential. It seems crucial because bacterial infections of skin and subcutaneous tissue are common and partly depend on oxidative stress. Therefore, we evaluated in vitro human skin penetration of fireweed ethanol-water extracts (FEEs) by determining antioxidant activity of these extracts before and after penetration study using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS), and Folin–Ciocalteu methods. Microbiological tests of extracts were done. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation was performed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-UV) methods. The in vitro human skin penetration using the Franz diffusion chamber was assessed. The high antioxidant activity of FEEs was found. Gallic acid (GA), chlorogenic acid (ChA), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-DHB), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4-HB), and caffeic acid (CA) were identified in the extracts. The antibacterial activities were found against Serratia lutea, S. marcescens, Bacillus subtilis, B. pseudomycoides, and B. thuringiensis and next Enterococcus faecalis, E. faecium, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and P. fluorescens strains. In vitro penetration studies showed the penetration of some phenolic acids and their accumulation in the skin. Our results confirm the importance of skin penetration studies to guarantee the efficacy of formulations containing E. angustifolium extracts.  相似文献

Solid perhydridosilicone films have been produced by transversely excited atmospheric (TEA) and continuous‐wave CO2 laser‐induced gas‐phase decompositions of H3SiOSiH3 controlled by elimination and polymerization of transient silanone H2SiO and affording silane and hydrogen as side products. The decomposition mechanism is supported by evidence of scavenged intermediates and minor volatile products. The films are characterized by FT infrared and x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and by scanning electron microscopy and shown to undergo facile oxidation of the topmost layers in air and chemical changes upon argon ion sputtering. Excimer laser‐induced photolysis of gaseous selenophene and tellurophene affords gaseous 1‐buten‐3‐yne and ethyne (as major products) and butadiyne (a very minor product) and results in chemical vapour deposition of selenium and tellurium films.
