喷雾热解法合成球形(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu荧光粉的研究

采用喷雾热解法合成了无团聚的球形(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉。研究了各因素对(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体的结晶性能、外观形貌及发光强度的影响。结果表明,按120%硼酸的化学计量比于900℃喷雾热解,再经过1200℃后处理2 h,可以合成结晶良好的(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体;喷雾热解溶液的浓度和载气流量对荧光粉的外观形貌影响较大;铕含量为10%时可以获得最佳的发光强度。在优化喷雾热解实验条件下成功合成出良好发光强度的PDP用(Y0.6Gd0.3)BO3∶Eu0.1荧光粉。

Toward breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) inhibitors: design, synthesis of a series of new simplified fumitremorgin C analogues

In this study, we report the design and synthesis of a series of new simplified fumitremorgin C analogues. The preliminary biological study indicated some of these simplified fumitremorgin C might be developed into breast cancer resistance inhibitors.     

Facile synthesis of exfoliated and highly conductive poly(arylene disulfide)/graphite nanocomposites

Exfoliated graphite has been synthesized by first synthesizing H₂SO₄ intercalated compound in a H₂O₂‐H₂SO₄ mixture, followed by exfoliation under microwave irradiation. Poly(arylene disulfide)/graphite nanocomposites were then fabricated by absorbing cyclic(arylene disulfide) oligomers into the pores of exfoliated graphite. Subsequently, the nanocomposite precursor was subjected to heat treatment to carry out the in situ ring‐opening polymerization of the oligomers via free radical mechanism. The as‐prepared nanocomposite exhibited a exfoliated nanostructure as evidenced by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation. The nanocomposite with a very small amount of graphite, 5 wt%, possesses a highly electrical conductivity of 4 S/cm, therefore, many applications can be found as conductive materials. CdSe/ZnS-labeled carboxymethyl chitosan as a bioprobe for live cell imaging

A simple and convenient method for the construction of CdSe/ZnS-labeled polysaccharides as bioprobes were developed, which are highly biocompatible and photostable, and have been proven to be suitable for live cell imaging.     

Study on analysis of153Sm-EDTMP stability in vitro and vivo by HPLC

The behavior of¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP in vitro and vivo is analyzed by the size exclusion HPLC. The experimental results show that EDTMP amounts have an obvious effect on the stability in vitro and uptake of¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP in the liver. HPLC analysis of urine sample indicates that¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP es excreted in the original form. The behavior in vivo of¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP containing 4 μg is similar to that of¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP containing 50 μg EDTMP at 1 h post-injection.     

A New Asterosaponin from the Starfish Culcita novaeguineae

A new asterosaponin named novaeguinoside A, along with a known saponin, asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate, was isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae. The new compound was identitied to be sodium 6α-O-{β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl}-5α-pregn-9(11)-en-20-one-3β-yl-sulfate by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence.     

金汞齐富集冷原子荧光测汞法的研究

本文介绍了一种用于测定汞的金汞齐富集热解系统。研究了该系统与冷原子荧光测汞仪联用的工作条件和干扰,在最佳条件下的检出下限为4×10~(-13)克汞,分析周期3分钟,相对标准偏差2.5%(1.5×10~(-9)克汞)。     

2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸结构特征的研究

对12种2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,对其中两个化合物作了质谱测定。结果表明,这类化合物固态时主要以两性离子形式存在;有较强的分子离子峰,是一类较稳定的化合物。它们还存在一对非对映异构体,芳环上的取代基对芳环电子云密度的影响较大,而对四氢噻唑环的影响较小。
