Expressing the influence of reservoirs (lattice modes, solvent etc.) on the exciton or electron propagation in homogeneous systems via two relaxation times in the Agranovich and Galanin model, the convolutionless Generalized Master Equations for the site occupation probabilities are derived. Two different projection operator techniques are used. Identity of the two approaches is verified for a dimer and physical contents of the result are discussed.  相似文献

The image of growth striations in Si formed by the double crystal X-ray topography in the Laue case (DCTL) is investigated. The results of the dynamical diffraction theory for crystals with small microdefects have been compared with the contrast behaviour determined experimentally. It has been found that the theory explains qualitatively the contrast on the striations and it has been demonstrated that the DCTL method is suitable for detection of the presence of small microdefects in growth striations. Since the paper completes a series of papers on X-ray topography of growth striations, some general conclusions are formulated concerning the applicability of the X-ray topographical methods to the investigation of the structure of the growth striations  相似文献

Excitation functions for the55Mn(p, p )55Mn,55Mn(p, n )55Fe and55Mn(p, )56Fe reactions are studied for proton beam energyE p=1·3–2 MeV. The excitation functions are established from yield functions for -rays emitted from the first excited states of final nuclei. Many resonances are observed and competition of their decay into all three output channels is analysed. Spin-parity assignment for some resonant states in the56Fe compound nucleus is deduced.Participated partly in the course of his work on a Thesis.The authors wish to thank the staff of the Van de Graaff accelerator at Charles University in Prague for the efficient operation of the machine and dr. Behaviour of the h. f. electrostatic waves near the plasma or upper hybrid resonances was studied in the case that these resonances are situated at the maxima or minima of the plasma density. Supposing the parabolic density profile in these regions we obtained the connection formulae for the WKB solutions. In a weakly inhomogeneous magnetoplasma the effect of the parabolic profile manifests itself only in narrow frequency band centred at the resonance frequency corresponding to the extreme value of the density. The whole process can be then described by only two coefficients, viz. the power conversion and power transmission coefficients.  相似文献

Eine der oft angewandten Möglichkeiten der Markierung fester Träger mit gasförmigen Tracern ist die Diffusionstechnik. Die mit dieser Technik hergestellten Träger wurden zu reaktionskinetischen und analytischen Bestimmungen herangezogen. The method based on the Horsky-Mitskievitch conjecture is applied to the Levi-Civita vacuum metric. It is shown, that every Killing vector is connected with a particular class of Einstein-Maxwell fields and each of those classes is found explicitly. Some of the obtained classes are quite new. Radial geodesic motion in constructed space-times is discussed and graphically illustrated in the Appendix.  相似文献

The bi-directional mode expansion propagation algorithm (BEP) is known to be an accurate and efficient method for modelling field distribution in high-index contrast waveguide structures with strong back-reflections like Bragg gratings and photonic crystals. The main difficulty of this method is that for lossy structures, the propagation constants of modes are to be searched in the complex plane. To speed-up this procedure, a two-step algorithm for eigenmode calculation based on the expansion into the modes of an empty metallic waveguide has recently been proposed. Proper truncation rules possessing good convergence of the expansion method for both TE and TM modes have also been recently published. In this contribution, both these approaches are combined in the development of an extremely simple version of the two-dimensional BEP method that makes use of the field expansion into the eigenmodes of a parallel-plate waveguide. The method is strictly reciprocal and appeared to be computationally reliable also for strongly lossy structures. High numerical stability is ensured using the scattering matrix formalism, and an efficient method of calculating Bloch modes for symmetric as well as asymmetric periodic waveguide structures is adopted. A wide range of applicability of the method is demonstrated by a few examples.  相似文献
