Off the different types cancers 40% of the population have been observed to be affected by leukemia. Contemporary therapeutics is focusing on generation of new synthetic analogues that can exert maximum positive physiological effect with minimum dosage and negligible deleterious side effects. New generation pharmacists are focusing on such promising effects of Imatinib (a potential anti-cancer drug molecule), Dasatinib, Pelitinib and Nilotinib. The present research study focuses on novel synthesized anilides derivative against BCR-ABL kinase as potential anti-leukemic agent. Validation of the compounds by molecular docking with specific BCR-ABL kinase confirmed their activity. Toxicity prediction of these compounds helped to identify sustainability as therapeutic molecules. The IC50 values were calculated (211 ug, 175 ug, 272ug for compounds A, B, C resp.) and the mode of cell death was gauged by DNA laddering assay. The cells were observed to be induced for programmed cell death. By validating and in-vivo testing of three synthesized compounds, the compound B was observed to be more stable thermodynamically with a potentially vital active site and appears to be a promising anti-leukemic factor. The present research thus lays a preliminary platform in world of pharmaceutics, where these new analogues appear to be efficient, target specific and less toxic molecules.  相似文献

A novel ligand-free, highly efficient, and an inexpensive method has been developed by using ecofriendly, heterogeneous reusable copper fluorapatite (CuFAP) catalyst for the synthesis of diaryl ethers from the cross coupling reaction of the various substituted aryl halides (fluoride, chloride, bromide, and iodide) with the potassium salts of various substituted phenols in the presence of N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as a solvent at 120 °C. The protocol obtained the corresponding cross coupling products in good to excellent yield. The CuFAP catalyst was recovered by simple filtration from the reaction mixture and reused several times without the loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The popularity of electric vehicles (EVs) is constantly increasing, as they use relatively greener, sustainable energy. However, it is a fact that the charging stations for EVs are yet to meet the demand. It could be a great solution if a peer-to-peer (P2P) charging system could be initiated by anyone who wants to make their garage’s charge points publicly available for commercial purposes, named a home charging station (HCS). In this work, our idea is to bring interested charging stations under a network of nodes and a blockchain-based management system, where the blockchain is responsible for ensuring the authenticity of both the charging stations and charge receiver. A cryptocurrency-based payment system has also been proposed to ensure transactions’ security, integrity, transparency, and immutability. A reputation management system is applied to maintain the quality of service. Miners with high processing power are used to alleviate lagging during block creation, supported by edge servers. The proposed system has been implemented by using virtual machines. A theoretical analysis is presented to assess the compatibility and possible cost requirements to implement the system in a real-world scenario.  相似文献

In this work, a new class of totally organic fluorescent nanogel particles and their exceptionally specific behaviors based on their unique structures are introduced, which draws a sharp line from conventional fluorophore-doped and fluorophore-branched-type particles. The nanogel particles, the diameter of which could be controlled by adjusting reaction conditions, such as the solvent system, were spontaneously fabricated with a spherical shape by direct polymerization of non-heterocyclic aromatic compounds, such as 2,6-dihydroxyanthracene, 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene, and 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene with triazinane as the cross-linker. A fluorophoric moiety formed from a polymer main chain was realized in the particle, and consequently, the resultant content of the fluorophoric moiety was around 70–80 wt % per particle. The uniqueness and versatility of the particles can be emphasized by their good compatibility with various solvents due to their amphiphilic and ampholytic swelling properties, but also by their remarkable fluorescent solvatochromism in the dispersion state. Furthermore, these behaviors were preserved even in their polymer composite system. This study also demonstrates that various fluorescent polymer films can be fabricated with emission color control due to memorization of the solvatochromism phenomenon of the dispersed fluorescent nanoparticles.  相似文献

This paper aims at presenting multiindices and multivariables study of the unified (or generalized) Voigt functions which play an important rôle in the several diverse field of physics such as astrophysical spectroscopy and the theory of neutron reactions. Some expressions (representations) of these functions are given in terms of familiar special functions of multivariables. Graphene–substrate interface is very crucial for analyzing graphene device performance. In this article, we have shown how the graphene device performance got affected because of different types of substrate surface treatment techniques used before graphene transfer. For fabrication of graphene devices, monolayer chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene was transferred onto SiO2 grown thermally on Si substrate. Forming gas annealed SiO2/Si shows better device performance as compared with as-grown SiO2 on Si substrate. A further effect of oxygen plasma and argon plasma cleaning of SiO2 surface before graphene transfer was investigated. Forming gas annealing improves the performance and plasma treatment degrade the graphene devices' performance.  相似文献

Graphene nanoribbons are thin sheets of graphene showing exclusive characteristics such as better drug-loading capacity, adsorption on mammalian cells, greater surface area, and light-absorbing ability. The current research work is to develop metformin-adsorbed carboxyl-functionalized oxidized graphene nanoribbons and utilize drug repurposing for the treatment of oral cancer by activating photo-thermal radiation therapy. The nanoribbons are formulated by Hummer's method and evaluated for several characterization parameters like ATR- Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), topology, in vitro efficacy, ex vivo and in vitro cell line studies. The ATR-FTIR spectrum of formulated nanoribbons shows distinctive peak at 3370 cm−1 ( N H group) of metformin. The DSC specifies the incidence of steep endothermic crests at 235 °C ( C NH3). The in vitro and ex vivo drug release studies show enhanced drug release in acidic pH (6.4) than physiological pH (7.4) with photothermal radiation. The in vitro cell line studies are processed via two-way ANOVA that exhibits 67.74 ± 0.03% of % inhibition in presence of photothermal radiation. The study demonstrates higher inhibition of cancerous cells at lower concentration of drug and photothermal therapy in comparison to plain drug. The characteristic feature of graphene is used to develop targeted drug delivery system against the oral cancerous cells.  相似文献

The patterned Co layers deposited on the scratched Cu surfaces were investigated with the use of the scanning electron microscopy. Patterned cobalt thin films were electrochemically deposited from the cobalt sulfate bath at room temperature. Pattering of cobalt was carried out by simple means of substrate scratching. Gentle scratching induces a direct pattering of cobalt from vertical to horizontal. The prepared pattered films were characterized for their structural, surface morphological and compositional properties by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the films are of cobalt. From the SEM images fabrication of patterns of cobalt is apparent. This work demonstrates a novel approach for obtaining patterned cobalt for many technological applications.  相似文献
