与氯代烯烃或芳烃相反, 氯代膦烯与零价钯的氧化加成反应可以在温和条件下进行. 提出了可能的反应机理. 起始卤代膦烯的结构决定了反应历程和最终产物的结构.     

Microfluidic adhesion analysis of single glioma cells for evaluating the effect of drugs

Cancer metastasis is one of the most serious problems for tumor therapy, which is closely related to cell adhesion and deadhesion process. Better comprehension of cell adhesion ability will benefit drug research. Here, a biomimetic microfluidic enzyme digestion method was proposed to gently measure the influence of drugs on cell-matrix adhesion ability at the single cell level.The method can selectively digest the extracellular matrix(ECM) that linked to a single cell, and the trypsin concentration around the cell is relatively uniform and constant, thus the measured cell adhesion strength should be precise. Commercially available anti-cancer agents including 5-fluorouracil(5-FU), actinomycin D(Act D), temozolomide(TMZ) and allicin were evaluated, and the data showed only TMZ and allicin can inhibit cell adhesion significantly under our experiment conditions. The influence of TMZ became more and more obvious as the increase of duration and the effect became prominent only after 6 h adhesion process, which could provide a quick evaluation of whether the drugs are effective to cancer cell(compared with Calcein-AM/PI cell viability test). The adhesion strength of U87 cells decreased when the concentration of TMZ increased, and the effect of TMZ can be effectively inhibited by adding lactic acid to culture medium, which indicated acidic tumor microenvironment could promote drug resistance of tumor cells. Different from conventional evaluation methods which focus on the drugs' influence on cellular viability or metabolism, this work provides a new perspective to study the effect of drugs, which is helpful to enrich the drug evaluation system.     

尼龙6与半芳香性非晶尼龙原位共混物的结构与性能

一种半芳香的非晶尼龙共聚物溶解于熔融的己内酰胺中,引发后者负离子开环聚合原位制备尼龙6与非晶尼龙的共混物.与纯尼龙6相比较,此原位共混物的强度与模量显著提高.非晶区呈现单一的玻璃化转变,表明共混物为均相体系,其组分的相容性源于负离子聚合过程中链交换反应引起的共聚.与纯尼龙6相比较,此共混物的熔点与结晶度显著降低.此外,与纯尼龙6只存在α晶不同,共混物中伴生有大量的γ晶.当非晶尼龙含量为20 wt%时,绝大部分晶体为γ晶.然而,共混物中球晶仅有一定程度细化.共混物强度和模量的提高被认为主要源于非晶区分子活动能力降低以及γ晶相对含量的提高.     

Chemical composition of the volatile oil from Cynanchum stauntonii and its activities of anti-influenza virus

The volatile oil of the roots of Cynanchum stauntonii was examined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Thirty-eight constituents were identified. (E,E)-2,4-Decadienal, 3-efhyl-4-methypentanol, 5-pentyl-3H-furan-2-one, (E,Z)-2,4-decadienal and 2(3H)-furanone,dihydro-5-pentyl were found to be the major components. The volatile oil exhibited the activities against influenza virus in vitro (IC₅₀s = 64 μg/ml). In in vivo experiment, it prevented influenza virus-induced deaths in a dose-dependent manner.     

改进的蝗虫优化算法在双目标应急物资中心选址问题中的应用

近年来世界各地频发灾情疫情等紧急事件,严重影响人民的生活物资保障。在这种情况下,急需建立应急物资中心来缓解燃眉之急。该类问题通常面临资源稀缺并且时间相对紧迫的处境,因此需要在短时间内获得合理的应急设施选址方案来提升服务的质量和效率。本文对应急物资中心选址问题展开研究,提出一种考虑后续运输成本以及有概率发生紧急事件而导致无法正常运送物资的双目标离散选址模型,并为此设计一种二进制多目标蝗虫优化算法。该算法采用模糊关联熵系数来引导迭代更新,同时为其添加外部档案,最优解选择机制和竞争决策机制来提升算法性能。多次数值实验表明该算法的计算效率和求解质量较高,可作为应急物资中心选址问题的一种可行且有效的算法。     

The radioisotopic battery based on radio-voltaic effect

The radio-voltaic effect is investigated to be applied radioisotopic batteries in this work. The collection rates of the electron-hole pairs are 94 percent for the alpha particles emitted by²³⁹Pu source and 65 percent for the beta particles emitted by⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y source. The maximum energy conversion efficiency got by the silicon element is about 16%. A prototype radioisotopic battery with¹⁴⁷Pm beta sources is constructed. Its maximum short-circuit current and off voltage are about 2 A and 190 mV respectively. The experimental data suggest that the life of the prototype battery may be more than three years.     

INTENSE LASER-INDUCED AUTOIONIZATION OF A “Λ” TYPE ATOM

In this paper, we investigate the intense laser-induced autoionization about a "Λ" type atom by taking into account the second-order ionization processes. The effects of the second-order ionization processes and the second discrete state of the atom on the photoelectron spectrum are discussed.     

Synthesis and structure characterization of a novel series of N-alkylphthalimidylaminocarbonylmethoxylcalix [4] arenes

A novel series of N-alkylphthalimidylaminocarbonylmethoxylcalix[4]arenes with the reaction between 4-(N-bromoacetyla- mino)-phthalimide derivatives and calix[4]arene has been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR,~1HNMR and MS.From their analysis data,it was found that compounds 7a-7d adopted a cone conformation.     

二安替比林基-4-羟基苯基甲烷及其与铬(Ⅵ)显色反应的研究

合成了二安替比林基-4-羟基苯基甲烷(DApHM),研究了它与铬(Ⅵ)的显色反应,建立了两个测定铬(Ⅵ)的新体系.在Mn(Ⅱ)和磷酸存在下,DApHM与 Cr(Ⅵ)反应生成橙红色产物,λ_max为435nm.CTMAB和Tween-80对该体系有明显增敏效果,其中CTMAB-DApHM-Cr(Ⅵ)体系ε为1.0 ×10~6;Tween-80-DApHM-Cr(Ⅵ)体系ε为6.9×10~5.Cr(Ⅵ)量在0.1～0.7μg/25mL间符合比尔定律.用于电镀废液和自来水中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意.     

Total synthesis of methyl protodioscin: a potent agent with antitumor activity

Methyl protodioscin (1), otherwise known as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)]-beta-d-glucopyranosyl]-26-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-22-methoxy-25(R)-furost-5-ene-3 beta,26-diol, has been synthesized for the first time from diosgenin through nine steps in an overall yield of 7.8%.
