(Vapour + liquid) equilibrium data in the three binary (2-propanol + 2,2,4-trimethylpentane), (2-propanol + 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone), (2,2,4-trimethylpentane + 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone) systems, and in the ternary (2-propanol + 2,2,4-trimethylpentane + 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone) system are reported. The data were measured isothermally at (330.00 and 340.00) K covering the pressure range (8 to 70) kPa. The binary (vapour + liquid) equilibrium data were correlated using the Wilson and NRTL equations by means of a robust algorithm for processing all isotherms together; resulting parameters were then used for calculation of phase behaviour in the ternary system and for subsequent comparison with experimental data. Azeotropic behaviour of the (2-propanol + 2,2,4-trimethylpentane) system was evaluated together with all available published data. 相似文献

The application of the chromatic sensing for monitoring of a microwave plasma source is described. The emitted radiation from the plasma excited in the argon, oxygen and CF4 mixture was measured with three PIN-diodes with integrated optical filters. The response of the chromatic signals on variation of power and gas composition was investigated. The formation of chain structures by polarized polyaniline (PANI) particles suspended in silicone oil in the electric field
has been monitored by recording suspension conductivity in the course of time. For that purpose, three types of PANI particles
differing in the conductivity (3.1 × 10−3, 1.7 × 10−1, and 2.0 × 10−1 S cm−1) have been chosen out of a series of nine samples prepared by controlled protonation of PANI base in orthophosphoric acid
solutions. Relaxation times reflecting this process and characterizing the rate of the response to the electric field decreased
with particle conductivity, indicating a higher polarizability of particles. At the same time, the maximum conductivity of
suspension increased as a consequence of the electric and shear forces acting on the particles. In the shear fields, shorter
relaxation times appeared than at rest. The simultaneous measurement of the shear stress confirmed that the conductivity investigation

Abstract The ICP/MS method with lutetium, bismuth and indium as internal standards was used for the determination of thallium and other elements, i.e. Ti, V, Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Mo, Cd, As and Pb, in soils and rapeseeds. Samples were collected in two thallium highly pedogeochemicaily contaminated areas situated in South Bohemia and in Czech-Moravian Highlands, in two river alluvia, in two control sites with low levels of TI and in one spot with anthropogenic contamination. Levels higher than 2.5 mg kg?1 have been found in rapeseeds in the highly polluted areas (c. 2.8 mg kg?1 in soils). High correlation coefficients, r > 0.81, between content of TI in top- and sub-soils and rapeseeds were obtained. Thallium concentrations exceed twice of Pb content and by one order of magnitude of Cd amounts. This finding are very important because of the high toxicity of TI and the absence of threshold limits for TI in soils, agricultural products and foodstuffs in the Czech Republic. 相似文献

Electrorheological behavior of silicone oil suspensions of macroporous poly[(glycidyl methacrylate)-co-(ethylene dimethacrylate)]) (0.60 : 0.40 w) hydrolyzed to various degrees was investigated. Polarizability of particles expressed
by the particle dipole coefficient and, consequently, pseudoplasticity of the system at low shear rates after application
of an external electric field steeply increased with the hydrolysis degree of the copolymer. As the size and shape of particles
remain unchanged during hydrolysis, a series of model suspensions with the same hydrodynamic properties (Newtonian or slightly
pseudoplastic when no electric field was applied) but with different intensity of the electrorheological effect could be prepared.
Under these conditions, the use of Mason number failed to correlate the apparent viscosity of suspensions of particles with
different polarizability in the electric field. On the other hand, when polarizability of particles of a suspension system
changes due to a higher temperature, a single curve in the plot of apparent viscosity vs. the Mason number could be obtained.

The capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the chiral separation of R,S-cinacalcet. Cyclodextrins with different substituents were tested in both acidic and alkaline background electrolytes. The non-ionic cyclodextrin, 2-hydroxypropyl-γ-cyclodextrin, was selected as the best chiral selector. The separation was performed using a positive voltage in a phosphate buffer at pH 2.5. The analytes studied were separated within 12 min. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of tablets containing R-cinalcalcet as the active substance. The enantiopurity of R-cinacalcet in the tablets studied was confirmed. Subsequently, the analysis of tablets spiked with S-cinacalcet (chiral impurity) was also performed. The method here presented makes possible the determination of 0.1 % of S-cinacalcet in tablets. The analytical characteristics of the method, such as linearity, recovery and RSD values of the peak area and the migration time, were evaluated. The inter-day RSD values of the peak area and the migration time were lower than 3.71 % and 1.3 %, respectively. 相似文献
