The new double perovskite La3Co2TaO9 has been prepared by a solid-state procedure. The crystal and magnetic structures have been studied from X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) and neutron powder diffraction (NPD) data. Rietveld refinements were performed in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The structure consists of an ordered array of alternating B′O6 and B″O6 octahedra sharing corners, tilted along the three pseudocubic axes according to the Glazer notation abc+. Rietveld refinements show that at RT the cell parameters are a=5.6005(7) Å, b=5.6931(7) Å, c=7.9429(9) Å and β=89.9539(7)°, and the refined crystallographic formula of this “double perovskite” can be written as La2(Co)2d(Co1/3Ta2/3)2cO6. Magnetization measurements and low-temperature NPD data show that the perovskite is a ferromagnet with TC=72 K. At high T it follows the Curie–Weiss law with an effective magnetic moment of 3.82μB per Co ion which is very close to spin only Co2+ (HS).  相似文献

Diabetes mellitus (DM) represents a group of metabolic disorders that leads to acute and long-term serious complications and is considered a worldwide sanitary emergence. Type 2 diabetes (T2D) represents about 90% of all cases of diabetes, and even if several drugs are actually available for its treatment, in the long term, they show limited effectiveness. Most traditional drugs are designed to act on a specific biological target, but the complexity of the current pathologies has demonstrated that molecules hitting more than one target may be safer and more effective. The purpose of this review is to shed light on the natural compounds known as α-glucosidase and Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) dual-inhibitors that could be used as lead compounds to generate new multitarget antidiabetic drugs for treatment of T2D.  相似文献

The thermal Hartree-Fock formalism for nuclear matter is studied, for the case of effective, density dependent interactions. An alternative method based on statistical assumptions, enabling one to determine both HF quantities and their thermal average and that is considerably simpler than the usual (double) iterative procedure is proposed and numerically illustrated for the Skyrme interaction. The connection with the Modified Thomas Fermi method for finite temperature is discussed.  相似文献

We consider a composite material constituted of carbon or glass fibres included in a resin which becomes solid when it is heated up (reaction of reticulation). The mathematical modelling of the cure process is given by a kinetic equation describing the evolution of the reaction of reticulation coupled with the heat equation. The geometry of the composite material is periodic, with a small period ?>0. First we prove the existence and uniqueness of a solution by using Schauder's fixed point theorem. Then, by using an asymptotic expansion, we derive the homogenized problem which describes the macroscopic behaviour of the material. We prove the convergence of the solution of the problem to the solution of the homogenized problem when ? tends to zero and we obtain an error estimate in a case of weak non-linearity. Single crystal X-ray diffraction measurements on MxMo3S4 compounds (M = Cu, Ag, Sn, In) yield evidence for the existence of a charge transfer from the interstitial element M to the Mo6S8 building blocks. The importance of this transfer was estimated from the contraction of the Mo6 octahedron as a function of the valency and the concentration of the cations. It is suggested that this effect stabilises the structure and has a strong influence on the superconducting transition temperature. Bonding is discussed using a simple valence bond model which is based on the electron requirement of the Mo6 octahedron to form 12 covalent bonds.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the nuclear level density parameter, a (T), is analyzed and the effects of this dependence upon the probabilities for statistical gamma-ray and neutron emission from a compound nucleus are studied. The competition between these decay channels, as a function of nuclear temperatures, is investigated. The results show a significant departure from the temperature independent, Fermi Gas Model approximation.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the new tetraazamacrocycle L, bearing two 1,1'-bis(2-phenol) groups as side-arms, is reported. The basicity behavior and the binding properties of L toward alkali metal ions were determined by means of potentiometric measurements in ethanol/water 50:50 (v/v) solution (298.1+/-0.1 K, I=0.15 mol dm(-3)). The anionic H(-1)L(-) species can be obtained in strong alkaline solution, indicating that not all of the acidic protons of L can be removed under the experimental conditions used. This species behaves as a tetraprotic base (log K(1)=11.22, log K(2)=9.45, log K(3)=7.07, log K(4)=5.08), and binds alkali metal ions to form neutral [MH(-1)L] complexes with the following stability constants: log K(Li)=3.92, log K(Na)=3.54, log K(K)=3.29, log K(Cs)=3.53. The arrangement of the acidic protons in the H(-1)L(-) species depends on the polarity of the solvents used, and at least one proton switches from the amine moiety to the aromatic part upon decreasing the polarity of the solvent. In this way two different binding areas, modulated by the polarity of solvents, are possible in L. One area is preferred by alkali metal ions in polar solvents, the second one is preferred in solvents with low polarity. Thus, the metal ion can switch from one location to the other in the ligand, modulated by the polarity of the environment. A strong hydrogen-bonding network should preorganize the ligand for coordination, as confirmed by MD simulations. The crystal structure of the [Na(H(-1)L)].CH(3)CN complex (space group P2(1)/c, a=12.805(1), b=20.205(3), c=14.170(2) A, beta=100.77(1) degrees, V=3601.6(8) A(3), Z=4, R=0.0430, wR2=0.1181), obtained using CH(2)Cl(2)/CH(3)CN as mixed solvent, supports this last aspect and shows one of the proposed binding areas.  相似文献

One-dimensional (1D) coordination polymers (CPs) featuring three different topologies, comprising zig-zag, ribbon-like and poly-[n]-catenane structures, were obtained by reaction of Hg(II) ions with a novel bispidine ligand L3 , and structurally characterized by SC- and P-XRD methods. The CPs obtained in the form of microcrystalline powders were tested for their ability to undergo solvent adsorption and exchange by P-XRD and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The extent of their dynamic behavior was then correlated to their structural features, highlighting the role of interchain interactions established among their constituting linear arrays. Zig-zag CPs proved to be resilient to external chemical stimuli, while they differently respond to thermal treatments, depending on the solvent originally included within the CP. In the case of polycatenated structures, we observed transformations where the original topology was maintained upon guest exchange, but also cases where it changed to zig-zag, even under solid/vapor conditions (i. e., no complete dissolution of the CP). Given the presence of linear interconnected 1D channels, 3 ⋅ ClBz-polycatenanePwd is also able to trap volatile guests such as n-hexane when exposed to its vapors.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the new polyamino-phenolic ligand 3,3'-bis[N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)aminomethyl]-2,2'-dihydroxybiphenyl (L) are reported. L contains two diethylenetriamine units linked by a 1,1'-bis(2-phenol) group (BPH) on the central nitrogen atom which allows two separate binding amino subunits in a noncyclic ligand. The basicity and binding properties of L toward Cu(II) and Zn(II) were determined by means of potentiometric measurements in aqueous solution (298.1 +/- 0.1 K, I = 0.15 mol dm-3). L behaves as a pentaprotic base and as a monoprotic acid under the experimental conditions used, yielding the H5L5+ or H-1L- species, respectively. L forms both mono- and dinuclear species with both metal ions investigated; the dinuclear species are largely prevalent in aqueous solution with a L/M(II) molar ratio of 1:2 at pH higher than 7. L shows different behavior in Cu(II) and Zn(II) binding, affecting the dinuclear species formed and the distance between the two coordinated metal ions, which is greater in the Zn(II) than in the Cu(II) dinuclear species. This difference can be attributed to the different degree of protonation of BPH which influences the angle between the phenyl rings in the two systems. In this way, it is possible to modulate the M(II)-M(II) distance by the choice M(II) and to space the two M(II) farther away than was possible with the previously synthesized ligands. L does not saturate the coordination sphere of the coordinated M(II) ions in the dinuclear species, and thus, these latter species are prone to add guests. 1H and 13C NMR experiments carried out in aqueous solution, as well as the crystal structures of the dinuclear Cu(II) and Zn(II) species formed in aqueous solution, aided in elucidating the involvement of L and BPH in Zn(II) and Cu(II) stabilization.  相似文献

Tetraazaperopyrene and a range of derivatives have been synthesised and their photophysical and redox-chemical properties studied. The parent compound, 1,3,8,10-tetraazaperopyrene (1), was prepared by treating 4,9-diamino-3,10-perylenequinone diimine with triethyl orthoformate, whereas the 2,9-disubstituted derivatives of 1 were obtained after treatment with the corresponding carboxylic acid chloride or anhydride (2 mol equiv). The 1,3,8,10-tetraazaperopyrene core structure was established by X-ray diffraction of 2,9-bis(2-bromophenyl)-1,3,8,10-tetraazaperopyrene (6). The UV-visible absorption spectra of the compounds have a characteristic visible pi(*)<--pi absorption band at 440 nm (log epsilon(max)=4.80) with a strong vibrational progression (Delta nu approximately 1450 cm(-1)). Diprotonation of the nitrogen atoms induces a bathochromic shift of this band from 430-440 to 470-480 nm and all four nitrogen atoms are protonated when pure H(2)SO(4) is used as the solvent. The first and second as well as the third and fourth protonations occur concomitantly, which implies that they have very similar pK(a) values and, consequently, similar proton affinities. A theoretical study of the proton affinities in the gas phase and in solution attributes this behaviour to the effects of polar solvents, which dampen the charge of a protonated site at the other end of the molecule and thus effectively decouple the two opposite pyrimidine units in the polycondensed aromatic compound. The photophysical data were modelled in a time-dependent DFT study of 1, 1H(2)(2+) and 1H(4)(4+) in both the gas phase and in a polar solvent. All the dyes show weak fluorescence in organic solvents, however, their protonated conjugate acids show dramatically increased fluorescence intensity. All of the dyes undergo two electrochemically reversible one-electron reductions with cyclovoltammetric half-wave potentials at E(red1) approximately -0.9 V and E(red2) approximately -1.3 V (vs. SCE), which are associated with characteristic spectral changes.  相似文献
