A mixture of both geometrical isomers of hydrazones 3a‐3e was obtained by the coupling reactions of pyrazole‐3‐diazonium salts 2a‐2d and benzenediazonium chloride 2e with 2‐pyridylacetonitrile 1 . Hydrazones 3a‐3d were cyclized to the corresponding 4‐amino‐3‐(2‐pyridyl)pyrazolo[5,1‐c][1,2,4]triazines 4a‐4d.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of nickel in the presence of cobalt, based on the masking of the cobalt with potassium cyanide and hydrogen peroxide, is proposed. The yellow, or orange-yellow, complex of cobalt(III) is formed, from which cobalt is not displaced upon the addition of silver nitrate. Tetracyanonickelate, however, reacts quantitatively with silver nitrate, and the displaced nickel can be determined directly with EDTA, using Murexide as indicator. Up to 30 mg of cobalt can be tolerated in the solution.  相似文献

Summary The equilibrium mechanical behaviour of weak diepoxide-monoepoxide-diamine networks, prepared with an excess of diamine and measured in the rubbery state, was compared with theoretical predictions obtained by using the theory of branching processes. The experimental equilibrium moduli fit well the shape of theoretical curves over a broad range of crosslinking density regardless of whether the contribution by trapped entanglements is considered or not. The data fit equally well the theoretical dependence for the front factor A = 1 without entanglement contribution and forA = (f e - 2)/f e , (f e is the average effective functionality of a junction) with an entanglement contribution based on the contact probability between any two units within elastically active network chains (Langley).Dedicated to Prof. Dr.G. An improved version of the disposable multichannel immunochemical biosensor for the herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) based on a screen-printed amperometric transducer and monoclonal antibodies (MAb) against 2,4-D is reported. Entrapment within a thin Nafion film was used for the direct immobilization of MAb at the electrode surface. The amount of the tracer (2,4-D conjugated to acetylcholinesterase) bound in a competitive immunochemical reaction was determined amperometrically using acetylthiocholine iodide as substrate. The measuring procedure (times of incubation with tracer and substrate, pH, tracer concentration) was optimized. The sensor was able to detect less than 0.01 μg/L of free 2,4-D in water. One analysis (8 samples) was completed in 30 min (20 min for immunochemical reaction, 5 min incubation with substrate, 5 min measurement). The performance of the immunosensor (two configurations) was evaluated on real samples (tap water) with added 2,4-D. The determined amounts (mean values 0.097 to 0.105 and 0.89 to 1.13) corresponded well with the added contents of 2,4-D (0.100 and 1.00 μg/L, respectively).  相似文献

Conclusions We conclude that the occurrence of a maximum in the magnetization versus temperature curve observed under certain circumstances on U3P4 is not connected with its intrinsic magnetic structure, but substantially depends on the form in which the material is studied (polycrystalline powder, single crystal, single crystal powders with various dimensions of grains). This phenomenon seems to be affected by quenching of the state from the region of low anisotropy at higher temperature in the small particles with a strong tendency to single domain behaviour and thus it may be a consequence of rotation magnetization process in the fields relatively small for U3P4. The assertion about transitions between magnetic ordering, sometimes proposed in the literature on the basis of observed anomalies in the temperature course of magnetization without simultaneous confirmation by neutron diffraction, should be accepted with some reservation, especially in the case of simple uranium compounds. However, another situation arises for pseudobinary alloys of ferro- and antiferromagnetic components (e.g. UP0·75S0·25) where such transitions were confirmed both by magnetic methods and by neutron diffraction studies [13].The authors would like to express their thanks to Ing. Using electron microscopy methods it has been determined that there are numerous crystalline inclusions in evaporated layers of amorphous selenium. The density, dimensions, modification and distribution in the cross section of a layer are essentially dependent upon the method of layer preparation. The maximum micro-inclusion density is observed in layers evaporated at a substrate temperature (ts) between 8 to 30°C. These layers also possess crystallites of monoclinic modification. In layers evaporated at ts ? 50°C inclusions of trigonal modification prevail.The parameters of the deep trapping levels for holes and electrons have been determined from photodischarge kinetics. The origin of these levels is found to be related to the phase transition. The hole traps are caused by the crystalline formation of trigonal modification, and the electron traps by crystallites of monoclinic modification.  相似文献
