A metal-free and highly atom-economic synthesis of thiazole-substituted α-hydroxy carbonyl compounds has been developed. Catalyzed by 5 mol% of p-toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH), a variety of thiazole-substituted α-hydroxy carbonyl compounds were obtained in moderate to good yields via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of thiazole N-oxides with olefins, followed by a ring-opening reaction. Furthermore, the corresponding 2-alkenylthiazoles could be produced in excellent yields from synthesized α-hydroxy carbonyl compounds through a one-pot, two-step dehydration process.  相似文献

A fluorescent, diselenide‐containing 9,10‐distyrylanthracene (DSA) derivative (SeDSA) with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) characteristic was successfully synthesized and SeDSA nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared through a nanoprecipitation method. SeDSA could coassemble with an antitumor prodrug, diselenide‐containing paclitaxel (SePTX), which could be obtained by precipitation, to form SeDSA‐SePTX Co‐NPs (Co‐NPs). Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations reveal that the driving forces for the self‐assembly behaviors of SeDSA NPs and SePTX NPs are π–π interactions and hydrophobic interactions, respectively, while the driving forces for Co‐NPs include hydrophobic interactions between SeDSA and SePTX, π–π interactions between SeDSA molecules and hydrophobic interactions between SePTX molecules. Meanwhile, Se‐Se bonds play a crucial role in balancing the intramolecular forces. These diselenide‐containing nanoparticles (SeDSA NPs, SePTX NPs and Co‐NPs) exhibit a high stability under physiological conditions and excellent reduction‐sensitivity in the presence of the redox agent glutathione (GSH) because of the selenium‐sulfur exchange reaction between diselenide and GSH. Both SeDSA NPs and Co‐NPs show strong orange fluorescence emissions on the account of the AIE feature of SeDSA and they were easily internalized by HeLa and HepG2 cells. Distinctively, the Co‐NPs combine the advantage of SeDSA and SePTX for cell imaging and antineoplastic activity, and exhibit selectivity of cytotoxicities between neoplasia cells and normal cells. This study highlights the development of diselenide‐containing AIEgens as a unique approach to prepare uniform and stable fluorescent nanoparticles for the application in cell imaging and tumor treatment.  相似文献

The formation mechanism and stability of konjac glucomannan (KGM) helical structure were investigated by molecular dynamic simulation and experimental method. The results indicate that the molecular conformation of KGM is a non-typical helical structure. In detail, helical structure of KGM is mainly sustained by acetyl group, whose size and stability are affected by the molecular polymerization degree of KGM. In vacuum among the non-bonding interactions, electrostatic force is the greatest factor affecting its helical structure, but in water solution, hydrogen bond affects the helical arrangement greatly. To our interest, temperature exhibits a reversible destroying effect to some extent; the helical structure will disappear completely and present a ruleless clew-like arrangement till 341 K. This work suggests that the method of combining molecular dynamic simulation and experiment tools can be effective in the study of KGM helical structure.  相似文献

试验表明:在pH 9.5氨水-氯化铵缓冲介质中,牛血红蛋白对过氧化氢与酸性络蓝K的氧化还原反应的催化作用因异丙肾上腺素的存在而被抑制,而且其抑制率与异丙肾上腺素的浓度在8.1×10~(-8)~1.2×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)范围内呈线性关系,其检出限(3S/N)为2.2×10~(-9)mol·L~(-1)。据此,提出了一种简单而灵敏的测定异丙肾上腺素的酶催化光度法。此方法已用于盐酸异丙肾上腺素注射液中异丙肾上腺素含量的测定,并以此样品为基体用标准加入法作回收试验,测得回收率在92.8%~105.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.6%~5.8%之间。  相似文献

利用原子和表面簇合物相互作用的五参数Morse势方法(简称5-MP)研究了H-Ru(1121)台阶面吸附体系,并利用推广的LEPS方法研究了2H-Ru(1121)体系,探讨了表面吸附态之间的相互作用.研究结果表明,H原子在开放的Ru(1121)台阶面表面上的晶胞存在4种不等价的表面三重吸附态.还存在两类与表面有直接扩散通道的内层吸附态.理论分析表明,TDS实验出现的α态是与内层吸附态有强相互作用的强排斥表面吸附态,β态为弱排斥表面吸附态,而γ态为与内层吸附态无相互作用的表面吸附态.实验上将α态归属为四重吸附态的推测没有获得理论结果的支持.  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)结合加速溶剂萃取测定小型家用电器塑料部件中全氟辛酸(PFOA)的分析方法。样品冷冻粉碎后采用甲醇作溶剂进行快速溶剂萃取,萃取液经C18固相萃取柱富集净化后,以C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子模式下多反应监测(MRM))模式检测。PFOA在0.5~100.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.998 9),回收率为93%~107%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~7.6%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于小型家用电器塑料部件中全氟辛酸残留分析。  相似文献

以氩电弧等离子体法制备的碳包铁纳米粒子为固相萃取材料,采用等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)系统研究了该材料对Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb离子的吸附性能,并确定了最佳吸附和洗脱条件。实验结果表明:当pH值为8.0~9.0时,分析物均可被碳包铁纳米粒子定量吸附;采用酸性溶液(pH=1.0~2.0)可将吸附在碳包铁纳米粒子上的金属离子完全脱附。该法对Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb的检出限分别为3.6、4.1、1.1、9.8μg/L,Cr、Ni、Cd的线性范围为1~500μg.L-1,Pb的线性范围为10~1 000μg.L-1,线性相关系数均大于0.999。方法用于自来水中Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb离子的测定,回收率可达到93%~105%;碳包铁纳米粒子对Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb离子的吸附量分别为3.6、4.8、6.3、2.1 mg/g。  相似文献

Thee adsorption of CO and NO on copper ion-exchanged zeolite Beta was investigated using IR method.It was found that the thermalvacuum pretreatment procedure could result in the reduction of Cu2 ions in zeolite Beta.The adsorption of CO on Cu sites in zeolite Beta closely follows Langmuir isotherm.Another Cu species may form during the reaction between water and CO.The catalytic decomposition of NO on the zeolite was observed at room temperature,indicating that the decomposition reaction may occur between two coordinated NO ligands of the same dinitrosyhc complex.Furthermore,the appearance of two series of NO adsorption bands reveals that copper ions existing at different cation sites may have different effect on the adsorption and decomposition of NO molecules.  相似文献
