万古霉素和替考拉宁都属于糖肽类的大环抗生素,具有立体的环状结构和多个手性中心,是两种常见的手性识别材料,广泛应用于对映体的色谱手性分离分析。该文以万古霉素和替考拉宁为手性选择剂,哌嗪为单体,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为交联剂,通过界面聚合反应形成网状层包裹硅胶载体的方法制得6种高效液相色谱手性固定相,用于分离外消旋化合物,并与MDI直接交联万古霉素和替考拉宁在硅胶表面所得固定相进行了比较。结果表明,利用"网包法"和直接交联法制备的手性柱与商品万古霉素和替考拉宁柱之间具有互补性,均对不同的外消旋体有不同程度的拆分。  相似文献

This paper examines the polymerization of acrylonitrile to poly(acrylonitrile)(PAN), and its cyclization, in bulk form and using N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent in which both monomer and polymer are soluble. Thermal analysis of the resultant products after polymerization has been performed by DSC and pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). Scanning electron microscopy has been used to study the morphology of the resultant products and after thermal treatments. The DSC thermal curve of PAN-DMF sample is quite different from the PAN bulk sample, showing a single sharp exothermic peak associated with nitrile group polymerization (cyclization) of PAN at lower temperature (240°C) than that of bulk PAN sample (314°C). Cyclization of PAN was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. It was found that the amide molecules are difficult to eliminate completely in the product obtained after the polymerization reaction, even after prolonged heating at 110°C, and remain occluded. The formation of a complex by dipolar bonding is also possible and it is discussed. It is concluded that the amount of heat evolved as well as the temperature interval over which it is released are influenced by the chemical processing of PAN when using DMF as solvent of both monomer and polymer. Pyrolysis of these PAN samples revealed the release of occluded molecules of DMF, and several compounds containing nitrogen produced from the thermal degradation processes. All these results are interesting to know the chemical processing of carbon fibres and activated carbon fibres from PAN modified precursors.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

We report scanning tunneling microscopy observations on the restructuring of a Ag(110) surface induced by the molecule 4-[trans-2-(pyrid-4-yl-vinyl)]benzoic acid (PVBA). Our data reveal that the surface undergoes a mesoscopic step faceting following exposure to submonolayer coverages and thermal activation. A sawtooth arrangement evolves implying long-range mass transport of substrate atoms and forming a regular arrangement of kink sites. Its formation is associated with the molecules' functional headgroups forming carboxylates with [100] Ag microfacets at step edges, and eventually operating to reshape the surface morphology. Interestingly, the resulting microfacets act as chiral templates for the growth of supramolecular PVBA structures. Theoretical modeling based on ab initio results indicates that chiral recognition processes discriminating between the two enantiomers of adsorbed PVBA molecules occur in this process.  相似文献

The high‐silica zeolite SSZ‐27 was synthesized using one of the isomers of the organic structure‐directing agent that is known to produce the large‐pore zeolite SSZ‐26 ( CON ). The structure of the as‐synthesized form was solved using multi‐crystal electron diffraction data. Data were collected on eighteen crystals, and to obtain a high‐quality and complete data set for structure refinement, hierarchical cluster analysis was employed to select the data sets most suitable for merging. The framework structure of SSZ‐27 can be described as a combination of two types of cavities, one of which is shaped like a heart. The cavities are connected through shared 8‐ring windows to create straight channels that are linked together in pairs to form a one‐dimensional channel system. Once the framework structure was known, molecular modelling was used to find the best fitting isomer, and this, in turn, was isolated to improve the synthesis conditions for SSZ‐27.  相似文献

Heteronuclear complexes {[Hg(R)2][Au(R′)(PMe3)]2}n (R=R′=C6Cl2F3 ( 3 ); R=R′=C6F5 ( 4 ); R=C6Cl2F3, R′=C6F5 ( 5 ); R=C6F5, R′=C6Cl2F3 ( 6 )) were prepared by the treatment of the corresponding organomercury compounds, [Hg(C6X5)2], with two equivalents of [Au(C6X5)(PMe3)]. Their crystal structures, as determined by using X‐ray diffraction methods, display Au???Hg interactions. Although only compound 4 and 5 show luminescence in the solid state, all of these compounds quench the fluorescence of naphthalene in solution. Solution studies of these derivatives suggest a cooperative effect of the gold(I) center in switching on the quenching capabilities of the [Hg(C6X5)2] synthon with naphthalene. Theoretical studies confirmed the quenching ability of the organomercury species in the presence of gold.  相似文献

A series of bimetallic silyl halido cuprates consisting of the new tripodal silicon‐based metalloligand [κ3N‐Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3Mo(CO)3]? is presented (pz=pyrazolyl). This metalloligand is straightforwardly accessible by reacting the ambidentate ligand tris(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)silanide ({Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3}?) with [Mo(CO)36‐toluene)]. The compound features a fac‐coordinated tripodal chelating ligand and an outward pointing, “free” pyramidal silyl donor, which is easily accessible for a secondary coordination to other metal centers. Several bimetallic silyl halido cuprates of the general formula [CuX{μ‐κ1Si3N‐Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3Mo(CO)3}]? (X=Cl, Br, I) have been synthesized. The electronic and structural properties of these complexes were probed in detail by X‐ray diffraction analysis, electrospray mass spectrometry, infrared‐induced multiphoton dissociation studies, cyclic voltammetry, spectroelectrochemistry, gas‐phase photoelectron spectroscopy, as well as UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The heterobimetallic complexes contain linear two‐coordinate copper(I) entities with the shortest silicon–copper distances reported so far. Oxidation of the anionic complexes in methylene chloride and acetonitrile solutions at ${E{{0\hfill \atop 1/2\hfill}}}$ =?0.60 and ?0.44 V (vs. ferrocene/ferrocenium (Fc/Fc+)), respectively, shows substantial reversibility. Based on various results obtained from different characterization methods, as well as density functional theory calculations, these oxidation events were attributed to the Mo0/MoI redox couple.  相似文献

采用两步法合成了γ-Fe2O3/Ag/TiO2复合光催化剂, 以大肠埃希氏菌(E. coli)为目标菌, 对数去除率为评价指标评价了催化剂的抗菌性能, 优化了催化剂的最佳制备参数. 通过X射线衍射、 扫描电子显微镜、 X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征. 结果表明, 当Ti/Ag摩尔比为1:0.05, 煅烧时间为3 h, 煅烧温度为350 ℃时, γ-Fe2O3/Ag/TiO2表现出最佳抗菌活性. 复合催化剂具有介孔结构, 比表面积为89.1 m2/g; 光吸收边界达690 nm, 有良好的可见光响应能力; 磁性较强, 在水处理应用中可有效分离和重复使用. 反应条件不受光源限制, 在有/无光照下均具有良好的抗菌活性, 且太阳光辐照下对E. coli的对数去除率可达6.28.  相似文献

研究了酵母核糖核酸(yRNA)在碳纳米管(MWNT)修饰电极上的电化学行为,优化了测定参数,在此基础上建立了一种直接测定yRNA的电分析测试方法。yRNA在碳纳米管修饰电极上于磷酸盐缓冲溶液中在0.758V处产生不可逆的氧化电流峰,峰电流与yRNA的质量浓度在1~10mg/mL之间有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Iρ=0.0813ρ+0.1807,相关系数r为0.9980,检出限为0.6mg/mL。  相似文献

The novel applications of molybdenum disulfide in recent research were reviewed, such as in lubricant, catalyst and photoelectrochemical solar cells. Recently, we found that LiMoS2 is a good candidate for new anode materials for lithium ion batteries with high lithium storage capacity.Here, the anode material LiMoS2 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method at 150℃ and the electrochemical characterization as an anode material for lithium ion batteries was examined.put in Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclaves of capacity 40 mL. Distilled water was used to fill the autoclaves to 70 % of the total volume. The autoclaves were maintained at 150℃ for 24 h and then cooled naturally. The resulting dark-gray powders were filled and washed with distilled water,diluted hydrochloric acid and ethanol, successively. The final products were dried at 80℃ for 24 h.The powder X-ray diffraction pattern showed the prepared LiMoS2 was amorphous structure. A test cell using LiMoS2 as the active material was discharged and charged between 3 and 0.01 V with respect to Li metal at a constant current density of C/5 (that is, one lithium per formula unit in 5 hours). During the first discharge, the potential rapidly drops to reach a large plateau at 2.2 V, then slowly drops to the other plateau at 0.8 V, and then continuously decreases down to 0.01V. There is only a plateau at 1.35 V in the subsequent discharge curves. The plateaus of charge potential appear at about 1.9 V.The irreversible loss was 41% in the first cycle. The ratio of discharge and charge is more than 99%in the subsequent cycles. Moreover, the ratio of discharge and charge almost reaches 100% after thedemonstrated that LiMoS2 has a very high capacity and a good cycle-ability as an anode material forlithium ion batteries.  相似文献
