The efficiency of two-stage probe atomization for the determination of gold and palladium in geological samples by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry is studied. The effects of temperature–time program and the position of the probe in an atomizer on the fractionation of sample components and the magnitude of the analytical signal are studied. It is demonstrated that gold and palladium can be quantitatively determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in rocks and ores, using a two-stage probe atomization with the limits of detection for gold and palladium 0.01 and 0.04 g/t, respectively. 相似文献

For a new sulfoethylated chitosan derivative with the degree of substitution of amino group hydrogen atoms of 0.5, the dissociation constant of functional groups has been determined by potentiometric titration. Complexing properties of sulfoethylated chitosan toward copper(II), cobalt(II), nickel(II), zinc(II), manganese(II), cadmium(II), silver(I), lead(II), magnesium(II), calcium(II), strontium(II), and barium(II) ions have been studied potentiometrically. Alkaline earth and magnesium ions do not form complexes with sulfoethylated chitosan. For the other ions, stability constants of the resulting complexes have been determined. Porous layers of associates of adsorption-saturated and benzene- and hexane-solvated chloride and sulfate of hydroxyethylated cyclams with acid aqua complexes were synthesized on the surface of PVC-coated cellulose fabric. The porous structure of the layers includes a system of internal pores connected with the external pores via the diamine rings of the common walls of the hydroxyethylated cyclam nets; the internal pores are filled with the associates; the solvent molecules are adsorbed on the developed surface of the layers or solvate it. The H+ motion rate in a layer placed in solvent vapors or liquid solvents was measured; the layers were found to be nonlinear H+ conductors. The potential of H+ transition from the acid solution into the layer, the H+ mobility constant, and the field variation constant of the H+ mobility of the layer depend on the layer composition. The adsorption and solvation are accompanied by the formation of host-guest molecular complexes between the diamine rings of the cyclam nets and the benzene or hexane molecules, affecting the resistance of the associates to the incorporation of H+ ions and the H+ mobility in the associates. 相似文献
