A series of N-(6-methylbenzothiazolyl)-2,3,5,6-tetrasubstituted-4-(aryl)-1,4-dihydropyridines were synthesized by reaction of 2-amino-6-methylbenzothiazole, aromatic aldehyde and active methylene compound in methanol by conventional, as well as, microwave irradiation (solvent free and solid support) methods. The microwave irradiation technique gives better yield and shorter reaction time. Among solid supported microwave irradiation better yields are obtained in acidic alumina as compared to silica, neutral alumina, and basic alumina. All compounds were tested for antibacterial and antifungal activities and results have been compared with standard drugs. Entomological activities were also tested. The results showed that a change in the substitution pattern in 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives may cause a marked effect on their antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The x-ray emission from slab targets of copper irradiated by Nd:glass laser (1.054 μm, 5 and 15 ns) at intensities between 1012 and 1011W/cm2 has been studied. The x-ray emissions were monitored with the help of high quantum efficiency x-ray silicon photo diodes and vacuum photo diodes, all covered with aluminium filters of different thickness. The x-ray intensity vs the laser intensity has a scaling factor of (1.2–1.92). The relative x-ray conversion efficiency follows an empirical relationship which is in close agreement with the one reported by Babonneau et al. The ion velocities were monitored using Langmuir probes placed at different angles and radial distances from the target position. The variation of the ion velocity with the laser intensity follows a scaling of the form Φ β where β ∼0.22 which is in good agreement with the reported scaling factor values. The results on the x-ray emission from Cu plasma are reported.  相似文献

Two covalently linked diphenyl ethyne bridged unsymmetrical dyads containing porphyrin and BF2–oxasmaragdyrin and Zn(II)porphyrin and BF2–oxasmaragdyrin units and one covalently linked triad containing Zn(II)porphyrin, porphyrin and BF2–oxasmaragdyrin units were synthesized by coupling appropriate functionalized macrocycles under Pd(0) coupling reaction conditions. The dyads and triad were freely soluble in common organic solvents and confirmed by ES-MS spectra. 1D and 2D NMR techniques were used to characterize the dyads and triad. Absorption and electrochemical studies of dyads and triad showed the overlapping features of the constituted macrocycles indicating that the macrocycles retain their basic features in the dyads and triad. The BF2–oxasmaragdyrin absorbs at lower energy and emits strongly in the visible region compared to porphyrin/Zn(II)porphyrin. Thus, BF2–oxasmaragdyrin acts as energy acceptor and porphyrin/Zn(II) porphyrin act as energy donor in dyads and triad. The steady state and time-resolved fluorescence studies supported an efficient energy transfer from porphyrin/Zn(II)porphyrin to BF2–oxasmaragdyrin unit in dyads and triad.  相似文献

A novel and robust chaos-based pseudorandom permutation-substitution scheme for image encryption is proposed. It is a loss-less symmetric block cipher and specifically designed for the color images but may also be used for the gray scale images. A secret key of 161-bit, comprising of the initial conditions and system parameter of the chaotic map (the standard map), number of iterations and number of rounds, is used in the algorithm. The whole encryption process is the sequential execution of a preliminary permutation and a fix number of rounds (as specified in the secret key) of substitution and main permutation of the 2D matrix obtained from the 3D image matrix. To increase the speed of encryption all three processes: preliminary permutation, substitution and main permutation are done row-by-row and column-by-column instead of pixel-by-pixel. All the permutation processes are made dependent on the input image matrix and controlled through the pseudo random number sequences (PRNS) generated from the discretization of chaotic standard map which result in both key sensitivity and plaintext sensitivity. However each substitution process is initiated with the initial vectors (different for rows and columns) generated using the secret key and chaotic standard map and then the properties of rows and column pixels of input matrix are mixed with the PRNS generated from the standard map. The security and performance analysis of the proposed image encryption has been performed using the histograms, correlation coefficients, information entropy, key sensitivity analysis, differential analysis, key space analysis, encryption/decryption rate analysis etc. Results suggest that the proposed image encryption technique is robust and secure and can be used for the secure image and video communication applications.  相似文献

Dealloying is widely utilized but is a dangerous corrosion process as well. Here we report an atomistic picture of the initial stages of electrochemical dealloying of the model system Cu(3)Au (111). We illuminate the structural and chemical changes during the early stages of dissolution up to the critical potential, using a unique combination of advanced surface-analytical tools. Scanning tunneling microscopy images indicate an interlayer exchange of topmost surface atoms during initial dealloying, while scanning Auger-electron microscopy data clearly reveal that the surface is fully covered by a continuous Au-rich layer at an early stage. Initiating below this first layer a transformation from stacking-reversed toward substrate-oriented Au surface structures is observed close to the critical potential. We further use the observed structural transitions as a reference process to evaluate the mechanistic changes induced by a thiol-based model-inhibition layer applied to suppress surface diffusion. The initial ultrathin Au layer is stabilized with the intermediate island morphology completely suppressed, along an anodic shift of the breakdown potential. Thiol-modification induces a peculiar surface microstructure in the form of microcracks exhibiting a nanoporous core. On the basis of the presented atomic-scale observations, an interlayer exchange mechanism next to pure surface diffusion becomes obvious which may be controlling the layer thickness and its later change in orientation.  相似文献

The structure relaxation mechanism of the fluorapatite (100) surface under completely hydrated ambient conditions has been investigated with the grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) technique. Detailed information on lateral as well as perpendicular ordering corresponding to the water molecules and atomic relaxations of the (100) surface of fluorapatite (FAp) crystal was obtained from the experimental analysis of the CTR intensities. Two laterally ordered water layers are present at the water/mineral interface. The first layer consists of four water molecules located at 1.6(1) A above the relaxed fluorapatite (100) surface while the second shows the presence of only two water molecules at a distance of 3.18(10) A from the mineral surface. Thus, the first layer water molecules complete the truncated coordination sites of the topmost surface Ca atoms, while the second water layer molecules remain bonded by means of H-bonding to the first layer molecules and the surface phosphate groups. Molecular mechanics simulations using force field techniques are in good agreement with this general structural behavior determined from the experiment.  相似文献

A series of organophosphorus derivatives have been synthesized by the reaction of phosphorylchloride with 2‐(2′‐hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole and 2‐(2′‐hydroxynaphthyl)benzimidazole in the presence of KHCO3 in dry THF in different molar ratios. A simple, one‐step, supramolecular strategy was adopted to synthesize SnIV‐porphyrin‐based axially bonded triads and higher oligomers by using meso‐pyridyl SnIV porphyrin, meso‐hydroxyphenyl‐21,23‐dithiaporphyrin, and RuII porphyrin as building blocks and employing complementary and non‐interfering SnIV?O and RuII ??? N interactions. The multiporphyrin arrays are stable and robust and were purified by column chromatography. 1H, 1H–1H COSY and NOESY NMR spectroscopic studies were used to unequivocally deduce the molecular structures of SnIV‐porphyrin‐based triads and higher oligomers. Absorption and electrochemical studies indicated weak interaction among the different porphyrin units in triads and higher oligomers, in support of the supramolecular nature of the arrays. Steady‐state fluorescence studies on triads indicated the possibility of energy transfer in the singlet state from the basal SnIV porphyrin to the axial 21,23‐dithiaporphyrin. However, the higher oligomers were weakly fluorescent due to the presence of heavy RuII porphyrin unit(s), which quench the fluorescence of the SnIV porphyrin and 21,23‐dithiaporphyrin units.  相似文献

Mixed enzyme preparation having both xylanase and laccase activity was evaluated for its bleach enhancing ability of mixed wood pulp. The enzyme was produced through co-cultivation of mutant Penicillium oxalicum SAUE-3.510 and Pleurotus ostreatus MTCC 1804 under solid-state fermentation. Bleaching of pulp with mixed enzyme had resulted into a notable decrease in kappa number and increased brightness as compared to xylanase alone. Analysis of bleaching conditions had denoted that 8 IU g−1 of mixed enzyme preparation (xylanase/laccase, 22:1) had led into maximal removal of lignin from pulp when bleaching was performed at 10% pulp consistency (55 °C, pH 9.0) for 3 h. An overall improvement of 21%, 8%, 3%, and 5% respectively in kappa number, brightness, yellowness, and viscosity of pulp was achieved under derived bleaching conditions. Process of enzymatic bleaching was further ascertained by analyzing the changes occurring in polysaccharide and lignin by HPLC and FTIR. The UV absorption spectrum of the compounds released during enzymatic treatment had denoted a characteristic peak at 280 nm, indicating the presence of lignin in released coloring matter. The changes in fiber morphology following enzymatic delignification were studied by scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献
