甲烷在SrO-La2O3/CaO催化剂上的氧化偶联Ⅱ.反应动力学的研究

在２０％Ｌａ２Ｏ３／ＣａＯ（ＬＣ）催化剂中添加ＳｒＯ（添加ＳｒＯ的ＬＣ以ＳＬＣ表示）明显地提高了反应活性和Ｃ２选择性。反应动力学研究表明，ＬＣ和ＳＬＣ催化剂在甲烷氧化偶联反应中，在表观活化能和表观反应级数上存在很大的差异。ＬＣ催化剂在ＣＨ４转化以及Ｃ２和ＣＯｘ形成过程中，表观活化能大于ＳＬＣ催化剂，而ＳＬＣ催化剂的指前因子小于ＬＣ体系，两者存在着补偿形象。ＳＬＣ催化剂的反应速率常数比ｋｃ２／ｋＣＨ     

Determination of ondansetron and its hydroxy metabolites in human serum using solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography/positive ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry

Ondansetron and its hydroxylated metabolites were determined in human serum using solid-phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromatography/positive ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry. Pyrimethamine was used as the internal standard. The analytes were eluted from the SPE cartridge using 2 x 1 ml of methanol containing 0.5% triethylamine, evaporated under vacuum and the residue was reconstituted in the mobile phase. The liquid chromatographic separation was achieved on a silica column using a mobile phase of aqueous 20 mM ammonium acetate (pH 4.7)-acetonitrile (85 : 15, v/v) at a flow-rate of 0.4 ml min(-1). The method was linear over the range 1-500 ng ml(-1) for ondansetron and each of the metabolites in human serum. The intra-day accuracy was better than 9.1% and the precision was <10.3%; the inter-day accuracy was better than 9.5% and the precision was <12.6%. The limit of detection was 250 pg ml(-1) based on a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The absolute recovery from serum for all analytes was >90%.     

Enzymatic synthesis of optically active α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates and reactions thereof

A novel and enzymatic approach to α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates was developed via enantioselective CALB-catalyzed acetylation and CRL-catalyzed hydrolysis. The resultant optically active compounds provide, via Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons (HWE) reaction, chiral α,β-unsaturated ketones that are building block with potential application in organic synthesis.     

Design and Theoretical Study of Nickel Catalysts for Syndiotactic Polyolefins

A nickel catalyst was nodeled with ligand L^2,[NH=CH-CH=CH-0]^-,which should have potential use as a syndiotactic plyolefin catalyst,and the reaction mechanism was studied by theoretical calculations using the density functinal method at the B3LYP/LANL2MB level.The mechanism involves the formation of the intermediate [NiL^2Me]^ ,in which the metal occupies a T-shaped geometry.This intermediate has two possible structures with the methyl group trans either to the oxygen or to the nitrogen atom of L^2.The results show that both structures can lead to the desired product via similar reaction paths,A and B.Thus,the polymerization could be considered as taking place either with the alkyl group occupying the position trans to the Ni-0 or trans to the Ni-N bond in the catalyst.The polymerization process thus favors the catalysis of syndiotactic polyolefins.The syndiotactic synthesis effects could also be enhanced by varations in the ligand substituents.From energy considerations,we can conclude that it is more favorable for the methyl ttrans-O position to form a complex than to occupy the trans-N position.From bond length considerations,it is also more favoured for ethene to occupy the trans-O position than to occupy the trans-N position.     

Two—dimensional Network Crown Ether Complex.Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 18—Crown—6 Complex：[K（18—C—6）]2[Cd—（nmt）2]

The novel complex [K(18-C-6)]2[Cd(mnt)2][18-C-6-18-crown-6,nmt=1,2-dicyanoethene-1,2-dithiolate,C2S2-(CN)2^2-] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex displays two-dimensional network structure of [K(18-C-6)] complex segments and [Cd(nmt)2] complex segment bridged by S-K-S,S-K-N and N-K-N interactions between adjacent[K(18-C-6)] and [Cd(mnt)2]units.     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.     

导电高分子膜包覆YBa2Cu3O7超导体抗环境作用的研究

通过电化学途径和化学途径在ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿７超导体表面制备了导电高分子聚吡咯膜，用以保护超导体不受环境作用的影响，实验结果发现电化学过程能破坏ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿Ｏ＿７的超导性，而采用化学法制备的聚吡咯和聚氯乙烯混和材料包覆在ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿７表面后，超导体不仅保持原有超导性，而且有很好的保护超导体免遭环境中酸和水作用的能力。     

Chemical Constituents from the Stems of Mahonia Japonica

A new dihydroberberine alkaloid, 7,8‐dihydro‐8‐methoxyberberine ( 1 ), along with six known compounds including two dihydroberberine alkaloids, 7,8‐dihydro‐8‐hydroxyberberine ( 2 ) and oxyberberine ( 3 ) and four protoberberine alkaloids, berberine ( 4 ), palmatine ( 5 ), jatrorrhizine ( 6 ) and columbamine ( 7 ), were isolated from the stems of Mahonia japonica. These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral evidence.     

Tantalum Clusters in Oxidic Matrices — Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of Eu1.83Ta15O32

The mixed‐valent oxotantalate Eu_1.83Ta₁₅O₃₂ was prepared from a compressed mixture of Ta₂O₅ and the metals in a sealed Ta ampoule at 1400 °C. The crystal structure was determined by means of single crystal X‐ray diffraction: space group R3¯, a = 777.2(6) pm and c = 3523.5(3) pm, Z = 3, 984 symmetrically independent reflections, 83 variables, R_F = 0.027 for I > 2σ (I). The structure is isotypic to Ba₂Nb₁₅O₃₂. The salient feature is a [Ta(+8/3)₆O₁₂ⁱO₆^a] cluster consisting of an octahedral Ta₆ core bonded to 12 edge‐bridging inner and six outer oxygen atoms. The clusters are arranged to slabs which are sandwiched by layers of [Ta(+5)₃O₁₃] triple octahedra. Additional Ta(+5) and Eu(+2) atoms provide the cohesion of these structural units. Twelve‐fold coordinated Eu(+2) atoms are situated on a triply degenerate position 33 pm displaced from the threefold axis of symmetry. A depletion of the Eu(+2) site from 6 to 5.5 atoms per unit cell reduces the number of electrons available for Ta‐Ta bonding from 15 to 14.67 electrons per cluster. Between 125 and 320 K Eu_1.83Ta₁₅O₃₂ is semi‐conducting with a band gap of 0.23 eV. The course of the magnetization is consistently described with the Brillouin function in terms of a M_mol/(N_Aμ_B) versus B/T plot in the temperature range 5 K — 320 K and at magnetic flux densities 0.1 T — 5 T. At moderate flux densities (< 1 T) the magnetic moment agrees fairly well with the expected value of 7.94 μ_B for free Eu (2+) ions with 4f⁷ configuration in ⁸S_7/2 ground state. Below 5 K, anisotropic magnetization measurements at flux densities B < 1 T point to an onset of an antiferromagnetic ordering of Eu spins within the layers and an incipient ferromagnetic ordering perpendicular to the layers.     

安培检测芯片毛细管电泳及其初步应用

An end-channel amperometric detector with a guide tube for working electrode was designed and integrated on a home-made glass microchip. The guide tube was directly patterned and fabricated at the end of the detection reservoir, which made the fixation and alignment of working electrode relatively easy. The fabrication was carried out in a two-step etching process. A 30 μm carbon fiber microdisk electrode and Pt cathode were also integrated onto the amperometric detector. The baseline separation of dopamine (DA), catechol (CA) and epinephrine (EP) was achieved within 80 s. Relative standard deviations of not more than 5.2% were obtained for both peak currents and migration times of DA and CA (n=5). Using standard adding method, DA in tLrine and plasma samples was detected. The recoveries were in the range of 83%—103%.
