中药川白芷化学成分的研究

Asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions with 5-menthyloxy-2-(5H)-furanone

A new class of chiral dienophiles, 5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanones, has been developed. Both enantiomers of 5-menthyloxy-2(5H)-ftiranone are readily available in enantiomerically pure form, starting from furfural and d- or l-menthol. Excellent diastereoselectivities (d.e. β99%) are obtained in thermal Diels-Alder reactions with several cyclic and acyclic dienes. The use of silyl dienol ethers has resulted in new routes to enantiomerically pure cyclohexanones in a highly regioselective manner.     

Magydardiendiol,diterpenoid with a new skeleton from magydaris panacifolia (umbelliferae).

Three new diterpenoids with a substituted α-cyclogeraniol skeleton have been isolated from the umbelliferae $\text{Magydaris panacifolia}$ (Vahl) Lange, for which the names of magydar-2,13-dien-11,17-diol, $\text{1}$, magydar-2,10 (20), 13-trien-17-ol, $\text{2}$, and magydar-2,10(20), 13-trien-17-yl acetate, $\text{3}$, are proposed. The structures of these substances have been deduced from spectroscopic and chemical data.     

Efficient synthesis of an imidazole-substituted delta-amino acid by the integration of chiral technologies

Two methods to produce (2S)-5-amino-2-(1-n-propyl-1H-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)-pentanoic acid were investigated. Diastereoisomeric salt resolution, using the quinidine salt, gave the desired intermediate in 98% ee and 33% yield. Asymmetric hydrogenation of various substrates gave high conversions, with up to 83% ee. Integration of these two approaches via asymmetric hydrogenation of a quinidine salt substrate followed by crystallization provided the desired intermediate in 94% ee and 76% yield.     

Thermal analysis of anhydrous and hydrated Cholesterol

Cholesterol constitutes the major component of most gallstones. It was identified and determined, in gallstones, issued from eleven patients, by thermal analysis: differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), with the use of the melting temperature and enthalpy, thermogravimetry (TG), with the mass loss of water. Anhydrous cholesterol (ChA) was characterized by two endothermic peaks (polymorphic, melting) and cholesterol monohydrate (ChH) by two endothermic peaks (dehydration, melting), too. Cha needle and Chh plate crystals were observed under polarizing light microscopy. The numerous stones obtained from nine patients were cholesterol stones: the ChA was higher 45 and lower 96%. ChH was present in stones of three patients. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

The ionization constants of alpha-alanine in NaCl at 25 degrees. Effect of the ionic strength based on three models

In the present work we obtained the experimental pKs of the amino acid alpha-alanine in NaCl at 25 degrees and different ionic strengths. The equilibrium constants have been potentiometrically determined with a commercial glass electrode and the results analysed through three models: two directly based on the Pitzer and Scatchard approaches to the ion specific interaction theory and the other based on a simpler modification of the Debye-Hückel equation. The three models fit the data reasonably well and the extrapolated pK values obtained show a good agreement. The goodness of the ridge regression method cannot be probed in this case.     

Chimie des complexes de metaux de transition avec des hydrocarbures cyanes : III. Quelques observations sur la conformation et la reactivite de complexes dicyclopentadienyles du molybdene et du tungstene

A new class of cyclic telluronium salts has been prepared. All the salts are stable in solution in CHCl₃ or dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO). Conductivity measurements in DMSO and dimethylformamide (DMF) have shown that considerable ion pairing occurs in solution. Infrared, ¹H, ¹³C, ¹²⁵Te NMR, and mass spectra are reported and discussed.     

几种常见水果的微量元素分析

运用原子吸收分光光度法测定了几种常见水果中部分微量元素含量。其中榴莲的Mg、Zn、Cu、K含量位于四种水果之首。美国提子中Ca含量最高，芒果中Fe含量最高。以上差别具有统计学意义。六种元素的回收率为90％-106．5％。连续6次测定样品，变异系数(CV)为0．96％。
