Two novel amphiphilic unimers containing an aliphatic hydrophobic chain (PDA) with two C≡C triple bonds and hydrophilic heads presenting the chelating agent DTPAGlu and the CCK8 bioactive peptide, respectively, have been prepared by solid phase synthesis. Aggregates obtained by mixing together PDA-DTPAGlu, or its Gd(III) complex, and PDA-L2-CCK8 in 70/30 molar ratio before and after a polymerization process carried out by UV irradiation have been structurally characterized by means of small angle neutron scattering. The relaxivity properties of aggregates containing Gadolinium complexes have also been investigated. Elongated mixed micelles have been observed, in which the relaxivity value r 1p for each Gadolinium complex, measured at 20 MHz and 298 K, is around 12 mM–1 s–1.  相似文献

The cationic complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(N,O-amino amide)X]Y (arene = p-cymene or indane; N,O-amino amide = (l)-proline amide or (l)-phenylalanine amide; X = Cl or I; Y = Cl, I or PF6) have been synthesised and fully characterized by spectroscopic and analytical methods. In several cases (1a, 3a, 4a, 4b, 5) the metal configuration has been definitively established by X-ray analysis on single crystal. The lability of the metal center in solution has been studied by 1H NMR and CD techniques. The highest configurational stability has been found in the complexes of the type [(η6-indane)Ru(N,O-proline amide)Cl]Y (4a,b). The complexes 1b, 2a-b, 3b, 4b and 5 are good precatalysts for the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone in basic i-PrOH, with ee up to 76% at 30 °C. An ESI(+)-MS study of pre-catalytic solutions has provided useful information on the catalytic mechanism.  相似文献

In the present contribution we address the study of the interaction of a flavonoid-derivative licochalcone A (LA) with human serum albumin (HSA). The application of circular dichroism, UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence and laser flash photolysis combined with molecular mechanics, molecular dynamics and quantum mechanical calculations of rotational strength afforded a clear picture of the modes of association of the LA neutral molecule to HSA, evidencing specific interactions with protein amino acids and their photophysical consequences. The drug is primarily associated in subdomain IIA where a strong interaction with Trp214 is established. At least two different positions of LA with respect to tryptophan are possible, one with the phenolic ring of the drug facing the aromatic ring of Trp214 and the other with the methoxyphenolic ring of LA in proximity to Trp214. In both cases LA is at ca. 4 angstroms from Trp214. This vicinity does not affect much the S1 singlet state deactivation of the bound drug, which exhibits a slightly higher fluorescence quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime on the order of that of the free molecule. The LA triplet lifetime appears to be somewhat shortened in this site. The secondary binding site is in subdomain IIIA. Here, the carbonyl group of LA experiences a strong H-bond with the OH-phenolic substituent of Tyr411. This interaction reduces substantially the LA molecular degrees of freedom, thereby determining a decrease of both radiative and nonradiative rate constants for decay of the singlet. The overall rigidity of the structure causes a lengthening of the triplet lifetime.  相似文献

The dynamic and conformational behaviour of four mesogenic resorcinarenes exhibiting columnar mesophases have been studied by a combination of broadband dielectric spectroscopy and deuterium solid state NMR. Broadband dielectric spectroscopy provided evidence for two relaxation processes present both in the mesophase and in the isotropic liquid. The high frequency process II, common to all mesogens, has been assigned to the libration of the carbonyl groups of the ester junctions between the core and the side chains. The low frequency process I, present in conformationally mobile mesogens 1 and 2, has been attributed to the ring inversion process of the macrocyclic core associated with dipole inversion along the columnar axis. Deuterium solid state NMR performed on 4, the deuteriated analogue of 1, confirmed the molecular dynamics attribution for process I, assigning the ring inversion to the interconversion of the two equivalent crown conformations.  相似文献

Synthesis of the perfluorinated 1,3,5-triazapentadiene [N{(CF(3))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]H and the use of its conjugate base as a supporting ligand for the isolation of silver(i) and copper(i) complexes are reported. Some of the related chemistry involving [N{(C(3)F(7))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)](-) (that has bulkier -C(3)F(7) groups on the 1,3,5-triazapentadienyl ligand backbone) is also presented. X-ray crystallographic data show a wide variety of structures ranging from intermolecular, hydrogen-bonded chain structure for [N{(CF(3))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]H with a twisted W-shaped N(3)C(2) core, monomeric [N{(CF(3))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]Ag(CN(t)Bu)(2) and [N{(C(3)F(7))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]Ag(CN(t)Bu)(2) where the κ(1)-bonded triazapentadienyl ligand bonding to the metal fragment via the central nitrogen atom, monomeric [N{(CF(3))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]Ag(PPh(3))(2) and [N{(C(3)F(7))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]Ag(PPh(3))(2) that feature κ(1)-bonded triazapentadienyl ligand bonding to the metal fragment via one of the terminal nitrogen atoms, to that of the monomeric [N{(CF(3))C(C(6)F(5))N}(2)]Cu(CN(t)Bu)(2) containing a κ(2)-bonded triazapentadienyl ligand and a U-shaped NCNCN ligand backbone. The isocyanide adducts show relatively high ν(CN) values in the IR spectra.  相似文献

Oxidative couplings of 2-naphthol, 6-bromo-2-naphthol and2-naphthylamine were achieved at room temperature in the presence of H2O2, horseradish peroxidase and a suitable cyclodextrin.2-Thionaphthol behaved differently, yielding the corresponding disulfide. Yields of binaphthyl derivatives were generally excellent, and a fairly good enantiomeric excess was observed. Under similar reaction conditions methyl 2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) propanoate, when treated with esterase in the presence of cyclodextrin, yielded naproxen (a well-known anti-inflammatory drug) with a good enantiomeric excess. No reaction product was detected in the absence of cyclodextrin. Cyclodextrins do not act as simple transfer agents.  相似文献

A continuous‐flow process based on a chiral transition‐metal complex in a supported ionic liquid phase (SILP) with supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) as the mobile phase is presented for asymmetric catalytic transformations of low‐volatility organic substrates at mild reaction temperatures. Enantioselectivity of >99 % ee and quantitative conversion were achieved in the hydrogenation of dimethylitaconate for up to 30 h, reaching turnover numbers beyond 100 000 for the chiral QUINAPHOS–rhodium complex. By using an automated high‐pressure continuous‐flow setup, the product was isolated in analytically pure form without the use of any organic co‐solvent and with no detectable catalyst leaching. Phase‐behaviour studies and high‐pressure NMR spectroscopy assisted the localisation of optimum process parameters by quantification of substrate partitioning between the IL and scCO2. Fundamental insight into the molecular interactions of the metal complex, ionic liquid and the surface of the support in working SILP catalyst materials was gained by means of systematic variations, spectroscopic studies and labelling experiments. In concert, the obtained results provided a rationale for avoiding progressive long‐term deactivation. The optimised system reached stable selectivities and productivities that correspond to 0.7 kg L ?1 h?1 space–time yield and at least 100 kg product per gram of rhodium, thus making such processes attractive for larger‐scale application.  相似文献

The circular dichroism (CD) spectra of the powerful antimalarian active principle artemisinin (ART; 1 ) from Artemisia annua, and of epiartemisinin (EPI, 2), its C(7) epimer, were studied in solution in the presence and absence of β‐cyclodextrin (β‐cd). A significant inversion of sign in the region of the second electronic transition was detected. The rotational strengths were successfully calculated within the time‐dependent density functional theory (DFT), which enabled us to establish a correlation between the molecular recognition and the biological acitivities of the two isomers.  相似文献

A library of α,α,α,α‐tetraaryl‐1,3‐dioxolane‐4,5‐dimethanol (TADDOL)‐based phosphoramidites has been synthesized and applied in the Ni‐catalyzed cycloisomerization of different dienes. Through the systematic variation of the three structural motifs of the lead structure, that is, the amine moiety, the protecting group, and the aryl substituents, the ligand features could be optimized for the asymmetric cycloisomerization of the model substrate diethyl diallylmalonate. The substrate scope of the new catalytic system was extended to other diallylic substrates, including unsymmetrical dienes. Overall remarkably high activities of up to approximately 13 500 h?1, very high selectivities toward five‐membered exo‐methylenecyclopentanes, and enantioselectivities of up to 92 % ee have been achieved.  相似文献
