The optimization of shape and topology of piezo‐patches or layered piezo‐electrical material attached to structural parts, such as elastic bodies, plates and shells, plays a major role in the design of smart structures, as piezo‐mechanic‐acoustic devices in loudspeakers or energy harvesters. While the design for time‐harmonic motions is genuinely frequency‐dependent, as has been reported in the literature in the context of density optimization with the SIMP‐method, time‐varying piezoelectric material has not been investigated with respect to the optimal design so far. Therefore, shape sensitivities for layered piezoelectric material and time‐varying loads and charges are derived in this paper. In particular, we provide the shape‐derivatives for nested piezo‐layers associated with a class of shape functional. More general layers can be dealt with similar approach. This paper deals with the sensitivity analysis of the macroscopic elasticity tensor to topological microstructural changes of the underlying material. In particular, the microstucture is topologicaly perturbed by the nucleation of a small circular inclusion. The derivation of the proposed sensitivity relies on the concept of topological derivative, applied within a variational multi‐scale constitutive framework where the macroscopic strain and stress at each point of the macroscopic continuum are defined as volume averages of their microscopic counterparts over a representative volume element (RVE) of material associated with that point. We consider that the RVE can contain a number of voids, inclusions and/or cracks. It is assumed that non‐penetration conditions are imposed at the crack faces, which do not allow the opposite crack faces to penetrate each other. The derived sensitivity leads to a symmetric fourth‐order tensor field over the unperturbed RVE domain, which measures how the macroscopic elasticity parameters estimated within the multi‐scale framework changes when a small circular inclusion is introduced at the micro‐scale level. Inoculation of sourdough allows the fermentation medium to be dominated by desired microorganisms, which enables determining the kinetics of the conversion of chemical compounds by individual microorganisms. This knowledge may allow the design of functional food products with health features dedicated to consumers with special needs. The aim of the study was to assess the dynamics of transformations of fermentable oligosaccharide, disaccharide, monosaccharide and polyol (FODMAP) compounds from wheat flour as well as their antioxidant activity during inoculated and spontaneous sourdough fermentation. The FODMAP content in grain products was determined by the fructan content with negligible amounts of sugars and polyols. To produce a low-FODMAP cereal product, the fermentation time is essential. The 72 h fermentation time of L. plantarum-inoculated sourdough reduced the FODMAP content by 91%. The sourdough fermentation time of at least 72 h also positively influenced the content of polyphenols and antioxidant activity, regardless of the type of fermentation. The inoculation of both L. plantarum and L. casei contributed to a similar degree to the reduction in FODMAP in sourdough compared to spontaneous fermentation. 相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous determination of Cd(II) and Pb(II) by square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) in bivalve mollusks using a glassy carbon electrode modified with electrochemically reduced graphene oxide has been developed. The modified surface was characterized by cyclic voltammetry, high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR‐SEM), and Raman spectroscopy. The optimum conditions were optimized and a linear range was observed from 15–105 μg L?1 with a limits of detection of 15 μg L?1 for Cd(II) and Pb(II). The methodology was validated and applied in different samples of commercial bivalve mollusks with satisfactory results. The high conductivity and greater surface area of the modifying agent improves the preconcentration capacity of the electrochemical sensor, allowing to develop a simple, rapid and sensitive analysis in the detection of lead and cadmium in marine resources. 相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquids are novel solvents with the specific properties that makes them of interest for application for extraction for a wide range of compounds. In this work extraction efficiency of flavonoids from heather flowers using ionic liquids based on imidazolium cation were evaluated and compared with organic solvents. It was found that the anion of ionic liquid significantly influence the extraction yields. Flavonoid content as well as antioxidant activity based on radical scavenging on 1,1-diphenul-2-pirylhydrazyl radicals and cupric reducing antioxidant capacity increased in the order: [Bmim]PF6 < [Bmim]BF4 < [Bmim]Cl. The obtained extraction yield using [Bmim]Cl were higher than reported for 60% ethanol and ethyl acetate under similar conditions, thus, may be helpful for better utilization of heather flowers as the potential pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients. 相似文献
