Both melt viscosity (ηo) and elasticity (correlated here with the longest melt relaxation time λ1) were found to control the diameter distribution of meltblown fibers. Fibers were formed by melt blowing binary polystyrene (PS) blends containing widely differing component molecular weights using a custom-built laboratory apparatus. Varying the concentration and molecular weight of a high molecular weight PS provided independent control over ηo and λ1. These rheological parameters influence the average diameter (dav) and the distribution of diameters (coefficient of variation, CV) of meltblown fibers in different ways. Increasing ηo leads to an increase in dav but has little impact on CV. On the other hand, increasing λ1 beyond a threshold value reduces CV while simultaneously increasing dav. A one-dimensional slender-jet theoretical model with both upper convected Maxwell and Phan–Thien and Tanner constitutive equations was developed to investigate the influence of viscoelasticity and processing parameters on the properties of meltblown fibers. This model predicts a strong dependence of fiber diameter on the air shear stress and variations in fiber diameter with viscoelasticity that are in qualitative agreement with the experimental results. We believe these results suggest that carefully controlling the viscoelastic profile of polymers used in melt blowing is a viable approach for producing nanofibers with narrow fiber diameter distributions using current commercial equipment.  相似文献

针对Mod.9Cr-1Mo钢不同缺口半径下的多轴疲劳试验结果进行模拟计算,采用体积法进行疲劳寿命预测,并与等效应变法的预测结果进行了对比。模拟结果表明,各路径下缺口根部应力集中程度随缺口半径减小而更为明显,最大应力集中程度达3.45。等效应变法给出的疲劳寿命预测结果随着缺口半径的减小而偏于保守,保守量高达90倍。为克服等效应变法给出的偏于保守的结果,基于剪应力随距缺口根部距离的变化趋势进行有效距离的计算,采用体积法进行寿命预测,94.1%的预测结果位于2倍分散带内。  相似文献

提出了不需要矩阵求逆运算的求解Duhamel积分项的精细积分方法.通过将精细积分法的关键思想--加法定理和增量存储--直接应用于Duhamel积分响应矩阵的求解,可给出当非齐次项分别为多项式、正弦/余弦以及指数函数等基本形式时Duhamel积分在计算机上的精确解.特别的,该算法不依赖于系统矩阵(或相关矩阵)的形态.当系统矩阵奇异或接近奇异时,其优越性更为显著.算例验证了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

The dual-jet flow generated by a plane wall jet and a parallel offset jet at an offset ratio of d/w = 1.0 has been investigated using Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV). The particle images are captured, processed, and subsequently used to characterize the flow in terms of the 2D velocity and vorticity distributions. Statistical characteristics of the flow are obtained through ensemble averaging of 360 instantaneous velocity fields. Also presented is a time series of instantaneous flow fields to illustrate the dynamic interaction between the two jets. Results reveal that the near field of the flow is characterized by a periodic large-scale Karman-like vortex shedding similar to what would be expected in the wake of a bluff body. The existence of the Karman-like vortices results in periodic interactions between the two jets; in addition, these vortices produce noticeable impact on the jet outer layers, i.e., the free shear layer of the offset jet and the wall boundary layer of the wall jet. A schematic of vortex/shear layer interaction is proposed to illustrate the flow pattern.  相似文献

Under the influence of duct curvature, cross-sectional area variation and internal struts, the internal flow field within a curved annular duct becomes rather complicated and contains strong secondary flow. In this paper, the secondary flow characteristics in an annular duct with struts are experimentally and numerically investigated. The results show that large pressure gradients exist on the bends of hub and shroud. Meanwhile, two counter-rotating vortex pairs appear both along the hub-side and shroud-side surfaces. The hub-side vortex pair of which the vortex cores travel downstream parallelly evolves from the horseshoe vortex which is induced by the leading edge of the upstream strut, whereas the shroud-side vortex pair originates from the strut trailing edge and the corresponding vortex cores develop in a divergent way. Additionally, the effects of the duct exit Mach number on the secondary flow characteristics are also studied. As the exit Mach number increases, the streamwise pressure gradients increase and lead to more intense vortices, higher total pressure loss and larger flow distortion.  相似文献

Vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) exhibits high theoretical capacities when used as a cathode in lithium ion batteries (LIBs), but its application is limited by its structural instability as well as its low lithium and electronic conductivities. A porous composite of V2O5-SnO2/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was prepared by a hydrothermal method and followed by thermal treatment. The small particles of V2O5, their porous structure and the coexistence of SnO2 and CNTs can all facilitate the diffusion rates of the electrons and lithium ions. Electrochemical impedance spectra indicated higher ionic and electric conductivities, as compared to commercial V2O5. The V2O5-SnO2/CNTs composite gave a reversible discharge capacity of 198 mAh·g?1 at the voltage range of 2.05–4.0 V, measured at a current rate of 200 mA·g?1, while that of the commercial V2O5 was only 88 mAh·g?1, demonstrating that the porous V2O5-SnO2/CNTs composite is a promising candidate for high-performance lithium secondary batteries.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of 2-methylpropan-2-aminium methyl 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates were selectively synthesized by reacting the corresponding dimethyl 1-(substitutedphenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates with an excess of 2-methylpropan-2-amine. All the title compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR, some of them were further analyzed by 19F NMR and 13C NMR. Their herbicidal activity was investigated and the results showed that most of the demethylated aminium salts exhibited notable herbicidal activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli.

Injectable hydrogels have attracted a lot of attention in drug delivery, however, their capacity to deliver water-insoluble or hydrophobic anti-cancer drugs is limited. Here, we developed injectable graphene oxide/graphene composite supramolecular hydrogels to deliver anti-cancer drugs. Pluronic F-127 was used to stabilize graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) in solution, which was mixed with α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) solution to form hydrogels. Native hydrogel was used as control. GO or RGO slightly shortened gelation time. The storage and loss moduli of the hydrogels were tracked by dynamic force measurement. The storage modulus of GO or RGO composite hydrogels was larger than that of the native hydrogel. Hydrogels were unstable in solution and eroded gradually. GO or RGO in Pluronic F-127 solution could potentially improve the solubility of the water-insoluble anti-cancer drug camptothecin (CPT), especially with large drug-loaded CPT amount. Drug release behaviors from solutions and hydrogels were characterized. The nanocomponents (GO or RGO) were able to bind more drug molecules either for CPT or for doxorubicin hydrochloride (DXR) in solution. Therefore, GO or RGO composite hydrogel could potentially enable better controlled and gentler drug release (for both CPT and DXR) than native hydrogel.  相似文献

Abstract

The acrylamide copolymer with acrylamide as its main monomer is a modified polyacrylamide. In addition, the acrylamide copolymer is generally to dissolve or swell in water and can be used as thickener, dispersant, flocculant and so on. Therefore, using Acrylamide AM, 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid AMPS, dimethyldodecyl (2-acrylamidoethyl) ammoniumbromide AQ12 and vinyltriethoxysilane VTEO as raw materials so that a series of four-membered acrylamide copolymers are prepared in aqueous solution polymerization. The amphoteric structure in the polymer has a unique anti-polyelectrolyte behavior when it is electrically neutral, which can significantly improve the salt resistance of the aqueous polymer. In addition, the hydrolysis of the vinyltriethoxysilane containing silicon structure by hydrophobic association can improve the temperature resistance of the polymer. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment: the reaction temperature was 10?°C; the initiator concentration was 0.05?mol%; the monomer concentration was 25?wt% and the pH was 7. Properties of polymer solution indicated that the series of tetra-copolymer possessed salt-tolerant and heat-resisting performances. As an oil displacing agent, it can significantly improve the efficiency of oil displacement, and particularly highlights the effect of 4-member copolymer as an oil displacing agent.  相似文献
