Chitosan is a linear polysaccharide and non-toxic bioactive polymer with a wide variety of applications due to its functional properties such as ease of modification, and biodegradability. In this study, a green protocol for supporting of Cu(II) on chitosan-encapsulated magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles is described. The morphological and physicochemical features of the material were determined using several advanced techniques like fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The average diameter of the NPs was approximately 15–25 nm. In addition, the Fe3O/CS/Cu(II) nanocomposite was engaged in biological assays like study of anti-oxidant properties by DPPH mediated free radical scavenging test using BHT as a reference molecule. Thereafter, on having a significant IC50 value in radical scavenging assay, we extended the bio-application of the desired nanocomposite in anticancer study of lung well-differentiated bronchogenic adenocarcinoma, lung moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, and lung poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of human lung in-vitro conditions. In the cytotoxicity and anti-human lung studies, the nanocomposite was treated to lung cancer lung well-differentiated bronchogenic adenocarcinoma (HLC-1), lung moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (LC-2/ad), and lung poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (PC-14) cell line following MTT assay. The cell viability of malignant lung cell line reduced dose-dependently in the presence of Fe3O/CS/Cu(II) nanocomposite. The recent results suggest that Fe3O/CS/Cu(II) nanocomposite have a suitable anticancer activity against lung cell lines. 相似文献

The dynamic 1H NMR study of some primary carbamates in the solvents CDCl3 and CD3COCD3 between 183 and 298 K is reported. The free energies of activation, thus obtained (12.4 to 14.3 kcal mol-1), were attributed to the conformational isomerization about the N-C bond. These barriers to rotation show solvent dependence in contrast to the tertiary analogues and are lower in free energy by ca. 2-3 kcal mol-1. 相似文献

Nanotechnology is set to impact a wide range of various fields, including medicine, materials technology, environmental sciences, and engineering/manufacturing. Nanoparticles are categorized depending on their size, composition, shape, and surface functionality. Due to the excessive growth of nanostructured materials (NSMs) in production and industrial applications, human and environmental exposure to them and their possible toxicity issues are inevitable. The main objective of this review is to study NSMs, in particular metallic and metallic oxide nanoparticles, and properties that have a determinative role in their bioimpacts. Nevertheless, the main focus is to provide an overview of NSMs toxicology. Medical and environmental applications of the NSMs are discussed here. Also, key factors on the toxicity of the nanoparticles such as shape, size, chemical composition, and surface functionality are discussed. Finally, toxicity of the nanoparticles is going to be highlighted, and relevant studies are critically compared. This review gives a broad scientific view for improving the functional efficiency of nanomaterials while mitigating their possible adverse and unintended effects on biological systems. 相似文献

The aim of this work was identifying and selecting hazelnut marker peptides and subsequently developing a complementary method
of common immunoassay for the detection of hazelnut. For this purpose, at first, an in silico digestion of three major hazelnut
allergens (Cor a 8, Cor a 9 and Cor a 11) was performed to get information about expected peptides. After extraction and trypsin
digestion of hazelnut proteins, the samples were measured with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) by direct infusion, which
led to identification of 14 peptides. Eight of them with the highest MS signal were synthesized and used as standards for
developing a liquid chromatography (LC)–MS/MS method in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. Since almost all food allergens
derived from nuts belong to the seed storage protein family and have homologue structure, a Basic Local Alignment Search Tool
(BLAST) search was performed to identify the hazelnut specificity of the developed method. According to BLAST, only one peptide
occurs in three other nuts, and the remaining seven selected peptides are hazelnut specific. Additionally to hazelnut, the
eight other listed nuts in Directive 2003/89/EC as allergen were extracted, digested and measured with the developed method
to prove the BLAST results. The analytical data confirmed that six peptides are hazelnut specific, on the contrary to anti-hazelnut
antibodies, which showed cross-reactivities to all other nut extracts. Comparing these results, it could be shown that with
this LC–MS/MS method in SRM mode, the specific detection of hazelnut is possible. 相似文献

Four new thallium(I) coordination polymers, [TlBt](n) (1) (Hbt = 5-phenyltetrazole), [TlBbt] (2) (Hbbt = 5-(4-bromobenzyl)tetrazole), [Tl(2)Bdt](n) (3) (H(2)bdt = 5,5'-benzene-1,4-diylbistetrazole), [Tl(2)Pht·H(2)O](n) and [TlBet] (4), (Hbet = 5-(benzyl)tetrazole) have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray data shows that, in compounds 1-3, the coordination sphere of the Tl(I) ion is the same and it is surrounded with six tetrazolate rings. In compound 4, one thallium atom has three interactions with tetrazolate groups and close Tl(I)···π (aromatic) contacts with the phenyl ring. Furthermore, in all cases the single-crystal X-ray data show the same stereo-chemical activity of the valence shell electron lone pair of Tl(I). There is a strong Tl(I)···Tl(I) interaction in one dimension in compounds 1 and 3. All these four compounds have been used as new precursors for the preparation of thallium(III) oxide nano-particles through a simple calcination method. Thallium(III) oxide was characterized by powder XRD diffraction and the morphology of nano particles characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). 相似文献
