高等生物的遗传控制——从大豆mRNA处理的水稻后代种子内鉴别出大豆蛋白质

本文从大豆幼苗中分离出与poly A相连的RNA.将此RNA注入开花后的子房,并用此RNA处理水稻花药.处理过的花药经离体培养诱导出愈伤组织,再从愈伤组织诱导植株.通过免疫反应的实验发现,在上述两种处理过的后代种子中含有大豆的蛋白质,而对照无此蛋白.     

多个激活元件激光器振荡模体积的匹配

本文利用矩阵方法研究了由多根YAG:Nd棒串接的高功率连续激光器,这些激光棒的几何尺寸和热聚焦特性可以是不同的。通过电子计算机计算求得了描述激光器运转特性的参量(特别是振荡模体积匹配参量)随激光谐振腔几何结构和激光棒热焦距变化的函数关系。同时,对两根不同的YAG:Nd棒的串接振荡进行了实验研究,获得了与理论分析一致的结果。 关键词：     

Controlling of explicit internal signal stochastic resonance by external signal

Explicit internal signal stochastic resonance (EISSR) is investigated in a model of energy transduction of molecular machinery when noise is added to the region of oscillation in the presence of external signal (ES). It is found that EISSR could be controlled, i.e., enhanced or suppressed by adjusting frequency (omega(e)) and amplitude (A) of ES, and that there exits an optimal frequency for ES, which makes EISSR strength reach the maximum. Meanwhile, a critical amplitude (A(c)) is found, which is a threshold of occurrence of EISSR. Finally, the difference and similarity between EISSR and IISSR (implicit internal signal stochastic resonance) are discussed.     

Boundary and particle number effects on the thermodynamic properties of trapped ideal Bose gases

The ideal noninteracting Bose gases trapped in a generic power-law potential in an any-dimensional space are studied. We present theoretical results of the corrections of thermodynamic properties due to finite particle number effects. The calculation uses the Euler-Maclaurin approximation to simplify the condensate fraction, and it also uses the Maslov index to discuss the boundary effect. Recently BEC (Bose-Einstein Condensation) has also been observed in a microelectronic chip; therefore, with a similar microstructure, we can obtain the effects of a rigid wall in a trap that have never been found before.Received: 3 January 2003, Published online: 23 July 2003PACS: 05.30.-d Quantum statistical mechanics     

一类非线性m-点边值问题正解的存在性

设α∈C[0,1],b∈C([0,1],(-∞,0)).设φ(t)为线性边值问题 u″+a(t)u′+b(t)u=0, u′(0)=0,u(1)=1的唯一正解.本文研究非线性二阶常微分方程m-点边值问题 u″+a(t)u′+b(t)u+h(t)f(u)=0, u′(0)=0,u(1)-sum from i=1 to(m-2)((a_i)u(ξ_i))=0正解的存在性.其中ξ_i∈(0,1),a_i∈(0,∞)为满足∑_(i=1)~(m-2)a_iφ_1(ξ_i)<1的常数,i∈{1,…,m-2}.通过运用锥上的不动点定理,在f超线性增长或次线性增长的前提下证明了正解的存在性结果.     

Scars of the Wigner Function

We propose a picture of Wigner function scars as a sequence of concentric rings along a two-dimensional surface inside a periodic orbit. This is verified for a two-dimensional plane that contains a classical hyperbolic orbit of a Hamiltonian system with 2 degrees of freedom. The stationary wave functions are the familiar mixture of scarred and random waves, but the spectral average of the Wigner functions in part of the plane is nearly that of a harmonic oscillator and individual states are also remarkably regular. These results are interpreted in terms of the semiclassical picture of chords and centers.     

天光一号预放大器电子束产生和传输

 论述了天光一号电子束泵浦KrF准分子激光预放大器电子束产生和传输系统的研制。针对低电压(400kV)和高电流密度(143Acm^-2),重点考虑了二极管真空绝缘界面、电极结构、漂移区长度和主膜支撑等问题并介绍了实验结果：二极管电压在450 kV以上仍能稳定工作,电流上升前沿约20ns,电子束总束能4.2kJ以上。只要开关导通时间选在PFL电压峰值附近,Marx 建立时间抖动小于20 ns,对总束能的影响将小于5%。     

北京谱仪Ⅲ飞行时间计数器系统刻度中的关联分析

利用电子对事例对北京谱仪Ⅲ飞行时间的测量误差, 以及不同测量之间的关联因子随击中位置的变化进行了仔细的研究. 加权的飞行时间由不同的测量值及其相关的误差矩阵计算而得. 蒙特卡罗研究表明. 为北京谱仪Ⅲ开发的关联分析算法 可以正确地处理包含公有误差项的多个实验测量结果的合并, 并且能够为粒子鉴别提供可靠的飞行时间信息.     

基于DSP的新一代液晶光电图形发生器

液晶光电图形发生器选用先进的液晶显示器件,在计算机的控制下可根据实际测量的需求产生出各种所需的目标图形。针对第一代光电图形发生器数据传输速度过慢等问题,研制了新一代基于DSP的光电图形发生器,采用通用异步接收/发送通信外设的接口方式,通过高性能DSP与FPGA进行图形传输,利用专用的液晶驱动芯片完成图形显示。结果表明,该装置提高了传统光学测量中对目标更换的效率和图形传输速度,实现了从目标到探测的全光电化测量。     

基于针孔目标物的调制传递函数测试

为了有效测试物镜或光学系统的调制传递函数，采用CCD自动扫描针孔像，并分析系统及环境对目标像的影响因素；系统通过连续采集多幅目标物图像进行平均后，再减去当时的背景图像进行图像处理，选取包含目标物所有信息的合适积分区域，然后通过子午和弧矢方向的积分得到一维的线扩散函数，再经数据处理后由离散傅里叶变换求模得到较可靠的调制传递函数。结果表明：该方法能够快速测量出被测物镜的调制传递函数。
