Nano-scaled particles were obtained from two different cellulose acetates, cellulose acetate propionate, and cellulose acetate butyrate using the emulsification solvent evaporation procedure and the low energy methods of solvent displacement (dialysis and controlled precipitation). The relationship between the formulation parameters and the particle properties were evaluated in case of the emulsification-evaporation technique. For the solvent displacement procedures, the influence of the formulation parameters, and the intrinsic polymer properties like the hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance was evaluated. Comparing the methods, it could be shown that large amounts of small and uniform nanoparticles can be obtained by the emulsification solvent evaporation procedure. The solvent displacement techniques turned out to be very easy to use and to yield narrowly distributed particles as well.  相似文献

(E)-1,2-Bis-chalcogen alkenes were stereoselectively prepared in good yields by the addition of diorganyl dichalcogenides to terminal alkynes using CuI/Zn/glycerol as a recyclable catalytic system. The antioxidant activity in vitro of four (E)-1,2-bis-chalcogen alkenes synthesized was evaluated and (E)-1,2-bis-(4-methoxyphenylselanyl)styrene 3b presented excellent activity. The catalytic system used in the synthesis was recovered and used directly up to 5 cycles without loss of activity.  相似文献

The α-substituted β-diketonate [Ln(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2] [Ln = Tb, Gd] complexes (with 3Cl-acac being 3-chloro-2,4-pentanedionate) were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, ultraviolet (UV)-visible and photoluminescence spectroscopies. For comparison purposes regarding photoluminescence, the well-known [Tb(acac)3(H2O)2] complex was also synthesized. By considering the phosphorescence spectra of [Gd(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2], the effect of chloride replacement of hydrogen on the triplet state energy of the 3Cl-acac ligand was revealed. To support the interpretation and rationalization of the experimental results, Time-dependent DFT calculations were performed on Tb(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2. Additionally, the possibility of Tb(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2 to be used as potential green-emitting phosphor material for solid-sate light emitting diodes was evaluated. A prototype was successfully fabricated coating a near-UV LED (370 nm) with the Tb(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2 complex.  相似文献

Dipeptides comprising a d-phenylglycyl moiety coupled to the l-enantiomer of 2-amino butyric acid, norvaline, norleucine, and homocysteine were successfully synthesized from d-phenylglycine amide and the racemate of the corresponding unnatural amino acid. The reaction is catalyzed by an immobilized form of penicillin G acylase in an aqueous medium. The dipeptides were subsequently converted into the corresponding enantiopure diketopiperazines in overall isolated yields of 22–33%.  相似文献

The results obtained from CASSCF‐MRMP2 calculations are used to rationalize the singlet complexes detected under matrix‐isolation conditions for the reactions of laser‐ablated Zr(3F) atoms with the CH3F and CH3CN molecules, without invoking intersystem crossings between electronic states with different multiplicities. The reaction Zr(3F) + CH3F evolves to the radical products ZrF· + ·CH3. This radical asymptote is degenerate to that emerging from the singlet channel of the reactants Zr(1D) + CH3F because they both exhibit the same electronic configuration in the metal fragment. Hence, the caged radicals obtained under cryogenic‐matrix conditions can recombine through triplet and singlet paths. The recombination of the radical species along the low‐multiplicity channel produces the inserted structures H3C? Zr? F and H2C?ZrHF experimentally detected. For the Zr(3F) + CH3CN reaction, a similar two‐step reaction scheme involving the radical fragments ZrNC· + ·CH3 explains the presence of the singlet complexes H3C? Zr? NC and H2C?Zr(H)NC revealed in the IR‐matrix spectra upon UV irradiation. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Acyl group migration affects the synthesis, isolation, manipulation and purification of all acylated organic compounds containing free hydroxyl groups, in particular carbohydrates. While several isolated studies on the migration phenomenon in different buffers have been reported, comprehensive insights into the overall migration process in different monosaccharides under similar conditions have been lacking. Here, we have studied the acyl migration in different monosaccharides using five different acyl groups by a combination of experimental, kinetic and theoretical tools. The results show that the anomeric configuration in the monosaccharide has a major influence on the migration rate, together with the relative configurations of the other hydroxyl groups and the nature of the migrating acyl group. Full mechanistic model, based on computations, demonstrates that the acyl migration proceeds through an anionic stepwise mechanism with linear dependence on the [OH] and the pKa of the hydroxyl group toward which the acyl group is migrating.  相似文献
