Novel photoswitchable fluorescent nanoparticles were fabricated by a facile one-step mini-emulsion polymerization, in which fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) donor, 9,10-diphenylanthracene (DPA), and photoswitchable acceptor, spiropyran derivate, were simultaneously embedded in polymer matrix during the polymerization process. The prepared fluorescent nanoparticles exhibit the typical absorption properties of both DPA dye and spiropyran moiety, indicating that the two chromophores have been incorporated into the polymer nanoparticles. The obtained fluorescent nanoparticles exhibited superior photoswitchable fluorescent performance due to the effective photoinduced interparticle FRET. Moreover, the novel photoswitchable fluorescent nanoparticles also revealed small size (ca. 60 nm), high intensity, relatively fast photoresponsive property and good photoreversibility in aqueous media.  相似文献

Linear isocyanate‐terminated poly(urethane‐imide) (PUI) with combination of the advantages of polyurethane and polyimide was directly synthesized by the reaction between polyurethane prepolymer and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA). Then octaaminophenyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (OapPOSS) and PUI were incorporated into the epoxy resin (EP) to prepare a series of EP/PUI/POSS organic–inorganic nanocomposites for the purpose of simultaneously improving the heat resistance and toughness of the epoxy resin. Their thermal degradation behavior, dynamic mechanical properties, and morphology were studied with thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that the thermal stability and mechanical modulus was greatly improved with the addition of PUI and POSS. Moreover, the EP/PUI/POSS nanocomposites had lower glass transition temperatures. The TEM results revealed that POSS molecules could self assemble into strip domain which could switch to uniform dispersion with increasing the content of POSS. 合成了多种2-(2-氨基苯基)苯并噻唑(APBT)氨基氢原子被供电子及吸电子基团取代的衍生物, 并用紫外光谱﹑荧光光谱等方法和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究了溶剂效应和取代基效应对衍生物的光谱性质及激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)的影响规律. 结果表明, 相比于非极性溶剂环己烷, 随溶剂极性的增加及APBT-溶剂分子间氢键的形成, APBT的紫外-可见最大吸收峰和荧光最大发射峰均发生了一定程度的红移, 并对APBT的ESIPT产生了影响. 在APBT分子的氨基氮原子上引入不同的吸电子或斥电子取代基, 对氮原子的电荷性质有较大的影响. 在环己烷溶剂中, 甲基取代后的APBT仅有单重荧光发射峰, 体系未发生ESIPT过程; 而COCH2Cl等吸电子基团能促进APBT的ESIPT, 其荧光发射光谱出现了明显的双重峰, 表明体系发生了激发态分子内质子转移反应. 量子化学的理论计算较好地验证了光谱实验结果.  相似文献

采用微波消解法,以HNO3-H2O2对样品进行处理,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了绞股蓝中的铁、锰、铜、锌4种微量元素。结果表明,所测样品中的元素含量按铁、锰、锌、铜顺序递减,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.0%~3.8%之间,回收率在88%~97%之间。方法简单,有实用意义。  相似文献

应用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中喹诺酮抗菌素氧氟沙星、环丙沙星与过氧化氢酶分子间的结合反应。结果表明:药物对过氧化氢酶的内源荧光有较强的猝灭作用,形成复合物所产生的静态猝灭是引起过氧化氢酶荧光猝灭的主要原因。进一步依据荧光猝灭结果确定了药物-酶复合物的形成常数和结合位点数。  相似文献

A new class of [1,2,4]oxadiazolo[4,5‐a]thiazolo[2,3‐b]pyrimidin‐9(10H)‐one was prepared in moderate yields by the reaction of nitrile oxide with 2‐arylmethylidene‐6,7‐dihydro‐5H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐3‐one. The reaction site of dipolarphile is the C?N of thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐3‐one rather than the expected C?C of arylmethylidene. The structures of the products were characterized thoroughly by IR, elemental analysis, MS, and NMR analysis.  相似文献

To understand the 4-substituting group effects of organic ligands in pyridine ring on the reaction equilibrium, the interactions between a series of 4-picoline-like ligands and [OV(O2)2(D2O)]?/[OV(O2)2(HOD)]? in solution were explored by the combined use of multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 51V) magnetic resonance, DOSY, and variable-temperature NMR in 0.15 mol/L NaCl ionic medium for mimicking the physiological condition. Some direct NMR data are given for the first time. The reactivity among the 4-picoline-like ligands is 4-picoline > isonicotinate > isonicotinamide > ethyl isonicotinate. The competitive coordination results in the formation of a series of new six-coordinated peroxovanadate species [OV(O2)2L]n? (L = 4-picoline-like ligands, n = 1 or 2). The results of density functional calculations provide a reasonable explanation on the relative reactivity of the 4-picoline-like ligands. Solvation effects play an important role in these reactions.  相似文献

The 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of an azomethine ylide generated by a decarboxylative route from sarcosine and acenaphthenequinone to 7‐arylmethylidene‐3‐aryl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a][1,3,5]triazin‐6(7H)‐ones afforded novel dispiro[acenaphthylene‐1,2′‐pyrrolidine]‐3′,7′ ′‐[1,3]thiazolo[3,2‐a][1,3,5]triazines in moderate yields. The structures of the products were determined and characterized thoroughly by NMR, MS, IR, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The results of experiment indicated that this 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition proceeded with high stereoselectivity and regioselectivity.  相似文献

文章比较了自组装法(self-assembly,SA)与Langmuir-Blodgett技术(LB)及其它方法在制备聚合物纳米复合膜时的优劣。SA法由于操作简单、膜的结构稳定性较高,因此较LB技术等具有更大的实用价值。利用SA法,可以制备各种有机聚电解质与其带相反电荷的有机聚电解质、粘土化合物及无机纳米颗粒等组成的聚合纳米复合膜。  相似文献
