Complexes of FeI2 and FeI3 with Tetramethylurea [FeI2(OC(NMe2)2)2] ( 1 , [Fe2I4(OC(NMe2)2)2] ( 2 ), and [FeI3(OC(NMe2)2] ( 3 ) were prepared by the reaction of FeI2 and FeI2/iodine, respectively, with tetramethylurea. The structures of 1 and 3 were determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 , with a = 809.9(1), b = 923.2(1), c = 1 374.6(1) pm, α = 106.80(1), β = 90.47(1), γ = 101.55(1)°; Z = 2; R = 0.045., 3 : monoclinic, P21/c, a = 1 311.4(1), b = 783.3(1), c = 1 409.1(1) pm, β = 97.36(1)°; Z = 4; R = 0.047. 1 and 3 are isolated neutral complexes with distorted tetrahedral coordination of iron. 3 is the first FeI3-complex with an O-donor ligand. The IR-spectra exhibit strong shifts of n?C = O and n?asC—N of tetramethylurea especially on coordinating to FeI3. 相似文献

Multidimensional (size-exclusion-anion-exchange-cation-exchange) liquid chromatography with ICP-MS detection was developed to produce a map of water-soluble species in an oyster test reference material. The presence of arsenobetaine, trimethyl(2-carboxyethyl)arsonium inner salt, arsenocholine, dimethylarsonic acid, tetramethylammonium ion, As(v) and two arsenosugars was demonstrated by ES-MS-MS. A previously unreported compound was isolated and identified by ES-MS-MS as 5-dimethylarsinoyl-beta-ribofuranose. Anion-exchange chromatography was optimized to produce a chromatographically pure peak of arsenobetaine (accounting for ca. 64% of all water-soluble As present) that was used to quantify this compound. 相似文献

A photometric method is proposed for the determination of cobalt in the form the nitroso-R-salt complex in 5–10 nil of blood serum. The organic matter is destroyed by mineral acids. Iron and copper are separated by oxine and dithizone; they can be determined later. Cobalt (just like traces of other elements), complexed by diethyldithiocarbamate and oxine, is extracted by chloroform and then determined in, the form of the nitroso-R-salt complex. The photometric measurement is carried out in a capillary cuvette 10 cm long and 0.7 ml volume, using a green Literatur S. 561. filter. Amounts of 0.02–0.3 g cobalt can be determined quantitatively, with an accuracy of ±5%. 相似文献

We succeeded in preparing alkyl- and dialkylamino-phenoxymethylsilanes by reaction of phenoxy-methyl-chlorosilanes with primary and secondary amines (Cl/NRR-exchange) as well as by reaction of phenoxymethylsilanes with substituted alkaliamides (C6H5O/NRR-exchange)according equations (1) to (6). The melting and decomposition behaviour of carnallite was investigated in the closed system under dynamic heating conditions and in the open system under dynamic and quasi-isothermal and quasi-isobaric conditions in the temperature range between 20 and 300°. DTA heating and cooling cycles in the closed system illustrate the incongruent melting of carnallite and the occurrence of different magnesium chloride hydrate phases. The thermal decomposition under quasi-isothermal and quasi-isobaric conditions begins at a pressure of at least 100 kPa from the melt and under reduced pressure from the solid. In any case KCl · MgCl2 · 2 H2O is formed which is decomposed to a basic product KMgCl2.84–2.90(OH0.10–0.16.
Zusammenfassung Die Schmelz- und Zersetzungseigenschaften des Carnallits wurden im geschlossenen System unter dynamischen Heizbedingungen und im offenen System under dynamischen und quasi-isothermen und quasi-isobaren Bedingungen im Temperaturbereich von 20 bis 300°C untersucht. DTA Heiz- und Kühlzyklen im geschlossenen System verdeutlichen das inkongruente Schmelzen des Carnallits und das Auftreten verschiedener Magnesiumchlorid-Hydratphasen. Die thermische Zersetzung beginnt unter quasi-isothermen und quasi-isobaren Bedingungen bei einem Druck von mindestens 100 kPa aus der Schmelze und unter verminderten Druck aus der festen Phase. Die Zersetung verläuft stets über KCl · MgCl2 · 2 H2O zu einem basischen Produkt KMgCl2.84–2.90(OH)0.10–0.16.

Root-knot disease caused by Meloidogyne incognita is a matter of grave concern because it affects several economically important crop plants. The use of solid-state fermentation
(SSF) may help to elaborate efficient formulations with fungi to be employed in the biologic control of nematodes. Attempts
were made to select low-cost substrates for spore production of a strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus with known nematicide capacity. Coffee husks, cassava bagasse, and defatted soybean cake were utilized as substrates, and
sugarcane bagasse was used as support. Fermentations were carried out in flasks covered with filter paper at 28°C for 10 d.
The products obtained by SSF were evaluated for their nematicide activity in pot experiments containing one seedling of the
plant Coleus inoculated with the nematode M. incognita. The plants were evaluated 2 mo after inoculation. Fermented products showed a reduction in the number of nematodes. The
best results were obtained with defatted soybean cake, which showed almost 100% reduction in the number of nematodes; the
reduction with coffee husk was 80% and with cassava bagasse was about 60%. 相似文献

[Chemical reaction: See text] Enantiomerically or diastereomerically pure 4-(purin-6-yl)phenylalanines, a novel type of stable amino acid-purine conjugates, were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of protected 4-boronophenylalanines or 4-(trimethylstanyl)phenylalanines with diverse 6-halopurines (9-benzyl-6-halopurines and 9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-6-halopurines as well as acyl- and silyl-protected 6-halopurine ribonucleosides and 2-deoxyribonucleosides). Free purine bases and nucleosides bearing (S)- or (R)-phenylalanine in position 6 were obtained after complete deprotection of the products of cross-coupling reactions.
