Exploring original approaches for the synthesis of therapeutic agents having a quinazoline part, we discovered that novel 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazino[2,1,-b]quinazolines (3) may be rapidly and easily obtained via the chemistry of 4,5-dichloro-1,2,3-dithiazolium chloride (1). Our synthetic approach of this reaction is described with the aim of obtaining a well-controlled access to this very rarely described pyrazino[2,1,-b]quinazoline skeleton.  相似文献

An automated flow injection analysis (FIA) system for quantifying ethanol was developed using alcohol oxidase, horseradish peroxidase, 4-aminophenazone, and phenol. A colorimetric detection method was developed using two different methods of analysis, with free and immobilized enzymes. The system with free enzymes permitted analysis of standard ethanol solution in a range of 0.05–1.0 g of ethanol/L without external dilution, a sampling frequency of 15 analyses/h, and relative SD of 3.5%. A new system was designed consisting of a microreactor with a 0.91-mL internal volume filled with alcohol oxidase immobilized on glass beads and an addition of free peroxidase, adapted in an FIA line, for continued reuse. This integrated biosensor-FIA system is being used for quality control of biofuels, gasohol, and hydrated ethanol. The FIA system integrated with the microreactor showed a calibration curve in the range of 0.05–1.5 g of ethanol/L, and good results were obtained compared with the ethanol content measured by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography standard methods.  相似文献

In this work, a capillary electrophoresis (CE) method using indirect UV detection (214nm) for the simultaneous determination of monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine (DEA), triethanolamine (TEA), diethylethanolamine (DEEA), monocyclohexylamine (MCHA) and dicyclohexylamine (DCHA) in water/ethanol extracts of wrapping materials containing volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCIs) was described. A running buffer consisting of 0.010 molL(-1) imidazole, 0.010 molL(-1) 2-hydroxyisobutyric acid (HIBA) and 0.010 molL(-1) 18-crown-6 ether enabled separation of the analytes in less than 7 min. A few method validation parameters were determined revealing good migration time repeatability (<0.7% RSD) and area repeatability (< 1.8% RSD). Limits of detection were in the range of 0.52-1.54 mg L(-1). Recovery values were in the range of 94.8-100.9%. The methodology was successfully applied to the analysis of three commercial products (VCI treated paper, foam and plastic). The concentration of amines in these materials varied from 0.050 to 22.3% (w/w).  相似文献

The effect of process variables on uronic acids (UAs) and hexenuronic acids (HexAs) in the annual crop Arundo donax L. during ethanol–alkali pulping has been examined. A substantial loss of UA moieties (up to 90%) was observed by the end of pulping (target kappa number 18) performed with 25% NaOH and 40% EtOH (by volume) within the temperature range of 130–150 °C. At the same time, the progressive formation of HexA in pulp was detected from the early phases of delignification. The proportion of HexA in the residual UA of the final pulp was found to be 84%, indicating almost complete conversion of 4-O-methylglucuronic acid side groups (MeGlcA) of heteroxylan into HexA. The kinetics of UA degradation and HexA formation has been described in terms of three consecutive first-order reaction stages. The overall rate of UA degradation was one order higher than the rate of UA conversion into HexA. The values of apparent activation energy were estimated as 68.6 and 94.7 kJ mol–1, respectively. The reaction medium alkalinity was shown to be the controlling factor for UA and HexA stability during ethanol–alkali pulping. An increase in alkali charge from 5% to 35% (as NaOH) led to UA loss of 40%, but promoted HexA formation from 11.8 to 20.1 mol g–1. The addition of organic solvent to the alkaline pulping solution had a similar effect, and about 10% of UA was lost and the content of HexA increased from 6.9 to 10.9 mol g–1 with an increase in ethanol proportion in the liquor from 20% to 60%.  相似文献

The dilute-acid hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse was optimized using a statistical experimental design resulting in hydrolysates containing 57.25 g/L of xylose, which were fermented with a high inoculum concentration (10 g/L of the yeast Candida guilliermondii IM/UFRJ 50088). The addition of urea reduced the time of conversion (t C) to 75 h (without nitrogen source addition t C>127 h), and, consequently, improving the rates of xylitol bioproduction. Fermentator experiments, using the optimized conditions, resulted in enhanced conversion rates, reducing t C to 30 h. The stability of the yeast in the hydrolysate was also verified in a 480-h cultivation.  相似文献

The 4-halo-3,5-dimethyl pyrazoles have been synthetisized in good yields in short reaction times in the absence of a catalyst by reaction of 3,5-dimethyl pyrazoles with N-halosuccinimides (NBS, NCS and NIS) under ultrasound irradiation. This study investigated the organic and inorganic constituents of healthy leaves and Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas)-inoculated leaves of citrus plants. The bacteria CLas are one of the causal agents of citrus greening (or Huanglongbing) and its effect on citrus leaves was investigated using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) combined with chemometrics. The information obtained from the LIBS spectra profiles with chemometrics analysis was promising for the construction of predictive models to identify healthy and infected plants. The major, macro- and microconstituents were relevant for differentiation of the sample conditions. The models were then applied to different inoculation times (from 1 to 8 months). The models were effective in the classification of 82-97% of the diseased samples with a 95% significance level. The novelty of this method was in the fingerprinting of healthy and diseased plants based on their organic and inorganic contents.  相似文献

This work describes the isolation of the secondary metabolites identified as the quinonemethides maytenin (1) and pristimerin (2) from Maytenus ilicifolia extracts obtained from root barks of adult plants and roots of seedlings and their quantification by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a diode array detector. The electrochemical profiles obtained from cyclic voltammetry and a coulometric detector coupled to high-performance liquid chromatography contributed to the evaluation of their antioxidant capacity. The antioxidant properties of individual components and the crude extracts of the root barks of Maytenus ilicifolia were compared and the possible synergistic associations of quinonemethide triterpenes and phenolic substances were investigated by using rutin as a model phenolic compound.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to verify the occurrence of pigment dispersion in retinal pigment cells exposed to UVA and UVB radiation, and to investigate the possible participation of a nitric oxide (NO) pathway. Retinal pigment cells from Neohelice granulata were obtained by cellular dissociation. Cells were analyzed for 30 min in the dark (control) and then exposed to 1.1 and 3.3 J cm−2 UVA, 0.07 and 0.9 J cm−2 UVB, 20 n m β-PDH (pigment dispersing hormone) or 10 μ m SIN-1 (NO donor). Histological analyses were performed to verify the UV effect in vivo . Cultured cells were exposed to 250 μ m L-NAME (NO synthase blocker) and afterwards were treated with UVA, UVB or β-PDH. The retinal cells in culture displayed significant pigment dispersion in response to UVA, UVB and β-PDH. The same responses to UVA and UVB were observed in vivo . SIN-1 did not induce pigment dispersion in the cell cultures. l-NAME significantly decreased the pigment dispersion induced by UVA and UVB but not by β-PDH. All retinal cells showed an immunopositive reaction against neuronal nitric oxide synthases. Therefore, UVA and UVB radiation are capable of inducing pigment dispersion in retinal pigment cells of Neohelice granulata and this dispersion may be nitric oxide synthase dependent.  相似文献

The future supplies and usage of glycerol are expected to increase as biodiesel plants increase production, and the output will greatly outpace demand. Biodiesel production has already had a significant impact on the price of refined glycerol. A major concern of glycerol producers is the reduced price of glycerol resulting from the increased production of biodiesel. Some alternative uses for this glycerol that have been investigated are substrates for fermentation process or the production of biosurfactants, fatty acids, biopolymers, and others products. This work had as objective to evaluate two strains of Xanthomonas sp isolate from Brazil for xanthan gum in orbital agitator, analizing the apparent viscosity of aqueous solutions and selecting viscosity. The experiments of xanthan gum production were realized in orbital agitator with 120 rpm agitation, for cells production, and 180rpm, for biopolymer production, under a 28 °C temperature. The rheology of the fermentation broth was analyzed by apparent viscosity and the polymer was recovered with ethanol (1:3, v/v). After its recovery, the productivity evaluation was performed. The productivity were 0.157 and 0.363 gL−1 for C1 and 0.186 and 0.363 gL−1 for C9 to media glycerol or glycerol and sucrose, respectively. The viscosity analysis was performed for aqueous solutions 3%, at 25 °C, the best apparent viscosity was obtained using gum synthesized with glycerol and sucrose (50:50) at 25 °C, 143 mPa.s−1 from Xanthomonas sp C1.  相似文献
