Phenyl-substituted cyclopentadienes are proved to form phenylated pyrylium cations in the presence of silver(I) perchlorate by insertion of an oxygen atom into the cyclopentadiene-ring. Three phenylated pyrylium compounds, [(Ph(5)C(5)O(+))(ClO(4)(-))](2)(CH(2)Cl(2)) (1), Ag(ClO(4))(H(2)O)(Ph(4)HC(5)O(+)) (ClO(4)(-)) (2), and (Ph(3)H(2)C(5)O(+))(ClO(4)(-)) (3) have been synthesized and characterized. A possible reaction pathway and formation mechanism of the pyrylium cation are proposed and discussed.  相似文献

PAMAM dendrimers of the zeroth to fifth generation (G0-5) have been peripherally modified with phenyl, naphthyl, pyrenyl, and dansyl chromophores. Their fluorescence behaviors are strongly affected by the dendritic architectures at different generations. These dendrimers modified with hydrophobic chromphores can self-organize into vesicular aggregates at the low generations G0-3 in water. The size and aggregation number of these vesicles decrease with increasing generation from G0 to G3. Critical aggregation concentration determined by fluorescence spectroscopy reveals that these aggregates can be favorably formed in the order of G3 > G2 > G1. In contrast to the vesicles made from traditional amphiphilic compounds, these dendrimer-based vesicles are very adhesive due to the H-bonding interaction and entanglement of dendritic branches located in the outer layer. A large number of multivesicle assemblies, i.e., "twins" and "quins" consisting of two and five vesicles, were clearly identifiable with transmission electron (TEM) and atomic force microscopy. For the dendrimers with peripheral pyrenyl chromophores, triangle-like vesicles were observed in water. The hydrophobic interphase thickness of the vesicular bilayer is ca. 2.0-3.2 nm determined by fluorescence resonance energy transfer methods, which agrees well with the thickness directly observed with TEM.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) in apple tissues has been described. This method is based on the derivatization of ACC with 3-(2-furoyl)quinoline-2-carboxaldehyde (FQ), and separation and quantification of the resulting FQ-ACC derivative by capillary electrophoresis coupled to laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIF). Our results indicated that ACC derivatized with FQ could be well separated from other interfering amino acids using 20 mM borate buffer (pH 9.35) containing 40 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate and 10 mM Brij 35. The linearity of ACC was determined in the range from 0.05 to 5 microM with a correlation of 0.9967. The concentration detection limit for ACC was 10 nM (signal-to-noise = 3). The sensitivity and selectivity of this described method allows the analysis of ACC in crude apple extracts without extra purification and enrichment procedure.  相似文献

Desorption/ionization on silicon mass spectrometry (DIOS-MS) is a matrix-free technique that allows for the direct desorption/ionization of low-molecular-weight compounds with little or no fragmentation of analytes. This technique has a relatively high tolerance for contaminants commonly found in biological samples. DIOS-MS has been applied to determine the activity of immobilized enzymes on the porous silicon surface. Enzyme activities were also monitored with the addition of a competitive inhibitor in the substrate solution. It is demonstrated that this method can be applied to the screening of enzyme inhibitors. Furthermore, a method for peptide mapping analysis by in situ digestion of proteins on the porous silicon surface modified by trypsin, combined with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-MS has been developed.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxy­isophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxy­isophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)结合投影缀加波(PAW)方法,对LiVPO4F的晶体结构,电子结构和电化学属性进行了研究。从理论上获得了脱Li前后具体的晶格参数的变化。通过对其态密度的计算,发现在放电过程中,V在化合物中呈现离子态,发生+3/+4价态的转变,电子转移主要发生在V原子上;而P原子的状态比较稳定,并不发生大的电子的转移,磷酸根的空间结构也变化不大。同时LiVPO4F的禁带宽度仅为1.63 eV,说明其在一定情况下具有良好的导电性,有利于放电过程中电子的输运。LiVPO4F是铁磁相,磁矩为2μB,而VPO4F为反铁磁相。此外,通过计算获得了LiVPO4F的平均嵌锂电压为4.0 eV。  相似文献

通过表面溶胶-凝胶处理和水热反应成功制备出包覆有二氧化钛纳米棒的复合空心微球. 用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等表征了所得产品, 探索了水热反应时间、煅烧时间对产物形貌和结构的调控作用, 并对产物光催化降解亚甲基蓝进行了研究. 结果表明, 所制备的表面包覆有二氧化钛纳米棒的复合空心微球在紫外光照射下可将亚甲基蓝完全降解. 该材料质轻, 可浮于水面, 有望成为一种新型光催化剂, 应用于治理水体表面的大面积污染.  相似文献

Photodetachment of AgX(-) (X = Cl, Br, I) and AuCl(-) is studied by a photoelectron velocity map imaging technique and theoretical calculations. Photoelectron spectra (PES) and photoelectron angular distributions (PADs) were obtained. The vibrationally resolved spectra provided approximately equal electron affinities (EAs) for AgX: 1.593(22) eV for AgCl, 1.623(21) eV for AgBr, and 1.603(22) eV for AgI, respectively. Franck-Condon simulations of these spectra gave the equilibrium bond lengths and vibrational frequencies of the title anions. Relativistic density functional theory (DFT) calculations using BLYP, PW91, PBE, and BP86 functionals have been performed to predict the EAs of the AgX (X = Cl, Br, I) molecules. The computed EAs at the BP86 level of theory are in good agreement with the experimental values. Energy partitioning analyses (EPA) at the BP86(ZORA)/QZ4P level of theory of both anions and their neutrals were reported.  相似文献

Room temperature near-IR phosphorescence of naphthalenediimide (NDI) was observed with N^N Pt(II) bisacetylide complex (Pt-NDI) in which the NDI was connected to Pt(II) center via acetylide. Pt-NDI shows intense absorption of visible light and long-lived NDI-localized excited state ((3)IL) (τ(T) = 22.3 μs). Pt-NDI was used as a triplet sensitizer for upconversion.  相似文献

The lack of authentic standards limits the quantitative analysis of herbal drugs in biological samples. This present work demonstrated a practicable assay of herbs and their metabolites independent of the availability of authentic standards. A liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the metabolites after oral administration of Evodiae fructus and Zuojinwan preparation in rat urine has been developed. Urine samples extracted with a protein precipitation procedure were separated on a C(18) column using a mixture of water (containing 0.1% formic acid) and acetonitrile (30:70, v/v) as mobile phase. The detection was performed by MS with electrospray ionization interface in positive selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. One urine sample after administration was selected as 'standard'. The method validation was carried out according to a conventional method that was calibrated by authentic standards. The fully validated method was applied to the pharmacokinetic study of the metabolites in rat urine. The results could provide evidence to explain the combination of Coptidis rhizoma and Evodiae fructus in terms of elimination.  相似文献
