This work described the synthesis of the first and unprecedented examples of 5‐aryl‐1H‐tetrazoles including spiro‐ and bis‐(thio)barbiturates, generated from the reaction between 4‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)benzaldehyde with (thio)barbituric acids and cyanogen bromide (BrCN) in the presence of triethylamine, providing good overall yields. Tetrazoles based on bis‐(thio) barbiturates were also obtained in the absence of BrCN under the same conditions. The structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, X‐ray crystallography and mass analysis techniques. The reaction mechanism was proposed. The hydrogen bond strength (EHB) versus d (O1?????O7 (w)) distance (kcal.mol?1) and corresponding pKa value for the proton of H3A (in water molecule) in 4b.H2O were estimated to be 13.8 kcal.mol?1 and 8.2, respectively.  相似文献

One of room acoustic goals, especially in small to medium rooms, is sound diffusion in low frequencies, which have been the subject of lots of researches. Sound diffusion is a very important consideration in acoustics because it minimizes the coherent reflections that cause problems. It also tends to make an enclosed space sound larger than it is. Diffusion is an excellent alternative or complement to sound absorption in acoustic treatment because it doesn’t really remove much energy, which means it can be used to effectively reduce reflections while still leaving an ambient or live sounding space. Distribution of diffusive and nondiffusive surfaces on room walls affect sound diffusion in room, but the amount, combination, and location of these surfaces are still the matter of question. This paper investigates effects of these issues on room acoustic frequency response in different parts of the room with different source-receiver locations. Room acoustic model based on wave method is used (implemented) which is very accurate and convenient for low frequencies in such rooms. Different distributions of acoustic surfaces on room walls have been introduced to the model and room frequency response results are calculated. For the purpose of comparison, some measurements results are presented. Finally for more smooth frequency response in small and medium rooms, some suggestions are made.  相似文献

The propagation of partially coherent flat-topped (PCFT) beams with non-circular symmetries in a turbulent atmosphere is investigated and an analytical formula for the average intensity is derived. Detailed analyses of PCFT beams in a turbulent media led to the derivation of analytical formulae. These formulae demonstrated that higher-order PCFT beams are less broadened in comparison with those with smaller orders and also demonstrated that PCFT beams with smaller correlation lengths are more broadened than the others. The Strehl ratio for PCFT beams is also calculated and the results show that PCFT beams with a higher order of flatness and smaller correlation length are less affected in turbulent media.  相似文献

The effect of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets on the CO2/CH4 separation performance of a rubbery (poly(dimethylsiloxane), PDMS) as well as a glassy (polyetherimide, PEI) polymer is studied. Interfacial interactions between the nanosheets and both polymers are revealed by FTIR and SEM. The results of gas permeation through the membranes demonstrate that GO nanosheets enhance CO2/CH4 diffusivityselectivity of PEI and CO2/CH4 solubility-selectivities of the PEI and PDMS polymers, while diminish CO2/CH4 diffusivity-selectivity of PDMS. Furthermore, the possibility of overcoming the common tradeoff between CO2 permeability and CO2/CH4 selectivity of rubbery and glassy polymers by incorporating very low amounts of graphene oxide nanosheets is addressed. In other words, at 0.25 wt % GO loading, the PEI membrane shows simultaneous enhancement of CO2 permeability (16%) and CO2/CH4 selectivity (59%). Also, for the PDMS membrane simultaneous enhancement of CO2 permeability (29%) and CO2/CH4 selectivity (112%) is occurred at 0.5 wt % GO loading. Finally, the capability of the well known Nielsen model to predict the gas permeability behavior of the nanocomposites is investigated.  相似文献

A sol-gel electrode and a coated wire ion-selective poly(vinyl chloride) membrane, based on thiosemicarbazone as a neutral carrier, were successfully developed for the detection of Cu (II) in aqueous solutions. The sol-gel electrode and coated electrode exhibited linear response with Nernstian slopes of 29.2 and 28.1 mV per decade respectively, within the copper ion concentration ranges 1.0×10–5–1.0×10–1 M and 6.0×10–6–1.0×10–1 M for coated and sol-gel sensors. The coated and sol-gel electrodes show detection limits of 3.0×10–6 and 6.0×10–6 M respectively. The electrodes exhibited good selectivities for a number of alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. The proposed electrodes have response times ranging from 10–50 s to achieve a 95% steady potential for Cu2+ concentration. The electrodes are suitable for use in aqueous solutions over a wide pH range (4–7.5). Applications of these electrodes for the determination of copper in real samples, and as an indicator electrode for potentiometric titration of Cu2+ ion using EDTA, are reported. The lifetimes of the electrodes were tested over a period of six months to investigate their stability. No significant change in the performance of the sol-gel electrode was observed over this period, but after two months the coated wire copper-selective electrode exhibited a gradual decrease in the slope. The selectivity of the sol-gel electrode was found to be better than that of the coated wire copper-selective electrode. Based on these results, a novel sol-gel copper-selective electrode is proposed for the determination of copper, and applied to real sample assays.  相似文献

In this research, a new ultrasound‐assisted dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction method based on N‐doped mesoporous carbon sorbent followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography equipped with diode array detector for trace measurement of 1‐hydroxypyrene as a metabolite of exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was optimized. Herein, the hard template method was used for the preparation of N‐doped mesoporous carbon sorbent. The prepared sorbent was characterized using the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method, transmission electron microscopy, and elemental analysis. Parameters affecting the extraction of the target metabolite were investigated using the Box–Behnken design method. Considering optimum parameters, the plotted calibration curve for 1‐hydroxypyrene was linearly correlated with the concentration span of 0.1–50 μg/L for urine media. The accuracy of the optimized procedure was examined through the relative recovery tests on the fortified urine specimens. The relative recoveries fell between 95 and 101%. The method detection limit of the proposed procedure was also calculated to be 0.03 μg/L.  相似文献

The present study explores 3D spatial arrangements of the A- and B-cells within the fifth lumbar dorsal root ganglion (DRG) of rat in order to test for differences after sciatic nerve crush (SNC). The pair correlation and cross-correlation functions were estimated through counting dipole probes superimposed on DRG sections. The data showed that the A- and B-cells were clustered at distances below 40 and 35 μm in sham-operated animals, respectively. These values were 35 and 25 μm in SNC animals. Beyond these distances, the cells of the control group were arranged neither clustered nor repulsed. The A- and B-cells showed a negative correlation (repulsion) at r = 270–290 μm and r = 100 in SNC ganglions, respectively. The plot of the cross-correlation function showed that the first maximum curve was r = 51 μm and 41 μm in sham-operated and SNC rats, respectively. The other differences were seen at r = 51–61 μm and r = 165 μm between cross-covariance of the cells. The “degree of order” for the A- and B-cells showed no significant difference and the low values of the two groups indicated the random distribution of cells in them.

Conclusion

The obtained data revealed that cellular spatial patterns in the dorsal root ganglion of the sciatic nerve crush were changed.  相似文献
