The reaction of sulfene with N,N-disubstituted 3-aminomethylene-2,3-dihydro-4-thiochromanones and-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4-thiopyranones gave 1,4-cycloadducts which are derivatives of new heterocyclic systems, namely 3,4-dihydro-5H-[1]benzothiopyrano[3,4-e]-1,2-oxathiin and 3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-thiopyrano[3,4-e]-1,2-oxathiin, respectively. Furthermore, some pyrazole derivatives VII and VIII were prepared from 3-hydroxymethylene-2,3-dihydro-4-thiochromanone or 2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4-thiopyranone and hydrazines.  相似文献

We prove the existence of at least one T-periodic solution to a dynamical system of the type $$ - m_i \ddot u_i = \sum\limits_{j = 1,j \ne i}^n {\triangledown V_{ij} (u_i - u_j ,{\text{ }}t)}$$ (1) where the potentials V ij are T-periodic in t and singular at the origin, u i ε R k i=1, ..., n, and k≧3. We also provide estimates on the H 1 norm of this solution. The proofs are based on a variant of the Ljusternik-Schnirelman method. Thin films have been deposited from radio-frequency glow discharges fed with vapors of a silicon- and fluorine-containing organic compound, namely 2,4,6-tris[(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) (methyl)] cyclotrisiloxane, in mixture with argon. 2,4,6-tris[(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)(methyl)]cyclotrisiloxane A triode reactor has been utilized to deposit films by independently changing substrate temperature and bias-induced ion-bombardment. Laser interferometry, electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy have been used to monitor film growth rate and composition. Results unambiguously show an activating effect of the ion-bombardment, which confirm the validity of the ion-assisted deposition model utilized for the plasma deposition of both teflon- and silicone-like films. In our experiments, low substrate temperature and bias conditions results in films with a “monomer-like” stoichiometry, while drastic conditions give origin to materials with a completely different composition and a markedly increased hardness. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A new amphiphilic derivative of fullerene C60 bearing an oligoglycyl tail (C60CHCOgly2OEt, 2) formed stable Langmuir floating films at the air–water interface. This occurred when the molecular assembly was stabilized by anchoring the amphiphilic C60's to the aqueous subphase, via hydrogen bonding interactions between a dipeptide (Gly–L–Leu) dissolved in the water subphase, and the oligoglycyl chain. The compression (π−A) isotherm of the Langmuir floating film constructed in such a way showed no hysteresis, was steep, and evidenced that the monolayer collapsed at a surface pressure π65 mN m−1, thus confirming that the film was tightly packed, extremely stable, and rigid. A limiting area per molecule of 89.1 Å2 was extrapolated, in agreement with the calculated cross-section area of the C60 fullerene. On the contrary, when the dipeptide was absent and pure water was used as the subphase, the π−A isotherm yielded a limiting area <55 Å2 which indicated the formation of multiple layers; moreover it showed significant hysteresis, the film was fragile, and it collapsed at π≈50 mN m−1. Once anchored by the dipeptide, the floating monolayer of 2 could be transferred onto hydrophobic quartz, glass and silicon substrates, by successive vertical dipping cycles, each cycle made up of two down-strokes and two up-strokes, to yield the Langmuir–Blodgett film. Up to 200 down- and up-strokes could be repeated reproducibly, a noteworthy result for non-covalently assembled LB films of fullerenes. The transfer ratio was 1.0, except for the second down-stroke of each cycle that gave a transfer ratio of zero, making the sequence of successful transfers: D, U, U, (cleaning and spreading), D, U, U, (cleaning and spreading), and so on (D=down-stroke, U=up-stroke). The total number of deposited layers was therefore 150. X-ray diffraction spectra were registered and exhibited a peak, which was fitted by a Montecarlo method of simulation to obtain the distribution of the repeat unit responsible for scattering; such distribution, with thickness between 20 and 60 Å, was consistent with the size of the amphiphile and the transfer sequence. The UV–Vis spectra of the LB film exhibited the characteristic C60 bands, and the absorption peaks in the 200–400 nm range were proportional to the number of layers, indicating that the deposition was reproducible and that the molecular environment of C60 in each layer remained constant.  相似文献

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation (MALDI) mass spectrometry was used for the rapid detection of cocaine, benzoylecgonine and cocaethylene in hair. Different MALDI sample preparation procedures have been tested and the employment of a multi-layer 'graphite-sample-electrosprayed alpha-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (HCCA)' yielded the best results for standard solutions of the target analytes. The same approach was subsequently applied to hair samples that were known to contain cocaine, benzoylecgonine and cocaethylene, as determined by a classical GC-MS method. It was however necessary to extract hair samples by incubating them in methanol/trifluoroacetic acid for a short time (15 min) at 45 degrees C; 1 microl of the obtained supernatant was deposed on a metal surface treated with graphite, and HCCA was electrosprayed on it. This procedure successfully suppressed matrix peaks and was effective in detecting all the target analytes as their protonated species. The results obtained give further confirmation of the effectiveness of the MALDI for detecting drugs and their metabolites in complex biological matrices. The method can be useful as a fast screening procedure to detect the presence of cocaine and metabolites in hair samples.  相似文献

Heterodinuclear lanthanide(III)-sodium(I) complexes [LnNa(L)(Cl)(2)(CH(3)OH)] (Ln=La[bond]Nd, Sm[bond]Lu), where H(2)L is a [1+1] asymmetric compartmental macrocyclic ligand containing a N(3)O(2) Schiff base and a O(3)O(2) crown-ether-like coordination site, have been prepared and characterized by IR, (1)H, (13)C, and (23)Na NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and electron microscopy. In the solid state, the lanthanide(III) ions coordinate the Schiff-base N(3)O(2) site, and the sodium ion occupies the O(3)O(2) crownlike cavity, as shown by the X-ray crystal structures of the Nd, Eu, Gd, and Yb derivatives. In these complexes, the lanthanide(III) ion is coordinated by two chlorine atoms in the trans position and by three nitrogen and two negatively charged phenol oxygen atoms of the Schiff base, and the ion is heptacoordinated with a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The sodium ion is coordinated by three etheric oxygen atoms and the two phenolic oxygens that act as a bridge. A methanol molecule is also coordinated in the apical position of the resulting pentagonal pyramidal polyhedron. A detailed (1)H and (13)C NMR study was carried out in CD(3)OD for both diamagnetic and paramagnetic heterodinuclear complexes [LnNa(L)(Cl)(2)(CH(3)OH)]. The complexes are also isostructural in solution, and their structures parallel those found in the solid state. Moreover, some significative distances determined in the solid state and in solution are comparable. Finally, the potential use of these complexes as molecular probes for the selective recognition of specific metal ions has been tested. In particular, their ability to act as shift reagents and the selectivity of the O(3)O(2) site towards Li(+), Ca(2+), and K(+) were investigated by (23)Na NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The Maillard reaction occurring between sugars and amino groups is important in living systems. When amino groups belonging to protein chains are involved, the Maillard reaction has been invoked as responsible for protein cross-linking and the production of 'toxic' compounds. The reaction leads to the production of a heterogeneous group of substances, usually called advanced glycation end products (AGEs). Classical analytical approaches, such as spectroscopic (ultraviolet, fluorescence) and mass spectrometric (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization, liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry) methods, have shown that the digestion mixture is highly complex. However, there are clear differences between the digestion mixtures of glycated and unglycated human serum albumin (HSA). In the former case, possible glycated peptides belonging to the AGE peptide class may be identified. Tandem mass spectrometric experiments on selected species seemed to be promising as regards structural information, but it was thought of interest to undertake the present investigation, based on liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization Fourier transform mass spectrometry, in order to obtain definitive results on their elemental composition. Using this approach, about 20 glycated peptides were detected and their possible structures were postulated by examining the known sequence of HSA.  相似文献
