Fe3O4@vitamin B1 was designed and prepared as an inexpensive and efficient heterogeneous nanocatalyst for the synthesis of new 1,3‐thiazol derivatives. The structure of the nanomagnetic catalyst was comprehensively characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and thermogravimetric analysis. The three‐component, one‐pot condensation of arylglyoxal monohydrate, cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyls and thioamides in water as a green solvent was applied for the preparation of 1,3‐thiazol derivatives. Simple preparation of the catalyst from commercially available materials, high catalytic activity, simple operation, short reaction times, high yields and use of green solvent are some advantages of this protocol. The superparamagnetic nanocatalyst is magnetically separable and retains its stability after recycling for at least five consecutive runs without detectable activity loss.  相似文献

An efficient route for the synthesis of gem-bis(dithiocarbamate) derivatives is developed using dithiocarbamic acid salts generated from primary aliphatic amines and CS2. The method offers high yields, employs mild reaction conditions, and demonstrates excellent functional group compatibility. In this article, the numerical solution of nonlinear systems using iterative methods are dealt with. Toward this goal, a general class of multi-point iteration methods with various orders is constructed. The error analysis is presented to prove the convergence order. Also, a thorough discussion on the computational complexity of the new iterative methods will be given. Ab initio and density functional calculations were used to analyze the interaction between a molecule of the isocyanic acid with 1 up to 4 molecules of ammonia at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and MP2/6-311++G(d,p) computational levels. The cooperative effect is increased with the increasing size of studied clusters. Red shifts of the H–N stretching frequency for complexes involving the isocyanic acid as an H-donor were predicted. Atom in molecules was used to analyze cooperative effects on topological parameters.  相似文献

There is a lack of fundamental knowledge about the scale up of biosurfactant production. In order to develop suitable technology of commercialization, carrying out tests in shake flasks and bioreactors was essential. A reactor with integrated foam collector was designed for biosurfactant production using Bacillus subtilis isolated from agricultural soil. The yield of biosurfactant on biomass (Y p/x), biosurfactant on sucrose (Y p/s), and the volumetric production rate (Y) for shake flask were obtained about 0.45 g g−1, 0.18 g g−1, and 0.03 g l−1 h−1, respectively. The best condition for bioreactor was 300 rpm and 1.5 vvm, giving Y x/s, Y p/x, Y p/s, and Y of 0.42 g g−1, 0.595 g g−1, 0.25 g g−1, and 0.057 g l−1 h−1, respectively. The biosurfactant maximum production, 2.5 g l−1, was reached in 44 h of growth, which was 28% better than the shake flask. The obtained volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient (K L a) values at optimum conditions in the shake flask and the bioreactor were found to be around 0.01 and 0.0117 s−1, respectively. Comparison of K L a values at optimum conditions shows that biosurfactant production scaling up from shake flask to bioreactor can be done with K L a as scale up criterion very accurately. Nearly 8% of original oil in place was recovered using this biosurfactant after water flooding in the sand pack.  相似文献
