A method for the determination of arsenic in slurries of mussel tissue using palladium-magnesium nitrate as modifier was optimized. The slurry was stabilized by a 0.015% (v/v) of Triton X-100. To achieve complete mineralization the slurries were ashed at 480 °C for 10s in an air flow (50 ml/min) and at 1200 °C for 15s in an argon flow (300 ml/min) in the presence of Pd—Mg(NO3)2 as modifier. The optimum atomization temperature was 2200 °C. The precision and accuracy of the method were studied using the Reference Material BCR n ° 278 Mussel Tissue (Mytilus edulis). The detection limit (LOD) of the final slurry solution was 1 g/l of arsenic corresponding to an arsenic level in the mussel of 1.3 g/g, for a 0.5% (m/v) slurry. Results of calibration using aqueous standards and the standard additions method were compared. The method was applied to the determination of arsenic in mussels from the Galician coast. The levels found lie between 2 and 9.3 g/g of arsenic. 相似文献

The photochemical treatment of mu(3)-alkylidyne complexes [[TiCp*(mu-O)](3)(mu(3)-CR)] (R=H (1), Me (2), Cp*=eta(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with the amines (2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))NH(2), Et(2)NH, and Ph(2)NH and the imine Ph(2)C=NH leads to the partial hydrogenation of the alkylidyne moiety that is supported on the organometallic oxide, [Ti(3)Cp*O(3)], and the formation of new oxoderivatives [[TiCp*(3)(mu-CHR)(R'NR")] (R"=2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3), R'=H, R=H (3), Me (4); R'=R"=Et, R=H (5), Me (6); R'=R"=Ph, R=H (7), Me (8)) and [[TiCp*(mu-O)](3)(mu-CHR)(N=CPh(2))] (R=H (9), R=Me (10)), respectively. A sequential transfer hydrogenation process occurs when complex 1 is treated with tBuNH(2), which initially gives the mu-methylene [[TiCp*(mu-O)](3)(mu-CH(2))(HNtBu)] (11) complex and finally, the alkyl derivative [[TiCp*(mu-O)](3)(mu-NtBu)Me] (12). Three crystal structures of a ditopic cyclophane ligand (L) in which two 1,5,8,12-tetraamine molecules have been attached through methylene spacers to the ortho positions of a benzene ring are reported. The first one (1) corresponds to the tetraprotonated free macrocycle (H4L4+) having two tetrachlorozincate(II) counteranions (C24H54O2N8Cl8Zn2, a = 9.1890(2) A, b = 14.0120(3) A, c = 15.3180(3) A, alpha = 89.2320(7) degrees , beta = 82.0740(6) degrees , gamma = 83.017(1) degrees , Z = 2.00, triclinic, P); the second one (2) is of a binuclear Cu2+ complex having coordinated chloride anions and perchlorate counteranions (C24H58O14N8Cl4Cu2 a = 9.9380(2) A, b = 30.2470(6) A, c = 53.143(1) A, orthorhombic, F2dd, Z = 18), and the third one (3) corresponds to an analogous Zn2+ complex that has been crystallized using triflate as counteranion (C26H(51.2)O(6.6)N8Cl2F6S2Zn2 a = 8.472(5) A, b = 9.310(5), c = 13.745(5) A, alpha = 84.262(5) degrees , beta = 77.490(5) degrees , gamma = 73.557(5) degrees , triclinic, P, Z = 2). The analysis of the crystallographic data clearly shows that the conformation of the macrocycle and, in consequence, the overall architecture of the crystals are controlled by the anions present in the moiety, pi-pi-stacking associations, and hydrogen bonding interactions. The protonation and stability constants for the formation of the Cu2+ and Zn2+ complexes in aqueous solution have been determined potentiometrically in 0.15 mol dm(-3) NaClO4 at 298.1 K. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding defines the protonation behavior of the compound. Positive cooperativity is observed in the formation of the Cu2+ complexes. 相似文献

A theoretical study of the ScCn, ScCn+, and ScCn- (n = 1-8) open-chain clusters has been carried out. Predictions for their electronic energies, rotational constants, dipole moments and vibrational frequencies have been made using the B3LYP method with different basis set including effective core potentials, ECPs. For the ScCn open-chain clusters the lowest-lying states correspond to quartet states for n-odd members, whereas for n-even species the ground state is found to be a doublet. In the cationic and anionic species, the electronic ground state is found to be a singlet for even n and a triplet for odd n. An even-odd parity effect (n-even clusters being more stable than n-odd ones) is observed in neutral and charged clusters. Ionization energies and electron affinities also exhibit a clear parity alternation trend, with n-even clusters having higher values than n-odd ones. 相似文献

Ring transformations of 4H-pyrans into pyridines are reported. Treatment of 2-amino-4,6-diaryl-3,5-dicyano-4H-pyrans (I) with nitrosylsulfuric acid brings about their transformation into 3,5-dicyano-4,6-diaryl-2-pyridones (VI) which can also be obtained from α-benzoylcinnamonitriles (IX) and cyanoacetamide. Similarly, 2-amino-4,6-diaryl-5-carbethoxy-3-cyano-4H-pyrans (II) lead to 4,6-diaryl-5-carbethoxy-3-cyano-2-pyridones (VII). Treatment of both series of pyrans with sulfuric acid results in the formation of the corresponding 3,4-dihydro-2-pyridones (IV and V). Reaction of pyrans II with ammonium acetate in acetic acid yields 2-amino-4,6-diaryl-5-carbethoxy-3-cyanopyridines (XII). Pyrans I undergo an entirely different type of reaction upon treatment with this reagent leading to 2,4,6-triaryl-3,5-dicyano-1,4-dihydropyridines (XV). 相似文献

Carbazole-9-carbonyl chloride (C9CC) and 9-carbazolylacetic acid (9CAA) were selected as model fluorescent reagents. The effect
of different chemically modified cyclodextrins (CDs) added to the aqueous solutions of these reagents was studied in water
and in buffered aqueous solutions at pH 4.5 and 8.8. The CDs employed were 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-βCD), 2,3-di-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrin (DM-βCD) and 2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrin (TM-βCD). The inclusion of these reagents inside the cavities of the CDs was verified and this process
can affect the derivatization reaction because CDs can modify the reactivity of the guest molecules. The basic conditions
necessary for the derivatization reaction between C9CC and amines lead to the formation of carbazole anion through hydrolysis
followed by decarboxylation. In the presence of CDs, the hydrolysis-decarboxylation of carbazole-9-carbonyl chloride is faster
than in buffered aqueous homogeneous solutions. The behaviour observed for these reagents in aqueous solutions of CDs was
compared to the one observed in basic ethanolic solutions. These changes are particularly noticeable in the case of 2,3-di-O-methyl-β-CD and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-CD. The characteristics of the fluorescent reagents are compared to carbazole and 9-methylcarbazole
as model compounds.

A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium(V) with 8-hydroxyquinoline in isoamyl alcohol is described. The spectra show broad absorption maxima between 450 and 490 nm. The effects of amount of reagent, acidity, time, and temperature were also studied. The optimal interval of Beer's law application is 0.75–3.50 μg vanadium/ml. The nature of the complex in solutions, as well as the interference, reproducibility, and precision of the method, was investigated.
