In this paper, a cost-based job shop problem (JIT-JSP) is proposed to model the multi-order processing procedure in a just-in-time (JIT) environment. The objective of JIT-JSP is to minimize three costs: work-in-process holding cost of half-finished orders, inventory holding cost of finished orders and backorder cost of unfulfilled orders. A modified tabu search (MTS) method is developed to improve the schedule quality by searching the neighbourhood of a feasible schedule iteratively. The MTS method is comprised of three components that help to ensure a more effective searching procedure: neighbourhood structure, memory structure and filter structure. Computational results show that the MTS method significantly improves the initial schedule generated by an arbitrarily selected dispatching rule. 相似文献

Raman spectroscopy has demonstrated great potential in clinical and biomedical applications. However, slow data acquisition due to weak Raman signals has prevented its wide use, especially in an imaging setup. In this paper, we propose a novel solution in which the full Raman spectrum can be rapidly reconstructed from a few narrow‐band measurements based on Wiener estimation. This method, using both traditional Wiener estimation and modified Wiener estimation, has been evaluated on Raman spectra collected from live, apoptotic and necrotic leukemia cells with several different types of band‐pass filter choices. Two rules of thumb were identified to guide the choice of filters. Our results indicate that the agreement between reconstructed and measured Raman spectra was excellent according to either the mean root mean square error or the classification accuracy. Therefore, Raman reconstruction from narrow‐band measurements represents a new direction in fast Raman imaging for the investigation of fast changing phenomena. Tensor correlations in 4He were studied via the (p, dp) reaction at the incident energy of 392 MeV with a focus on spin configurations of correlated pn pairs in 4He at high relative momenta ${(P_{\rm rel}^{\rm cor})}$ . The preliminary results show that the correlated pn pair at ${P_{\rm rel}^{\rm cor} = 310 {\rm MeV/c}}$ predominantly has the channel spin S = 1, which is consistent with the characteristics of tensor correlations. 相似文献

Micro‐structure patterned substrates attract our attention due to the special and programmable wettabilities. The interaction between the liquid and micro/nano structures gives rise to controllable spreading and thus evaporation. For exploration of the application versatility, the introduction of nanoparticles in liquid droplet results in interaction among particles, liquid and microstructures. In addition, temperature of the substrates strongly affects the spreading of the contact line and the evaporative property. The evaporation of sessile droplets of nanofluids on a micro‐grooved solid surface is investigated in terms of liquid and surface properties. The patterned nickel surface used in the experiments is designed and fabricated with circular and rectangular shaped pillars whose size ratios between interval and pillars is fixed at 5. The behavior is firstly compared between nanofluid and pure liquid on substrates at room temperature. For pure water droplet, the drying time is relatively longer due to the receding of contact line which slows down the liquid evaporation. Higher concentrations of nanoparticles tend to increase the total evaporation time. With varying concentrations of graphite at nano scale from 0.02% to 0.18% with an interval at 0.04% in water droplets and the heating temperature from 22 to 85°C, the wetting and evaporation of the sessile droplets are systematically studied with discussion on the impact parameters and the resulted liquid dynamics as well as the stain. The interaction among the phases together with the heating strongly affects the internal circulation inside the droplet, the evaporative rate and the pattern of particles deposition. 相似文献
