Nitride semiconductors and their alloys recently have versatile applications as high-power and high-efficiency electro optical devices duo to their high thermal stability, direct transition and wide bang-gap. Nanostructure light emitting diodes of these materials have an emission spectrum from infrared to ultraviolet. In this paper, besides simulating a nanostructure nitride semiconductor LED, such as multi quantum well nitride LEDs, the effect of temperature on the recombination rate has been investigated.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations at constant temperature are performed to investigate melting-like transition in Na13K42, Na19K36 and Na26K29 nanoalloys using a second-moment-approximation tight-binding analytic potential to calculate the forces on the constituent atoms. A weighted histogram analysis method is employed to remove non-ergodicity issues due to the complex potential energy surface of these nanoalloys. The heat capacity shows three distinctive steps in melting for Na13K42, while Na26K29 and Na19K36 have two-step and one-step melting transition, respectively. The steepest descent method is used to quench the configurations in a given interval during the simulation and also study the isomerisation processes occurring at different temperatures. Analysing the configuration energies of quenched structures for the entire nanoalloy and the core atoms separately gives more details about the melting mechanism. The Lindemann parameter is also calculated at several temperatures during the simulation which shows a gradual increase for Na13K42 and Na26K29 while a sharp change is observed for Na19K36. These findings are in agreement with the multi-step nature of the phase transition in Na13K42 and Na26K29 and one-step melting of the Na19K36 magic composition.  相似文献

In single-layer graphene sheets non-local interband exchange leads to a renormalized Fermi-surface effective mass which vanishes in the low carrier-density limit. We report on a comparative study of Fermi surface effective mass renormalization in single-layer and AB-stacked bilayer graphene. We explain why the mass does not approach zero in the bilayer case, although its value is still strongly suppressed.  相似文献

A three-component condensation reaction between 2-aminobenzophenone derivatives, formaldehyde or aromatic aldehydes, and ammonium acetate efficiently provides substituted quinazolines in a one-pot reaction in the presence of Brönsted acidic ionic liquid, 1-methylimidazolium triflouroacetate ([Hmim]TFA), in conjunction with aerobic oxidation. The ionic liquid was separated from the reaction mixture by simple extraction and was recycled three times without considerable loss in activity.  相似文献

In this paper we have considered a red-shift based linear correction in derivative of action in the context of vacuum f (R) gravity. Here we have found out that the linear correction may describe the late time acceleration which is appeared by SuperNovae Ia with no need of dark energy. Also we have calculated the asymptotic action for the desired correction. The value of all solutions may reduce to de’ Sitter universe in the absence of correction term.  相似文献

MWCNTs‐nanoNiO composite was used as a glassy carbon electrode modifier for construction of a novel catalase nanobiosensor for hydrogen peroxide. The immobilized catalase exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2. The resulting amperometric biosensor exhibited a linear response over a concentration range of 200 µM to 2.53 mM with a low detection limit of 19.0 µM. Electrochemical impedance measurements revealed that the modified electrode can be used for the sensitive detection of H2O2. The charge transfer resistance found to decrease significantly after enzymatic reaction of nanobiosensor with H2O2. The resulting impedance was highly sensitive to H2O2 over a linear range of 19–170 nM with a detection limit of 2.4 nM.  相似文献
