The effects of wide- and narrow- variband layers on the charge-carrier concentration and mobility in the MBE-grown epitaxial CMT structures measured by the Hall-effect method are studied by numerical simulation. The dependence of the relative difference between the experimentally obtained effective values of electrophysical parameters and those of an epitaxial coating on the variband-layer characteristics is discussed. An analysis of this dependence shows that the manner in which the broad-band and narrow-band layers affect the resulting parameters is inequivalent. The calculations suggest that the effect of the wide-band layer on the experimental electrophysical parameters can be neglected. In the case of the narrow variband layer, however, the difference between the electophysical parameters strongly depends on the variband-layer parameters and the concentrations of ionized donor and acceptor centers. 相似文献

The frequencies of natural electroacoustic oscillations of aluminum oxide particles in a laminar disperse aluminum flame are determined experimentally using the capacitive method. A computational model is proposed for estimating the natural frequency of oscillations of charged particles in the smoky plasma taking into account the Doppler effect. It is shown that, for a natural frequency of oscillations of 51 kHz, two measured maxima at frequencies of 30 and 60 kHz in the oscillation spectrum correspond to the Doppler frequencies. 相似文献

Ternary fission of 252Cf was studied at Gammasphere using eight ΔE×E particle telescopes. Helium, beryllium, boron, and carbon light charged particles (LCPs) emitted with kinetic energy more than 9, 21, 26, and 32 MeV, respectively, were identified. The 3368-keV γ transition from the first 2+ excited state in 10Be was found and the population probability ratio N(2+)/N(0+) = 0.160 ± 0.025 was estimated. No evidence was found for 3368-keV γ rays emitted from a triple molecular state. For the first time, charge distributions are obtained for ternary fission fragments emitted with helium, beryllium, and carbon LCPs. 相似文献

placed into the grips of a deforming machine and is transferred to the martensitic state by bending in the direction opposite

under the conditions of constrained form changing. Analysis of the martensitic deformation in terms of the theory of diffuse

Formulas for calculating the spectral characteristics of waveguide arrays, which are incorporated into waveguide spectrum analyzers based on planar waveguides, channel waveguides, and fiber optical waveguides, are derived taking into account the contribution of both the waveguide dispersion and the material dispersion to the dispersion factor. These formulas are used to study the dependence of the dispersion factor on the waveguide-system parameters for specific models of waveguide arrays.
