Sonochemistry and photochemistry are initiated by high-energy transient species, which may be prone to mutual interaction. Electronic excitation of solutes by energy transfer from high energy species generated in collapsing bubbles is already supported by experimental evidence. The rates of photochemical reactions can be affected by ultrasound-induced mixing of liquids caused by microstreaming near pulsating cavitation bubbles and shockwaves due to bubble collapse. This may not only improve light absorption but also modify the pathway of reaction by increasing the contact between reagents. Finally, one may speculate about a potentially new chemistry of photoexcited solutes under the extreme conditions inside cavitation microreactors. This work reviews research on the excitation of solutes by sonoluminescence, the combined effects of ultrasound and light on liquid systems and the effect of ultrasound on photocatalytic reactions.  相似文献

Tetrakis(diethyl phosphonate), Tetrakis(ethyl phenylphosphinate)‐, and Tetrakis(diphenylphosphine oxide)‐Substituted Phthalocyanines The title compounds 7, 9 , and 11 are obtained by tetramerization of diethyl (3,4‐dicyanophenyl)phosphonate ( 5 ), ethyl (3,4‐dicyanophenyl)phenylphosphinate ( 8 ), and 4‐(diphenylphosphinyl)benzene‐1,2‐dicarbonitrile ( 10 ). The 31P‐NMR spectra of the phthalocyanines 7, 9 , and 11 and of their metal complexes present five to eight signals confirming the formation of four constitutional isomers with the expected C4h, D2h, C2v, and Cs symmetry. In the FAB‐MS of the Zn, Cu, and Ni complexes of 7 and 9 , the peaks of dimeric phthalocyanines are observed. By gel‐permeation chromatography, the monomeric complex [Ni( 7 )] and a dimer [Ni( 7 )]2 can be separated. These dimers differ from the known phthalocyanine dimers, i.e., possibly the P(O)(OEt)2 and P(O)(Ph)(OEt) substituents in 7 and 9 are involved in complexation. The free phosphonic acid complex [Zn( 12 )] and [Cu( 12 )] are H2O‐soluble. In the FAB‐MS of [Zn( 12 )], only the peaks of the dimer are present; the ESI‐MS confirms the existence of the dimer and the metal‐free dimer. In the UV/VIS spectrum of [Zn( 12 )], the hypsochromic shift characteristic for the known type of dimers from 660–700 nm to 620–640 nm is observed. As in the FAB‐MS of [Zn( 12 )], the free phosphinic acid complex [Zn( 13 )] shows only the monomer, an ESI‐MS cannot be obtained for solubility problems. The UV/VIS spectrum of [Zn( 13 )] demonstrates the existence of the monomer as well as of the dimer.  相似文献

Receptor tyrosine kinases such as VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2, KDR) or EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) play crucial roles in a variety of diseases, such as cancer. Recently, some pyrrolopyrimidines were shown to be potent EGFR inhibitors. Therefore, new types of oxazolo[5,4‐d]pyrimidines and furo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines were synthesized (Schemes 1 and 2). Appropriately substituted derivatives of these classes of compounds inhibited VEGFR2 and EGFR with IC50 values in the low nanomolar range (see Table). Generally, the furopyrimidines were somewhat more active than the oxazolopyrimidines. The best inhibitors, 20m, 20p , and 20r , had an IC50 of 3 nM towards EGFR and showed a good selectivity, being distinctly less active towards VEGFR2.  相似文献

In this work, we report on recent investigations, both on the global and on the local molecular architecture of supported phospholipid model membranes. A brief theoretical introduction explains how global structural information on supramolecular lipid ensembles can be retrieved from surface X-ray diffraction measurements as well as how spin-label electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) provides complementary information on the local environment of probe molecules. The combination of especially designed X-ray cells with the technique of small- and wide-angle X-ray surface scattering makes it possible to explore various fields of lipid research and its applications. Examples for different physico-chemical conditions are presented: (i) in situ chemistry under excess of water conditions demonstrating how solid-supported lipid films sense salinity, (ii) the 3D electron density reconstruction of a vesicle-fusion intermediate under controlled humidity, and (iii) complementary temperature and pressure effects on oriented phospholipid samples. Further, special attention has been given to the influence of different film preparation techniques with respect to quality and the defect structure manifestation. To resolve the proportions and local properties of defects in a hydrated lipid-deposited surface, spin-label EPR was applied. The results from 9.6 GHz EPR as well as from 1.2 GHz EPR suggest the alignment to be in the range between 30% and 80%. In addition, slow time-dependent EPR measurements point to nano-structural rearrangements due to water flow and reduction of alignment quality.  相似文献

The gold(I) selenolate compound [Au(2)(SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] (dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) has been prepared by reaction of [Au(2)Cl(2)(mu-dppf)] with PhSeSiMe(3) in a molar ratio 1:2. This complex reacts with gold(I) or gold(III) derivatives to give polynuclear gold(I)-gold(I) or gold(I)-gold(III) complexes of the type [Au(4)(mu-SePh)(2)(PPh(3))(2)(mu-dppf)](OTf)(2), [Au(3)(C(6)F(5))(3)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)], or [Au(4)(C(6)F(5))(6)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)], with bridging selenolate ligands. The reaction of [Au(2)(SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] with 1 equiv of AgOTf leads to the formation of the insoluble Ag(SePh) and the compound [Au(2)(mu-SePh)(mu-dppf)]OTf. The complexes [Au(4)(C(6)F(5))(6)(mu-SePh)(2)(mu-dppf)] and [Au(2)(mu-SePh)(mu-dppf)]OTf (two different solvates) have been characterized by X-ray diffraction studies and show the presence of weak gold(I)-gold(III) interactions in the former and intra- and intermolecular gold(I)-gold(I) inter-actions in the later.  相似文献

A 5 m x 50 microm capillary column with 0.05 microm stationary phase film thickness, with a calculated efficiency of almost 20,000 plates per metre (under optimum conditions), was used for very fasthigh resolution GC analysis of lime essential oil. The total analysis time of this volatile essential oil was less than 90 s. Fast GC is shown to be appropriate for essential oil quality assurance analysis, and quantitative results of key components are comparable with those obtained by using conventional GC analysis. The fast GC analysis is approximately 33 times faster than the conventional GC method.  相似文献

Arylations of electron-rich heteroatom-substituted olefins were performed with arylboronic acids. This appears to constitute the first example of palladium(II)-catalyzed internal Heck arylations. The novel protocol exploits oxygen gas for environmentally benign reoxidation and a stable 1,10-phenanthroline bidentate ligand to promote the palladium(II) regeneration and to control the regioselectivity. Internal arylation is strongly favored with electron-rich arylboronic acids. DFT calculations support a charge-driven selectivity rationale, where phenyls substituted with electron-donating groups prefer the electron-poor alpha-carbon of the olefin. Experiments, verified by calculations, confirm the cationic nature of the catalytic route. This Heck methodology provides a facile and mild access to functionalized enamides. Controlled microwave heating and increased oxygen pressure were used to further reduce the reaction time to 1 h.  相似文献

As part of a continuing investigation of the topological control of intramolecular electron transfer (ET) in donor-acceptor systems, a symmetrical parachute-shaped octaethylporphyrin-fullerene dyad has been synthesized. A symmetrical strap, attached to ortho positions of phenyl groups at opposing meso positions of the porphyrin, was linked to [60]-fullerene in the final step of the synthesis. The dyad structures were confirmed by (1)H, (13)C, and (3)He NMR, and MALDI-TOF mass spectra. The free-base and Zn-containing dyads were subjected to extensive spectroscopic, electrochemical and photophysical studies. UV-vis spectra of the dyads are superimposable on the sum of the spectra of appropriate model systems, indicating that there is no significant ground-state electronic interaction between the component chromophores. Molecular modeling studies reveal that the lowest energy conformation of the dyad is not the C(2)(v)() symmetrical structure, but rather one in which the porphyrin moves over to the side of the fullerene sphere, bringing the two pi-systems into close proximity, which enhances van der Waals attractive forces. To account for the NMR data, it is proposed that the dyad is conformationally mobile at room temperature, with the porphyrin swinging back and forth from one side of the fullerene to the other. The extensive fluorescence quenching in both the free base and Zn dyads is associated with an extremely rapid photoinduced electron-transfer process, k(ET) approximately 10(11) s(-)(1), generating porphyrin radical cations and C(60) radical anions, detected by transient absorption spectroscopy. Back electron transfer (BET) is slower than charge separation by up to 2 orders of magnitude in these systems. The BET rate is slower in nonpolar than in polar solvents, indicating that BET occurs in the Marcus inverted region, where the rate decreases as the thermodynamic driving force for BET increases. Transient absorption and singlet molecular oxygen sensitization data show that fullerene triplets are formed only with the free base dyad in toluene, where triplet formation from the charge-separated state is competitive with decay to the ground state. The photophysical properties of the P-C(60) dyads with parachute topology are very similar to those of structurally related rigid pi-stacked P-C(60) dyads, with the exception that there is no detectable charge-transfer absorption in the parachute systems, attributed to their conformational flexibility. It is concluded that charge separation in these hybrid systems occurs through space in unsymmetrical conformations, where the center-to-center distance between the component pi-systems is minimized. Analysis of the BET data using Marcus theory gives reorganization energies for these systems between 0.6 and 0.8 eV and electronic coupling matrix elements between 4.8 and 5.6 cm(-)(1).  相似文献

Phosphorylation of suitable piperidine precursors yielded a series of novel decalin‐type O,N,P‐heterocycles. The title compounds, P(3)‐axially and P(3)‐equatorially X‐substituted, cis‐ and trans‐configurated 2,4‐dioxa‐7‐aza‐, 2,4‐dioxa‐8‐aza‐, and 2,4‐dioxa‐9‐aza‐3‐phosphabicyclo[4.4.0]decane 3‐oxides (X=Cl, F, 4‐nitrophenoxy, and 2,4‐dinitrophenoxy), are configuratively fixed and conformationally constrained P‐analogues of acetylcholine and as such represent acetylcholine (7‐aza and 9‐aza isomers) or γ‐homo‐acetylcholine mimetics (8‐aza isomers). Being irreversible inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), the compounds are considered to be suitable probes for the investigation of the stereochemical course of the inhibition reaction by 31P‐NMR spectroscopy. Moreover, the design of these mimetics will enable studies of molecular interactions with AChE, in particular, the recognition conformation of acetylcholine.  相似文献
