We study the one-dimensional nonlinear Nernst–Planck–Poisson system of partial differential equations with the class of nonlinear boundary conditions which cover the Chang–Jaffé conditions. The system describes certain physical and biological processes, for example ionic diffusion in porous media, electrochemical and biological membranes, as well as electrons and holes transport in semiconductors. The considered boundary conditions allow the physical system to be not only closed but also open. Theorems on existence, uniqueness, and nonnegativity of local weak solutions are proved. The main tool used in the proof of the existence result is the Schauder–Tychonoff fixed point theorem.  相似文献

Highly efficient photocatalytic thioacid mediated amide synthesis at room temperature using CdS nanoparticles as photocatalyst was observed under a household 30 W CFL in water. The operationally mild reaction was tolerant to a number of functional group substitutions on amine and could be scaled up to gram. This heterogeneous photocatalyst was extremely stable and could easily be recovered by simple centrifugation for at least six recycling reactions without any significant loss of catalytic performance. The possible reaction mechanism for the photocatalytic thioacid mediated amide synthesis over the CdS semiconductor has also been proposed on the basis of experimental observations.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Fe75Si25 powders were prepared by mechanical alloying in a planetary ball mill. The evolution of the microstructure and magnetic properties during the milling process were studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer measurements. The evolution of non-equilibrium solid solution Fe (Si) during milling was accompanied by refinement of crystallite size down to 10 nm and the introduction of high density of dislocations of the order of 1017 m−2. During the milling process, Fe sites get substituted by Si. This structural change and the resulting disorder are reflected in the lattice parameters and average magnetic moment of the powders milled for various time periods. A progressive increase of coercivity was also observed with increasing milling time. The increase of coercivity could be attributed to the introduction of dislocations and reduction of powder particle size as a function of milling time.  相似文献

Transparent and flexible carbon doped ZnO (C:ZnO) field emission device was successfully fabricated on an arylite substrate. Excellent adhesion of deposited C:ZnO on the flexible substrate was achieved with low sputtering power and Ar flow rate. In the fabricated device, nanostructured C:ZnO and as‐deposited thin films were used as field emitter and phosphor screen, respectively. The C:ZnO thin film showed a transparency of about 80% at 550 nm wavelength and average sheet resistance of 1.96 kΩ/□. The C:ZnO phosphor screen emitted red light during the field emission measurement, correlating the dominant cathodoluminescence peak at 646 nm. Thus, a promising transparent and flexible field emission display can be realized with C:ZnO based material.

The presented study deals with relation between chemical composition of precursor sols and surface free energy of inorganic-organic films. Inorganic-organic films were prepared from precursor sols in “tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) - triethoxy(octyl)silane (OTES) - distilled water - nitric acid - isopropyl alcohol” system. The fifteen sols were prepared, where the ratio of K?=?x(OTES)/(x(TEOS)?+?x(OTES)) varied from 0 to 0.5 and ratio of R?=?x(H2O)/(x(TEOS)?+?x(OTES)) varied from 2 to 6. The relationship between chemical composition and surface free energy of inorganic-organic films was quantified by model selection approach. Model, which describes the studied relationship in the best way, was selected on the basis of Akaike information criterion. Based on the analysis of selected (the best describing) model, it was found out that the surface free energy as well as its dispersion and polar component are dependent only on K ratio in observed range of K and R values. Form the physico-chemical aspect, the observed dependences of surface free energy, its dispersive and polar component on chemical composition of precursor sols are explained by the influence of octyl groups on the sequences of hydrolysis and condensation reactions leading to formation of particles in precursor sol. In addition, the arrangement of octyl groups is used for explanation of particles arrangement on film surface.  相似文献

Diradicals have been of tremendous interest for over a century ever since the first reports of p‐ and m‐phenylene‐bridged diphenylmethylradicals in 1904 by Thiele and 1915 by Schlenk. Reported here are the first examples of cyclic(alkyl)(amino)carbene (CAAC) analogues of Thiele's hydrocarbon, a Kekulé diradical, and Schlenk's hydrocarbon, a non‐Kekulé diradical, without using CAAC as a precursor. The CAAC analogue of Thiele's hydrocarbon has a singlet ground state, whereas the CAAC analogue of Schlenk's hydrocarbon contains two unpaired electrons. The latter forms a dimer, by an intermolecular double head‐to‐tail dimerization. This straightforward synthetic methodology is modular and can be extended for the generation of redox‐active organic compounds.  相似文献

We report copper-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization of 8-alkynyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines, obtained via a Pd/C-mediated Sonogashira coupling in water, to afford 2-substituted 5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[3,2,1-ij]quinolines. Further functionalization of the compounds synthesized was carried out under Heck, Sonogashira, and Suzuki reaction conditions.  相似文献
